And what I noticed was that when dry was free, the time it took was also short. The dryers here used to be very fast. And when I paid, the drying was very slow just like it is at laundromats where some machines are good and others not and you just found another bad one. I don't mind paying, but also turning the temp down or not cleaning the screens and the airflow is less, is too much. Reading these other reviews I notice that recent negative ones (except for the complaint about restroom access) are all from people without any other reviews on Yelp. Previous ownership of this location always had good employees. Maybe that is no longer true, I can't say, but when I see a new reviewer saying someone should be fired, I think it's something else and not a legit review.

Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

There was a brief miscommunication with the team on site, but it was settled quickly. 4 stars only because of the price to wash ($9.50 for extra large loads + $7.50 x 2 for large loads) which is kinda high for me and the quality of the wash. I never estimate how many loads I actually need to wash but this was right before Easter and I was really in a bind to get my clothes off the checklist. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

I left it for a week to give them extra time treating the shirt. It came back with the stains still as evident as the day I got them, not even cleaned a little. No note saying they couldn't fix it like they used to do, just bagged and returned. The worst part is, there were two new rips along the seams of both sleeves near the shoulders. They were very obvious but no one said anything. The lady at the counter was very rude and just brushed me off, the STILL charged me full price.
