Jon Kalb reached out to me to help with my printing order. It was super fast and good quality prints. He responded to me quickly and delivered my 500 prints, front and back, within 2-3 hours from me! I made a mistake with the Instagram logo placement but that's my fault. Will definitely come back for our business printing needs!

Local print and copy center in Park Slope. Very easy to use/figure out the store dynamics. You can just walk in and start doing your thing or ask an employee for help. They have very friendly staff members. I needed a printer and paid $1 per page (which is expensive compared to Staples) but very convenient. Best part is... the cat!!

They did a great job blowing up our engagement photos

US Post Office - Empire Postal Service, full of shit

US Post Office

Crown Heights

It's a post office. I don't have high hopes. That being said, this is a federal government facility…read moreand the staff here don't know what the federal ADA rules on service dogs are. I'm waiting in line with my service dog sitting quietly by my side. An employee approaches and says dogs aren't allowed inside. I say he's a service dog. She says "some people are afraid of dogs can you just wait with it outside" since my partner was also with me inside. I said "no I don't need to wait outside, he is a trained service dog and he is not posing a threat to anyone in this post office." She then asks for my service dog registration. THERE IS NO SUCH THING. There is no federal service dog registry, no certification, none of that, in the USA. The ADA allows business to ask service dog handlers two questions: "Is that a service dog?" and "What tasks is the dog trained to perform to assist with your disability?" THAT'S IT. I try explaining this to the lady, I even tried pulling up the ADA website, but she just insists I need to show her a service dog ID. There are no such things as service dog IDs. Any service dog ID anyone in the US has is a PROP bought on Amazon or something. While some legit handlers do buy them for situations exactly like this, it's literally not a thing. Eventually she just gives up and walks away, but later when I'm about to go up to the clerk for my package the same woman is like "you better hope my manager isn't here next time you come in with your dog if you dont have an ID". Crazy idea but maybe employees at a FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FACILITY should know about FEDERAL GOVERNMENT LAWS on service dogs, instead of threatening me against returning.

Save your time and don't come here. The customer service is horrible. Don't come here, choose…read moreanother place. Only 1-3 people working at a time and a full line.
