Blonde beer ... rodeo cold

One and done ! I chose this place over the Taco Shop across the street . First , there were 3 young ladies at the front hostess stand . Not one greeted me as I walked by and I said I will sit myself at the bar. The bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed with a half way full bar customers but at least she was nice and welcomed me. I chose a beer to my liking and this is where the wheels really fell off for me . I like my beer as cold as possible in order to enjoy a rich crisp cold taste on a hot day . Unfortunately mine was rodeo cold with the glass just above a cool feel. The beer was definitely at temp that most people would agree of it not being cold . As far as the taste it was not bad and the temp could have been definitely made it very enjoyable. With that being said I passed on the food as there was no reason to order another beer .

First time here and we had a nice family and friend dinner. Nice layout and friendly staff. Patio as an option pending weather. The pretzel app was comforting and yummy beer cheese. Kids meal chicken nuggets was a nice portion and good quality. The chickens wings were standard with decent flavor (garlic Parmesan & Bourbon Whiskey BBQ). The double smash binder and sweet potatoes fries were delicious! Our friends enjoyed their sweet & savory jalapeño pizza. We finished the night with thin custard caramel dessert pizza. Loved my blackberry pomegranate sour. My hubby enjoyed his 4 beer flight. The Oktoberfest was also refreshing for our friend. A fun & tasty spot for all!

Thursday afternoon lunch visit, sat at the bar. Had a beer and a couple items. Here is what we liked: * The beer. Had the Oktoberfest and 1879 ale. Both cold and delicious. * Ordered a slider trio: the Brisket slider and Chicken slider were quite tasty. * Stuffed mushrooms, the Misses loves them but hates seafood which is the usual stuffing. Not these lil guys, bacon and cheese with a jalapeño on top. She thought these were quite good. * Bar tender was knowledgeable and good hearted. Ask about the cilantro tattoo. Liked how he said cheers when he delivered each drink. * The general vibe was just a cool place to hang out. * Appears they were dog friendly as there was one in the patio. Good to know for future visits. What could of been better: * The meatball slider was good but think it needed a marinara sauce to make it great. *She loved the mushrooms, I think they would be better if broiled at the end and get that cheese golden brown and gooey. Overall a nice visit, one of those ratings where 4.5 seems fitting for this visit but not quite a 5. Will visit again when in the area.

Nice Peach Blonde

Beer. The service is nice it was a little empty today I don't know because they say on here that it's closed or what. The new interior is nice reminds me a little bite of Rahr downtown Fort Worth with the play area Big bar a lot of selections for a micro brewery I might not be buying Parker county peaches but I'm drinking peach blonde.

Java Boomer

Excellent comfort foods, excellent choice of craft beers, Java and blonde are my favorites with the molto pizza. Not pictured are the slider combo which is excellent.

Blueberry Bourbon drink

Overall great place to get a drink at but it does show in the service that they are in need of employees

The surprise of the evening, however, was the Javelina Honey pizza which was topped with capicola ham, candied jalapenos and local honey.

Putting 5 stars too lower my "Karen" count, but I was…read moredisappointed to see some of the staff wear their mask off of their nose and mouth. The girl who brought me my sandwich wore a mask endorsing her presidential candidate under a chin. It would honestly be better not to wear one at all if you're not wearing one correctly. I get that masks aren't fun, but it's reassuring to see a restaurant comply with health regulations. Personally, I'd love to take a break from the politics for a second and buy a sandwich. So maybe this shop isn't for me. However, I want to see small businesses succeed. The sandwich was great. The staff stayed busy. I probably am not the ideal customer, but may I suggest the Turkey, Ham, & Bacon with Jalepeno bread? It's very good.

They are open until 7 during the week which makes it much easier to get there. We ordered pints of chicken salad because honestly, it's the best item on their menu. March was Ruben sandwich month and since their sign was still up, I asked if it was still an option, which it was. I did not get a chance to try it and I love Ruben sandwiches, so I ordered one along with a loaf of the sourdough bread and pecan cobbler because my Mom loves their cobbler. The Ruben was ok; I would have preferred more sauerkraut. The restaurant location is right across a school and on a main roadway. Timing the time you visit this location is key if you are in a hurry. Avoid school dismissal and potentially "rush" hours. Right now the northbound lanes close to the highway are reduced to a single lane during construction so commute in this direction is extremely time consuming if you aren't careful. The restaurant is never crowded and has an open seating floor plan so if you want to sit and enjoy a quiet lunch or early light dinner, this might be the perfect spot. They also have a small outdoor section.

Driving around Texas eating BBQ on the Texas Monthly Top 50 list…read more Arrived at Dayne's Craft Barbecue early on a Friday as husband and I wanted to eat a couple of the kolaches and then wait for the BBQ. The kolaches are fresh, delicious and some of the best we have ever eaten. They have a nice large parking area. You walk inside are greeted by a smiling employee. We ordered, ate and talked to several people that work and run this great Barbecue place. While waiting to order BBQ one of the employees was walking around giving out a few free breakfast tacos! Wow, what a treat. When we finally ordered our food we got food to eat there and food to bring back home. Let me just say that is the sign of great BBQ if it's good on site to eat and good when you warm it up at home. Dayne's BBQ was and is some of the best we have had yet. We had the Trinity platter, the bacon brisket, broccoli grape salad and flamin hot street corn. The Trinity came with moist smoke ring brisket along with pork ribs and JALAPENO HAVARTI sausage. I highly recommend you make the drive to Dayne's Craft Barbecue

Overall, I cannot rank it high enough. 5 out of 5 easy!!!

Karen and James are the greatest jam-making, pickle-producing couple you'll ever find! Their…read moretagline is "splendiferously different fine foods," which describes them perfectly. Their products are unique, of beautiful quality, and absolutely delicious. My top three favorites are definitely 1.) Sweet & Spicy Pickle Chips. These pack a lot of heat but in the best way possible, and the sweetness can't be beat. They're crunchy and salty and perfect. 2.) Apple Bourbon Cinnamon Jam. It's like the best apple-pie filling you can imagine, tart with a bit of a bite. 3.) Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam. Ahhhh... this will make your sandwiches shine! On grilled cheese.. or crackers with some cream cheese? I'd eat it with a spoon, honestly. In a Pickle's other jams are Blueberry Lime, Lemony Pear Vanilla, Orangy Fig, Peach Chocolate, and Strawberry Vanilla, and then they have a Spicy Satsuma Orange Lemon Marmalade. You have GOT to get your hands on any one of these beautiful products. I'm telling you, with these jams, your toast eating and appetizer-making experiences will never be the same. You can always buy the goods online, but you can also find them in these Fort Worth stores: Danette's Urban Oasis, Feastivities, Rodak's Custom Coffee and BBQ Grills, and the Vending Nut Company. In Arlington they're available at Gene Allen's Gifts and Potager's Other Stuff. They're in other Texas locations as well, and in several other states! Fairly often, In a Pickle is selling and giving samples at local farmer's markets and festivals. Follow them on facebook to see when they'll be out and about. There are no preservatives and very few ingredients in their creations... all gorgeous and handmade with the best fruit and veggies out there!

Wow! Please bookmark this small little outfit to put on your map!…read more I found this sweet couple on a little foodie / fun event in the arts district of Dallas on a rainy Saturday! The place was packed with so many fun booths! Now mind you this was several years ago! Shame on me for not sharing one of these hidden southwestern secrets! The event was so fun and down to earth! In the background was a live jazz band! Another booth had free cold beer tasters. Outside they had a number of fun food trucks, even the funnest cappuccino food truck, loved those folks, as well! A slight rain / drizzle was on us that day! But being around so many fun & down to earth folks was just so fun! Booths were from food, clothing, jewelry with a Santa Fe look, puppy dog beds, art items, etc... It was just too fun! Now to their booth! I walked up and tasted a number of their products, but fell in love with their 'Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam'! Bought three jars, and I try to stay away from sweets. I gave two jars away as gifts, but saved one jar for visit friends! Tasted a touch the other night and was reminded again just how wonderful it really was! Shame on me for not writing about this hidden gem sooner! Look for these folks and where they will be at: www. inapicklefoods.com They have a Facebook page to follow them as well! Last thoughts: Highly recommend picking up several jars of the 'Sweet & Spicy Tomato Jam'! And get several jars for friends and family, they will love you even more! Keep up the great products folks! I'm a big fan!
