This is for the Aledo location. The rating is for mis-information. I called to see if they were open and taking orders. I called the number listed "on their website". I was greeted with a recorded message in I think, Spanish. I called several times in a row and got the recording each time until maybe the 5th time I called, then a woman answered "Hello?" I asked if this was Palio's and she told me I had the wrong number. Offline, I confirmed multiple times that I was calling the number listed on their website (817-615-9313). If I have made an error, I will apologize/remove this review and try this place out. If however, I am correct, I hope the restaurant corrects their website and I would love to try them out.

    Mediterranean

I had the Mediterranean I'd put it on the lower scale of pizzas, it was pretty much void of flavor actually had to add salt just to get some taste. Also had a Greek salad it was fresh but the dressing was more like French with some vinaigrette added in, it was ok but wouldn't classify it as a Greek salad. Service was pleasant.

Great food, great service. Wonderful environment for friends and family. Each experience we have had has been wonderful!

Just ate at Palio's for the first time and it was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and pleasant, the cafe was clean and provided indoor and outdoor seating areas, and the food was so good! I got Molly's Pizza and my husband got Franks Buffalo Chicken Pizza - best cafe pizza we've ever had. Along with our pizzas we got Greek salads, which were also very good, the dressing was amazing for the Greek, and the sizes of the salads and pizzas are very generous portions. We also decided to try two desserts, two different cheesecakes (don't judge us) & those were just as amazing as everything else. Overall we had a great experience, lots of leftovers, and will definitely be recommending it and coming back in the future.

The gyro sandwhich is good. The pizzas are ok as I like thin crust but a little pricey. Ambiance is nice. Salads are over priced.

Should've been a clue when we walked in and the booth was filthy and I took my napkin off my appetizer plate and it was covered in a layer of grease. We decided to stay and give it a chance but the Chicken Pasta Primavera I ordered was quite literally chicken noodle soup. There was a puddle of bone broth at the bottom and the noodles were chopped into such short pieces I needed a spoon to eat it. If I was looking for chicken noodle soup I would've probably been okay but chicken primavera is my go-to usually and I've never had one like this:( Service was okay, but the experience as a whole was a major let down.

This restaurant is nowhere near as good as Randy's other two locations in town. Disappointing! Our server was polite however the manager never came to our table considering the issues we were having. Won't be back.

Sitting at the bar turned into the most unexpected and fun night we've had in a long time. I was seated next to the most wonderful woman, Sharon, and between the atmosphere, the conversation, and the energy of the place, the whole evening felt special. We ordered the pasta wheel, and the gentleman who prepared it was incredible, so knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about what he does. Watching it come together was part of the experience, and the pasta itself was outstanding. Truly exceptional. Skip the chains and the usual Italian spots, Zeno's is the real deal. Weatherford is lucky to have this place. We'll be back, and next time we might still choose the bar.

My husband and I stumbled upon this place while traveling, and it turned out to be one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. Antique items are displayed throughout, and as you enjoy authentic Italian recipes passed down for generations, you're surrounded by photos of those very generations who built this restaurant's legacy. It's a place that feels both warm and welcoming, like stepping into someone's home. I ordered the Trio, which included lasagna that was absolutely phenomenal--rich, flavorful, and clearly made using the family's secret recipe. My husband went for a pizza, made in-house with the freshest ingredients. Everything came out piping hot, and the flavors were out of this world. The service was excellent, and the manager was kind enough to give us a tour of the property. We were blown away by how beautiful it is, especially the outdoor stage--this would be an amazing wedding venue! And whatever you do, don't leave without trying their bread pudding. Trust me. I took some to-go and didn't regret it! P.S. Jan, when I said I'd wait until I got home, I lied. I ate it in the car.

This happens in so many restaurants... Seriously, drop the pasta into a hot pan pan with a little sauce, toss to coat and no more watery pasta. That's what the Italians do, and it works. The restaurant was very full, and we only planned to quickly grab a decaf cappuccino and some bread at the bar. I am 36 weeks pregnant. There was one open seat at the bar, and the two people sitting on either side were with other guests and did not appear to be leaving anytime soon. I asked the gentleman who had just stood up if he had closed his tab, and he confirmed that he had. Based on that, and the hostess directing us toward the bar, I sat down while my partner stood next to me. When we went to order a cappuccino, the male bartender immediately told us the bar had a waitlist and that the seat was "reserved." There was no reserved sign, and the guest had literally just vacated the seat. I explained that I was only grabbing a quick cappuccino and would not be there long. I even said, "No problem, I won't be here long," and made my intentions clear. Instead of working with that, he told me he would have to ask me to get up. I would have been perfectly happy to move once the party arrived or if the seat was actually needed. However, the interaction was handled abruptly and without basic courtesy or flexibility. What makes this more disappointing is that we had actually enjoyed the restaurant a few nights earlier. During that visit, Ashley took care of us and she was an absolute gem--warm, attentive, and exactly what great hospitality should feel like. I would highly recommend sitting with her. I had even met one of the investors during that visit. While I don't frequent Il Bracco regularly, I do know many people in the Dallas hospitality industry, including owners and operators, and situations like this are exactly the kinds of service breakdowns we discuss so they can avoid them in their own restaurants. Unfortunately, after this interaction, I will not be returning. The bartender's approach to guest interaction and basic hospitality needs serious attention. Good luck guys!
