I am not the "best looking" when it comes to my credit, but I have a very good income and was looking at a higher priced vehicle. I should not be difficult to get into a car, but I think that the salesman was a bit lazy and wanted to only work on deals that didn't require much input. I originally began trying to work with Steve Miller at the Lewisville location. Steve is unreliable and has terrible customer service. I called him 4 times, leaving a message each time asking about a specific car and he never called me back. I later called back and left a message for his manager, Teri Rogers, and she also never called me back. I have never been difficult to work with and have even tried to say "they must be busy with easier customers", but I feel as though a low-end dealership like this should be more accommodating to all potential customers. Maybe I'm wrong. But it's not like I'm looking at Bentley's. Even just a call back would have gone a long way. But alas, my phone didn't ring. In any case, as I said, I would not recommend working with them. Try another dealership first, and as a last resort, choose these guys.

I'm pretty car savvy and since I hadn't driven the car for awhile we both agreed it was probably the battery which Maserati recommends replacing every 4 years. With my code reader everything that came up suggested it was battery related in one way or another. I then cleared the codes with my own OBDII reader and asked him if I could swing by and get a new battery throw in today. Greg said come on by that he could get it done in an hour. Apon arrival Greg immediately greeted me, took my keys and had me ready to settle up in exactly an hour. The passenger white back up bulb had apparently burned out and they changed that out for me as well. While waiting I picked up a cool Maserati hat from John in parts and off I went. No issues All in all... I can't really say much about the sales guys as I didn't purchase my vehicle from them but I have had service there a few times with Gregs help and have ordered a few parts from John. These 2 guys are really solid guys and I really recommend them. I did inquire (I'm still on the fence) about purchasing the new MC20 and Michael the GM called me within a few minutes of my internet inquiry and spoke to me for about 20 min regarding the rollout of the vehicle. The only thing I guess I could say that was somewhat weird was while I was waiting for service to be complete for nearly an hour I walked around the entire dealership and lot and I never did see any sales people get out of there office to greet me or try and show me anything.... maybe they knew I was just waiting for my car to be finished?

Later I was told they had "the same vehicle" with only 54 miles, so I made the trip to the dealership ready to purchase it. Unfortunately, it was not equipped the same. After the purchase, I realized it lacked the sunroof and premium wood interior trim that the original vehicle had. I take responsibility for not catching those differences before signing, but I also feel they should have been clearly pointed out since I specifically came for the original vehicle. The salesperson was handling multiple customers at once and I never felt like I received personal attention during such a major purchase. I also had to take the vehicle to another Alfa Romeo dealership shortly after buying it to have the tires balanced and to get help understanding some of the vehicle's features. I contacted the sales manager hoping to find a solution, but instead felt dismissed. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing vehicle purchases I've experienced. I would encourage future buyers to carefully compare every option and feature before signing anything and not assume two vehicles are equipped the same.

I test drove a car that was priced based on and listed to have heated seats and a sunroof. Obviously upon inspection it did not have these options. This is false representation of vehicle features which inflates the value of the vehicle. So if they had an oversight in evaluating the vehicle features, I wonder what they had oversight in during their "125 point inspection." Trade in values took a dive from November to December, but I still feel like communication, understanding, and negotiation should have been better, especially because the vehicle was overpriced. All they did was turn off the lights and sensors for the issues. I'm 23 in Dallas alone now with no car again TWO months after I paid $5000 cash for it. When myself and my parents reached out to them they lied and said they fix the issues and they'd be sending a tow that day. They never showed up to get my car and stopped responding to our texts and calls. The owner David is a scam artist don't spend your hard earned money with these trifling people.

Very Disappointing Customer Service at the Parts Department…read more I have a commercial account with Mazda of Irving, and unfortunately, my experience with the parts department has been extremely disappointing because of the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the employees. I purchased a part, and the same employee recommended that I buy an additional part to address a specific OBD-II trouble code. He told me that if the extra part was not needed, I could return it. When I came back the next morning to return the unused part, his attitude was completely different. He gave me an unfriendly look and seemed determined to find a reason to reject the return. First, he inspected the packaging and the part, apparently looking for a reason to refuse it. When he couldn't find an issue, he demanded the receipt, even though the purchase was made under my commercial account and the invoice was available in their system. I explained that it was the most recent invoice and that the purchase should be traceable through my account. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he became argumentative and told me he would not process the return on Monday, when no manager would be available for me to speak with about my complaint. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I experienced rude behavior from this same employee. Similar incidents have happened in the past, but I chose to ignore them. This time, however, the repeated behavior has become unacceptable. The way I was treated made me question whether I was being treated differently because of my background. I cannot say for certain that racism was the reason, but the repeated disrespectful treatment has left me seriously concerned. As a commercial customer, I expect professional, respectful service and fair treatment, especially when following the return process recommended by the employee himself. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews the situation, and provides better customer service training to ensure other customers do not have the same experience. I would not recommend the parts department based on my experience unless management addresses these customer service issues.
