We just purchased a brand new RV from Camping World and 2 weeks later our bathroom toilet was not working. We contacted Camping World and their Service Department was not able to see us until the end of February. However, they did give us the phone number for Keystone the manufacturer of our rig. Keystone sent us a link for mobile technicians and immediately Chris from Top RV sent us a text he would be at our campsite by 7:10 p.m. that same day. My 7 year old Granddaughter said it best, she goes "Nana, I like his eyes, they sparkle" I knew what she meant. The freezer was fine but the lower section was not. After trying to contact various mobile mechanics Reliable was able to schedule an appointment at my next destination. We were not able to resolve the issue with our leveling system, so he arrived at our campsite the following morning. We had a blown hydraulic hose, and he drove to multiple stores to try to find the correct hose. Although he was unable to find the correct hose because it is a special item and it was the weekend, he was able to do a manual override so that he could get the jacks back up. This allowed us to drive home safely instead of having to be towed (175 miles).

He confidently claimed it might need a whole new fuse box and who knows what else. Turns out? It was a $163 battery terminal fix. That's right--he missed the entire problem completely. Instead of solving anything, Travis abandoned my truck at my remote home in the desert--with zero communication about when (or if) he planned to return. I was literally left stranded with no transportation and no clue what was going on. This is not just bad service--it's borderline negligence. When I finally had my truck towed to a proper mechanic, they fixed the actual issue in no time. Meanwhile, Travis refused to refund a single cent for the COMPLETELY INCORRECT and UNNECESSARY "WORK" he charged me for. Had I trusted his guesswork, I'd probably still be throwing money into unnecessary parts while my truck sat useless. To be clear: BRASS KNUCKLES MOBILE MECHANIC cost me time, money, and peace of mind. He misdiagnosed the issue, charged me for it, ditched me in the middle of nowhere, and ghosted me afterward. Then the owner lied to me about buying the first one back when it was actually put on consignment. AND said that type of financing was normal and common. Get real.
