A Must-Stop on I-15! Do yourself a favor and stop at Arshel's Loaded Burgers in Beaver!…read more We ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and the bacon cheeseburger, and both were absolutely outstanding. The beef patties were juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The French fries deserve their own shout-out. They're made from real potatoes, skins and all, and cooked to crispy, golden perfection. They were the perfect complement to the burgers. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere captures Utah at its best--comfortable, unpretentious, and with just the right touch of country charm. It's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. Whether you're a local or just traveling through Beaver, Arshel's is absolutely worth the stop. We'll definitely be back!

I got a cheese burger. Really fresh. It was really delicious! Fries (shown with cheeseburger) didn't photograph well but they are made in house and SO GOOD!!! The peanut butter chocolate pie was not as heavy as it sounds. Sweet enough to scratch the itch, but it's a large size - perfect for sharing The staff is so friendly Plenty of parking Super Clean! Highly recommend

Amazing experience all around…read more We had the rodeo burger, the elk burger, the shrimp dinner and the fillet of trout. All good to great The elk burger was the best thing on the table until..... We ordered one slice of apple pie and one slice of banana cream pie. We all rolled home happily!!! Staff was the tight and on it, a little sporadic towards the end. And we were so happy with the whole experience ‼ Whole place was nice and rustic mix.

August 30, 2026 - Bryce Canyon, UT…read more Stopped here for lunch since there aren't a lot of restaurant options in the area. The lunch menu is pretty limited--sandwiches, salads, burgers, soup, and a few appetizers. We started with the Zucchini Sticks ($14) and also ordered the Patty Melt with fries. The food was okay, but honestly, nothing really stood out. Everything was pretty plain and could have used a little more seasoning. The patty melt came with two little packets of mayonnaise, which gave me a bit of a fast-food flashback. I'm used to seeing mayo packets at a drive-thru, not necessarily arriving with my lunch at a sit-down restaurant. On the plus side, the service was good, and the cabin-like atmosphere was comfortable. Overall, it's a decent option when you're in the area and hungry, but I wouldn't go out of my way for the food.
