Make sure you get there early for dinner or you may miss some of their delicious smoked meats and steaks. Everything that we had for breakfast and dinner was delicious. We had a variety of food because we had a party of 9! They were able to accommodate us without a problem. All of the employees that we encountered were very kind. It's a very casual restaurant that has a farmhouse style. Make sure you give it a try when you're in town!

The cook on the other hand managed to over cook our cheeseburgers until they were dry and had no taste at all. The burgers did not have any mayo, no secret sauce or mustard. Thankfully it came with lettuce tomato and pickles on the side. We finished our lunch with their highly touted peach cobbler. Mistake number 2. It was the strangest tasting peach cobbler my wife and I had ever eaten. Even with the ice cream it didn't hide that taste. The peaches were small exact cubes so that let me know they were some type of processed fruit. Again GREAT staff of servers but not a good meal

Dinner pickings are a bit slim out in Bryce Canyon! We finally chose Bryce Canyon Pines because it…read morewas fairly well-reviewed and 7 minutes away. We arrived about 6 and waited about 20 minutes for a very nice booth. We split a pretty good-sized house salad. It was fine. I had the trout with asparagus and sweet potato fries. Fish (lemon pepper and salt) was tasty and perfectly prepared. Asparagus was also perfectly cooked, still a bit of crunch. The fries were too limp but tasted good. My hubs ordered the ribeye. Looked so juicy and charred but was a bit tough. Flavor was great and it was a gigantic 16-oz. portion. Coffee was tasteless, unfortunately. The absolute highlight of the meal was the pie! The apple pie is the best I have ever eaten. The filling contained nice slices of apples, no mushy stuff here. And the crust was incredibly flaky with a bit of sugar baked on top. My husband ordered the cherry pie à la mode and was quite pleased with the pie and two little scoops of ice cream alongside. Nice staff too! This place is popular for a reason. It HAS to be that incredible pie.

So glad we had dinner early because this place was a bit packed, I believe, due to it being the week of Thanksgiving. Food was good! I enjoyed my elk burger and kinda wish I didn't get bacon since it overpowered the elk a bit. The elk was delicious. I should've just ordered 2 patties. My wife had the rainbow trout. Not the best trout I've had, but it was okay. They were a bit short staffed, hence the crowd waiting in the lobby. So kudos to our waitress, who was the only server on this Monday shift. The bartender also had to do double duty, seating us. Overall, despite the understaffing issue, we had a nice dinner. When's the next time you'd get to eat elk! Our server Hallie (I think) was awesome and literally ran around helping the tables. Also, great selection of beers!!

Pollo Bianco Pizza ($18): aged fontina and parmesan cheese, red onion, toasted pistachio nuts, wood roasted chicken and fresh rosemary. Portion sizes were generous, service was incredible, and food was delicious! Couldn't recommend more!

I ordered the Fennel Sausage Pizza, which came with "Hand crushed tomato sauce, house made fennel sausage, aged and smoked mozzarella, parmigiano-reggiano." (Centro Woodfired Pizzeria, 2026). It was a delicious pizza. The crust was very well made with a light crispiness and a good chew. The sauce offered a great balance between acidity and sweetness. The fennel sausage was good, but it was noticeably missing that great fennel flavor. It was very subtle and missing the actual fennel seeds in the sausage, that I am accustomed too. Overall, it was a great pizza and I would order it again. The arugula salad that I ordered was on point. It came with a generous amount of fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan cheese, sliced prosciutto, and a delicious house made lemon basil vinaigrette. All the flavors played well together. I liked that they did not over dress the salad, which allowed the other flavors to independently shine. I would certainly order this salad again. My friends ordered the Gorgonzola Salad, which was also great. They certainly did not hold back on the cheese and bacon. They also ordered a custom pie. They loved it. The service was quite welcoming and amiable. I liked the conversation and positive attitudes of the employees. They offer comfortable inside seating. This place is definitely worth the visit when one is in town.
