10 miles East from Georgetown, Parowan offers a way nicer stop when you are on the road. Charming small city, with diverse shops, antiques, flowers, a authentic theater and the Parowan Cafe. Great for Breakfast, the ashbrowns were delicious, the bacon unbelievable (Don't get the pancakes though), the waitress smiling. Familial atmosphere. read more

Great place for breakfast and burgers. Dinner feels like cafeteria food. I do like their homemade soup, which they serve in tiny portions. Good service and atmosphere. read more

Fantastic service! So friendly! Breakfast and coffee were exactly what we were hoping for. The hash browns were the best we've had in several states! Definitely worth driving thru this charming little town for! read more

Stopped in for lunch while wandering the area. So glad we did! Good food, great service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you for a nice relaxing lunch! read more

The most welcoming and friendly staff (hostess and chef). LOVED the small town feeling. Portion sizes were gigantic! The pancakes alone could feed an army. Hash in the breakfast burrito highly recommended read more

Nice decor, very friendly staff and food that fits a cafe environment. Sweet rolls were delicious and the pancakes were large enough for 2.

Good classic American breakfast fare and friendly small town charm. Sometimes when a place is what you expect it to be with no frills, that is a good thing. Will swing on by if in the area again. Obviously you wont road trip here as a destination. I saw plenty of travelers in the reviews and that is probably a good portion of the the patrons here on any given day... It isn't like some cafes off of the main road where you feel like you are in an old Western movie... The music stops as you walk in and everyone "mean mugs" ya like you're from outta town... Not a problem here. There seems to be a positive attitude towards "passer-by" clientele and regular old bacon, eggs, waffle or pancakes are good. read more

We were driving around for spring break and decided to stop by and get something to eat, the workers are extremely nice and respectful and the food was great. Nice place, good food. Great for stopping by and relaxing for a bit. read more

Parowan Cafe is a great little place to go eat. We stopped here in the morning on the way home from Brian Head. The place is nice and the people who work there are very friendly. I had a Mexican Omelette and my girlfriend had a Veggie Omelette. Both of these items come with Hash Browns and then you can choose between toast or 2 big pancakes. It is quite the amount of food for breakfast! Everything was very tasty and the price is right too! read more

We were on our way to Brian Head and found this place using the yelp app on my phone. We were looking for one of those places that is just really small and not very well known but felt that many times those places can be really good. We almost passed it, because we didn't know what we were looking for. As we walked in were were immediately reminded of hometown. It has a warm welcoming atmosphere. One of those places with a long bar and booths down one side of the room. It was a bit past the prime dinner hour, there was only one other group in the place. They were being taken care of by a friendly waitress and what appeared to be one person in the kitchen. No one was busing tables, because one needed cleaned up and when the other group left no one bussed that one either. We had five people, in our group. 2 ordered breakfast, 2 ordered sandwiches, and I got the chicken fried steak. It was not incredibly fast, but we didn't feel like we waited a long time either. Their pancakes are very large and thick. 2 was plenty. The sandwiches were reported as very good. The fries tasted a bit like the oil needed a change, but my son really liked them that way. My chicken fried as a bit dry. The sides were OK. I had a side salad. It tasted fresh. While we were there 3 other groups walked in. The waitress knew them all. Definitely home town place to eat. Suggestion: Go to the Lowe's in Cedar City an buy bunch of ceiling tiles then replace all the ones that are water damaged. read more

Staying in Brianhead, the food is horrible. After a quick Yelp search, this little diner is just down the hill and fabulous! We've had breakfast here twice and probably will tomorrow as-well. The scene is a diner out of a small town with a counter. The place is filled with locals and a very friendly staff. The food is down-home cooking and made from scratch in the kitchen. read more

I love eating here with my friends. They have friendly staff most of the time. Sometimes their staff treats locals differently and that can be bothersome, but their food is great! read more

If you're staying in Parowan, this cafe is your best option for lunch or dinner if you want any kind of menu. It's typical diner food but was decent enough after a hard day of skiing. The service was good and friendly, and I will come back again when in town to ski. I was unable to do a Yelp check-in while here because the location was incorrect in the Yelp system. A correction was submitted. read more

This place makes great food! We ordered soup (amazing) hot beef sandwiches (smothered in gravey and stuffing) and a western burger- everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. I highly recommend their chicken soup! read more

I spent almost a week in Parowan visiting the gf. And I was at this cafe almost everyday. Picking up food to go. Coffee is amazing! And I'm the kind that has Starbucks or coffee bean & tea leaf everyday. Pancakes are good with maple syrup. Hash browns were great! Loved the big buck burger with ham, cheddar, on a homemade bun!!!! I eat at a lot of gourmet burger places. Umami, slaters 50/50, etc... So I can appreciate a good burger in its simplicity or complexity. This burger with the ham and bun was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly and already knew my likes by the third day. Great place and will visit when I'm in Utah next! read more

The Circle Valley Anglers Fly Shop owner searched for a breakfast spot in town since we were on our way to fly fish Yankee Meadows.... and this little gem came up. The breakfast was excellent, the coffee cup never emptied, and the service was outstanding! They do need to redo their booths padding as I sat down and hit the frame, then slid over and felt like I was sinking. Other than that, I would highly recommend this spot. We did want to try their cinnamon rolls, but were to full...oh well, next time. read more

Nice place , very friendly staff. Out of the food we ordered we loved the homemade chicken noodle soup the best.

Very good food in a friendly atmosphere!! The tomatoe and onion soup of the day was delicious

My family and I worked up a fierce hunger after visiting the Parowan Gap and we ate at the Parowan Cafe about one and a half weeks ago and it was great! I felt like I was turning into Godzilla with my hangriness but the Parowan Cafe hit the spot. Good ol' fashion service you hope for and a taste Mom would even be proud of! YOU HAVE TO TRY THE ONION RINGS!!! Most restaurants over cook them. Wasn't undercooked either. Just perfect. Loved it! read more

Probably the best cinnamon roll I've ever had in my entire life.. mouth watering melt in your mouth good. 11/10

We found this place on our way home driving cross country. We decided to give this place a shot because we saw an advertisment that they had the best cinimmon rolls in Utah. Since theire is nothing in Utah we decided to give it a try. My husband and I each got an omlete and hashbrowns. I got the pancake and my husband got the biscuts and gravey as his side. Everything was really good and affordable. No complaints. As we left I got two cinimmon rolls to go. When I tried them I just thought they were ok. I have had better cinimmon rolls in my life. However, if I was ever in the area again I would definitly go back and I highly recommend this place. Food was delicious and the staff was very friendly. read more

I had an amazing breakfast here last Monday. I ordered the veggie omelet, which came with hash browns and two (or three?) huge pancakes. Delicious. We ordered cinnamon rolls to go. SO good. I definitely will return when I'm in the area. read more

Farm fresh doesn't have to be fancy or expensive: I wasn't to excited to eat at the cafe, we stopped only cause we needed breakfast after camping in twenty degree Fahrenheit weather and didn't see any other options. What I didn't plan on was that this quaint little cafe in Utah would have a damn good classic breakfast. Nothing on the menu was super special it was your classic bacon eggs and hash browns or dome other variation of the basics. When I got my food the first thing that I noticed was the irregular shape of the sausage patties and the farm fresh taste. You know the taste if something that, well hasn't been dead vary long. I asked the waitress if they made the sausage patties themselves. She told us that all of there meat was from a local farm. I was super excited to hear that I was eating locally sourced meats! We also asked the waitress for directions to some local petroglyphs, the directions were actually good, we made it there and enjoyed the scenery with full bellies. The 4th star is for the meat and the directions alone! read more

April 26th 7pm. Coming from Colorado we needed that diner vibe with home cooked meal before we call it a night. Thank god we found this place. Our server was very nice food was awesome. Big servings! Taco soup was really good. Hole in the wall restaurant, a gem! Definitely recommend it. read more

Not really what I would expect from a local, small town cafe. The ambiance is nice. The place is quaint. The service is good. But the food is really mediocre. The quality of ingredients is surprisingly low. I had a sandwich and a salad. The sandwich came with what seemed like processed Swiss cheese, and the salad was one of those typical prepackaged, iceberg lettuce and purple cabbage salads, with some chicken on top. It's one of the only restaurants in the town, so definitely worth eating at if you have no other options, but they have room to improve. read more

I just had the open faced hot beef sandwich with fries. Gravy on the fries! The best I have had in years!! As good as the original Hickory House in Aspen ! Yummmmm!! read more

I loved this place! Found it through yelp when passing by. Food is delicious, they have good portions, and price is pretty fair. I ordered liver with grilled onions and it's to die for (I would just ask it with gravy on the side, because they put a little too much). Coffee could improve though, it tasted a little weird. They also have great service! The lady who took our order was the nicest person on earth! :) Had a great time! read more

Very beautiful place. Delicious. Friendly personal. Wery recommend this place. The Best. Thank you very much

Decided to stop by here for cinnamon rolls while passing through based on their freeway sign (claiming 'best cinnamon rolls' which did not have the name of the establishment on it). They only had one other table and us. The staff barely had time for us. They never asked us how the rolls were, no "Thank for coming in" or any pleasantries. When we left, my husband said, "Thank you," and the young gal behind the counter did not even lift her head. So, while we had hoped for some hometown cinnamon rolls in a cute, friendly diner, this experience fell way short. The cinnamon rolls were below average, at best. Super disappointing. read more

Horrible service. Was sat at a dirty table and waited 20 min just to get a menu. Ordered coffee and it smelled like a wet dog and tasted like pee pee. I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the food. The food was decent, but cold. A nice touch too was the guy next to me coughing up phlegm for 10 min. I would say eat somewhere else but....there isn't much to choose from. BYOF (bring your own food) when vacationing in Brian Head. read more

I've seen the sign "best cinnamon rolls" several times coming and going to St George so this time after craving a cinnamon roll me and my girls stopped .. to out disappointment they were not as advertised. First they are roughly $3 which is fine if good.. if you order no raisins they are tiny. Then to make it worse they are ok at best., no cinnamon they taste like bread with frosting.. however the frosting was very delicious. read more

Delicious fish and chips and their tomato soup won me over. Well, it was that or the cute waitress.

This review is based solely on the service as we never got to try the food. We stopped by on a road trip to try the cinnamon rolls. We ordered 2 and waited (also noticing masking isn't very well enforced here). Another guy came after us ordered cinnamon rolls amongst some other food. After about 20-30 min of waiting the waitress quietly came up to us and said they only had 1 left and asked if that was ok. Sure, what could we do at that point? Then she quietly went up to the guy after us and either said they only had 1 or none left to which he annoyingly replied "Not sure why it took so long to figure that out." After a few more minutes she gave him his order and we heard him say "Oh you found one!" After he left we asked the waitress if she gave that guy one of our rolls to which she nervously replied no, but then continued to apologize. We asked for a full refund and left so I can't comment on the rolls. If she simply said -- you know we only had x amount of rolls, do you mind splitting with this other customer -- we would've happily agreed but sadly she chose to lie to us and give the roll we ordered to someone else. I think she was doing what she thought was best at the time but I would recommend being upfront with the customers in the future. read more
