Watermelon sago slush on a hot day! We stopped in to try this new boba/arcade spot and were pleasantly surprised to find a neon night market vibe inside with clean spaces and cute plushies to win. There's a clean bathroom if you purchase a drink :)

I went for their grand opening and had these $1 drinks and had a little giveaway if you won. Literally looks so retro with all the colorful neon lights. A perfect place to get boba tea and play some arcade games and claw machines! Great to handle out with friends! Near Little Tokyo.

After eating in Honda Plaza, we walked around the area for dessert and came across Partea. I liked that they had mango sago with pomelo. You can order drinks at the entrance, and there's a bar counter with stools where you can sit and wait for your order. Since we got there at almost closing we didn't have much time to explore. But I took a quick peek upstairs and there are claw machines, arcade games and other games you can play with. There's a machine to get tokens. This is a fun, bright place to check out. And get a mango sago drink in Little Tokyo!

So fun!! Would come back! Staff is also super sweet! I'm so glad they opened this close by!

Cool new spot my girls enjoyed the claw machines!!! They have so many different claw machines w a variety of things. They also have food and drinks. Overall cool new spot!

Calcy and Matt are the kind of owners who make you feel like regulars on your first visit. They walked us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm and spot-on recommendations. We tried the Watermelon Tea, Passion Fruit Tea, and their Partea Fruit Tea--all three were bright, refreshing, and beautifully balanced. The watermelon tasted clean and crisp (not syrupy at all), the passion fruit had that perfect tang without being overly sweet, and the Partea Fruit Tea was a vibrant, layered sip with real fruit and a super fresh tea base. You can taste the quality and care in every cup. Service was fast, the shop is spotless, and customization (sweetness/ice) was easy. If you're anywhere nearby, this should be your go-to tea stop. Huge thanks to Calcy and Matt for the hospitality--can't wait to come back!

We had a really fun time last night. The taro drink with boba was delicious. Boba was fresh and bouncy. I drank two cups . The vibe was vibrant and service was great. I ended up winning Pokémon cards for my nephew.

The space is clean, the vibe is chill, and it's an awesome place to hang out with friends or go on a casual date. Definitely coming back for more claw games and boba!

If you like boba but also enjoy a little bit of fun, Partea is the spot. There are claw machines with cute prizes, and the drink menu has so many good options. The staff is always super friendly, and the service is surprisingly fast even when it's busy. My go-to is the Sparkling Series, especially the lychee -- it's refreshing without being too sweet. And their mango sago? Honestly the BEST I've had anywhere. Creamy, fresh, and perfectly balanced. This place never disappoints!

I was very pleased with our time there - we made a 9 pm reservation and was able to add more time later. We ordered food - some hits some misses but everything was decent. Our party ordered mocktails and cocktails - the verdict on the drinks was half and half. I thought my mango mule was just okay. It was lacking the mango flavor. When we first sat down, our server greeted us but never came back to take our order for food or drinks the entire time we were there. Around 5:40 PM, I went to the front desk to ask if we could extend for another hour since we were planning to order food and drinks. I explained that our server never returned to take our order, but the staff at the front didn't seem to care and just said they were "full" and couldn't extend our time. There was no attempt to fix the situation or acknowledge the poor service. To make things worse, our lane time was cut off about 15 minutes early even though we paid for a full hour. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was that the server said he needed to hold onto my credit card to keep the tab open. I agreed because we planned to order more food and drinks, but given the lack of service, that felt questionable. I'll definitely be keeping a close eye on my statement to make sure there are no unauthorized charges. Overall, very poor service and a frustrating experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Unsure how they handled making sure they weren't overcrowded or people were waiting too long to get a chance at the games but they did a great job and I never felt like I had to wait (or wait too long) for a machine to be available. They have a large variety of games from more modern ones like Switchs in the back, older versions of Mario Kart, older games in general like Pac-Man and my personal favorite Burger Time. Loads of pinball machines too. The entire facility (and bathroom) were very clean and the ambient noise was never too loud and I never had to yell to talk to someone next to me. Some games will have slightly sticky or unresponsive switches but it's just what happens with the amount of people that use these machines. We had an issue with a pinball machine and they were very quick to come help fix it and immediately get us back to playing. Overall a solid experience, not what I'd actively look for myself, but would gladly go again if someone else wanted to.

You're not cramped in here fighting for space. Game-wise... don't come here expecting anything crazy. There's nothing super serious for hardcore gamers, no rare cabinets or anything you're gonna geek out over. It's more like solid, familiar stuff. That said, it does work really well as a date spot because there's a lot of co-op games, so you're not just standing there awkwardly -- you actually have something to do. Now the food... I still haven't gone deep into it, but the wing deal is actually a good deal for these times, which is rare. That alone makes it worth pulling up on a Tuesday. Menu is kinda big though, and anytime I see a big menu like that I start side-eyeing the kitchen a little bit... like yeah some of this gotta be frozen But overall? It's a good spot for wings and beer without spending Ye Rustic money. If you're trying to keep it chill and not blow your wallet, this is a solid move. Not a gamer spot, not a foodie spot... just a good hang.

I was disappointed to see record stores have dried up, but when I looked up comic book stores, this was near the top, and close to where I had lunch. Street parking is fairly easy, and I didn't realize that the first door I passed was another entrance to a café looking area. However, the main entrance was a visually impressive experience in its own right. Full of stimuli basically, that's assured at Revenge of... (the Nerds? Supes?). Love the name! In addition to comics and usual toys and nicknacks, I was delighted to find not one, but two areas devoted to pinball machines! Additionally, the interior design evokes lots of classic (e.g. Silver and Bronze Age) artwork. X-Men and Spider-Man definitely influenced the architectural approach. It's impressive and lends a fun vibe, as well as atmospheric lighting. Two café counters in different areas allow for drinks to be purchased, and lots of nooks and crannies have things ranging from vinyl records, board games, a discounted graphic novels area, as well as recent comic titles and weekly releases (typically on Wednesdays). The back issues are found in X shaped fixtures and spaced in a clever arrangement that simultaneously encourages and enhances browsing, and yet doesn't clutter the walking areas. I found several missing issues for my Conan the Barbarian run, and everything is bagged and boarded (archival terms), so that's good. I didn't explore the pinball machines as I was pressed for time, but I definitely see myself visiting when I'm nearby in the future.
