If there was a negative star, this greedy pizza place would get it. Called and told them my oven broke and needed a well done pizza extra hot for pick up. Got there and pizza was still cooking. told the counter girl and the oven man making my pizza, "take you time I need it well done". He said it was. I should have looked before I left. Pizza was so undercooked it was like a slime ball that wouldnt hold together. I called to complain and was told again it was well done. Clearly the guy cooking should not be. No one bothered to offer to deliver a new one or a credit. Just lazy and greedy. Never ever ever ever going back there. Totally disappointed in the food and service. read more

For me traditional style pizza doesnt get better than Park. Can't believe I haven't written a review , but wrote 3 tips. Smh. They use deli sliced pepperoni! Tastes so much better. The cut is thicker and doesn't taste like generic pepperoni like u taste at every other pizza spot! They use raw jalapeño slices as their hot peppers. The raw ones. Not the pickled ones. No one does that except Famous Pizza. Indians know what I'm talking about! Park Pizza just tastes better! I can eat a whole pie by myself in one sitting and in most cases I can never eat more than 4-5 slices. Addictive fresh ingredients! I've ordered here many times and usually get something 1-2 times per month. I recently called to get a buffalo chickn wrap delivered then was told the min order is $15. So I said okay I'll have mozz sticks too. He said where are you located and I told him and he said that's too far. The order total was $18 and I said I though the min was $15 and he proceeded to argue and act rude I said forget it and hung up. My home is located 2 miles from them. I'll never order from them again. They just lost a good paying repeat customer. read more

Got the 8 ball special which came with a lot of food for the price you pay (and a 2 liter)! The mozzarella sticks were amazing along with the wings. Friday night, stomach is eating itself, frantically texting husband to see why pizza is taking so long. "Leaving now. It was a cluster f." Perhaps it was the Friday night rush that triggered a mediocre pizza experience but when we opened up the box eagerly and spied an undercooked pie sitting in pools of grease, we were both crustfallen (see what I did there?). The pizza could have greatly benefitted from an extra 5 minutes in the oven. Because it was so undercooked we had to use a knife and fork (the horror) and the crust was incredibly doughy. I will say the actual pepperoni was amazing and best I've had. And I really did enjoy the sauce - very well-seasoned. I just had a hard time getting past the texture and greasiness. I would say we waited well over 40 minutes for a pie and calamari. The pie + mushrooms was decent (good amount of cheese and toppings), with not overdone crust but it could have been cook just a tad longer. Not every Jersey pizza shop is the same, and this is proof. The toppings are tastier than I've had at some other pizza shops. It can be a bit on a greasy side depending on what you get, but that's not unheard of at places like this. If you're a Park Ridge resident, I can't see you going wrong with this place. read more

Awful!!!! I ordered a pizza and was told it would come in a half hour. I asked for the total. I was told $14.10.... An hour later with no pizza...I was told it was on its way. They're like right up the road. 15 minutes later....I called again and asked for the manager. He wasn't available. The girl said she messed up the ticket and put it for pick up. But will send the driver as soon as he gets back.... No apologies.....very fustrated. Driver shows up 25 minutes later. And I wanted to see the pizza before I took it. He said "well we didn't charge you for the garlic knots" gee thanks....but I didn't order them. So don't make it out to be like you are doing me a favor. I had $17 ready to give him. Bc I was quoted $14.10.....I told him what I was quoted and he said "well with delivery fee....it's $16.10.... I said well....this is all your getting. Bc I wasn't told there was a delivery fee on the phone!! The pizza was mushy and Luke warm. I could barley get through a slice. I'm extremely disappointed bc I grew up in Park Ridge an on this pizza.
