We had spent seven…read morehours driving to Hershey that morning, and then most of the day in the amusement park, and more than anything we just wanted some good-no fuss food at the end of the day. My husband and I managed to snag two bar seats (Patty was our bartender - extremely personable). We split a peach & watermelon salad to start, because today had been HOT and were in need of something refreshing. 10/10. We each had the steak frites, and honest to God, it may have been the best one I've ever had. The sauce on top was SO good! We ended with an espresso martini, which was also perfect! Absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or local.

She offered helpful options and perks for our group, stayed in touch with me by text leading up to the dinner, and made it incredibly easy to keep her updated without having to step away and disturb the graduation ceremony or the people around me. That level of customer service is rare and appreciated. When we arrived after the ceremony, they took our group right in with no stress, no confusion, and everything flowed smoothly -- even with separate checks and a larger party. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the portions were generous. But what stood out most was how seamless they made an important family celebration feel. Graduation days can be hectic and emotional, and The Mill gave us the perfect place to slow down, celebrate, and make memories. Highly recommend for any special occasion. Tröegs is a cornerstone of the Hershey area and well known around here. The lineup covers their standards alongside newer, more experimental beers and ciders, so if you're there to drink, you'll find plenty of variety. The space is large, with seating inside and out, meeting rooms, and events throughout the year. They offer tours, and the gift shop sells merchandise along with their beer to take home. It's a good place to spend an afternoon, whether you take the tour or settle in and people-watch. Tourists come through, but it still feels like a very large neighborhood spot, and everyone is friendly. If you're waiting on a seasonal release like their Mexican lager, check the gift shop. In my experience, new releases show up there before they reach local grocery stores, so it's a good place to get them first, or at least to find out they're out. The food is decent, but set your expectations accordingly. Think upscale bar food, like brisket sandwiches, rather than a full restaurant menu. I haven't eaten there often, because I'm usually stopping through or heading to an event for a beer or two before moving on. The one real drawback is noise. When it's busy, it's very loud, but that's what you'd expect from a big warehouse space with concrete floors and hard standing tables. Parking is plentiful, with a huge lot next to the building. On warm-weather weekends and at other peak times, expect to walk a bit. The lot is long, stretches well away from the entrance, and feels like several lots stitched together. Other than the noise, I don't have anything negative to say. It's well worth a visit.

We eat in the Hershey area constantly and are spoiled by the genuinely phenomenal service you get at Hershey Entertainment restaurants. Nathan wasn't just below that bar -- he was the worst server we've ever had, anywhere, full stop. Rude. Unprofessional. Completely incompetent. Somehow all three at once. We'd been looking forward to trying this newer Hershey spot, and Nathan singlehandedly torched the whole experience. First, the wait: over an hour for our food, on a slow Sunday evening with a half-empty dining room. Not a busy kitchen slammed on a Saturday night -- a quiet Sunday. There is no version of that wait that's defensible. Then the mistakes started stacking up, one after another. We'd told the restaurant at the time of our reservation that two people in our party had birthdays that week, specifically because this place advertises chocolate-covered strawberries for birthday guests -- it's part of why we chose it. Nathan never mentioned it, never brought it, never acknowledged it. Just dropped, like it never happened. We asked three separate times for boxes to take our leftovers home. Three times. For boxes. One of our burgers was supposed to come with chips -- it didn't, and Nathan never so much as offered to fix it. Then the carrot sticks. We asked for a side of carrot sticks for one of our kids, and Nathan told us they don't carry those -- despite having just delivered wings to our own table with a side of carrot sticks sitting right there on the plate. Instead of correcting himself, he brought fries instead and charged us for them, on top of the side that should have been included with the meal. So not only did he lie about not having what we asked for, he swapped in something else without telling us and billed us extra for it. That's the one thing we bothered flagging for the manager -- we simply didn't have the bandwidth left to fight every other failure after an hour-plus with exhausted kids who needed to get to bed. The manager, to her credit, moved fast: she got the carrot sticks out right away and pulled the fries off our bill. But that was the last we saw of her. No follow-up, no check-in to see if anything else needed fixing, nothing. She solved the one problem we raised and then disappeared, while every other issue -- the strawberries, the boxes, the missing chips -- just sat there unresolved. The food is genuinely excellent, and that makes this harder, not easier. A meal this good deserved a server who could handle the basics, and a birthday celebration deserved better than an hour of forgotten requests, invented shortages, and a surprise upcharge on food that was never supposed to cost extra. My wife's willing to give the restaurant another shot. I'm far less convinced -- and if we do go back, it won't be with Nathan.

You have to order the Babe's wings, the crab stuffed pretzel,and brisket sandwich with the homemade potato chips everything was delicious ! After such a long, exhausting day, this was exactly what we needed. While great food is always important, it's service like this that truly leaves a lasting impression. We live 2 hours away and aren't able to come often, but this experience was so memorable that next year it will definitely be on our must-visit list.
