I had a horrible experience and service with Hurst Autoplex. I brought my wife's brand new 2026 F-250 to have a lift kit installed, and it was a disaster. Her previous 2025 f250 was totaled via hail damage so we swapped the relatively new suspension and wheels & tires over to the new truck . I've bought two trucks from them before, trusted you with lift kits before. This time, I picked it up and the truck was pulling hard to the right the second I left. The manager gabe told me he confirmed it was put on the alignment machine and test driven by the tech who did the work but to come back so they could double check it, but was out to lunch when I returned so I talked to the tech that did the work directly and he actually said to me and my wife directly that he didn't do an alignment and I didn't even need an alignment--he said "on these trucks you just straighten the steering wheel along with the tires being straight". Ridiculous. Both myself, my wife and the auto plex sales rep who was standing there with us were literally speechless when he said that as that is obviously 100% incorrect. I left and took the truck with me as I clearly had zero confidence after that statement and realized the management had no issue lying about work not actually completed and took it directly to my local forddealer and had them do a full alignment, which of course was significantly out of line. The manager agreed to pay ford after being called out about lying to me and charging me anyways and then A few days later I see they didn't even bolt the steering stabilizer in--just left it hanging with neither bolt in place. I forwarded that info and pictures over to their manager and got zero response. Not only was I quoted $5,300 flat including the tow there, they overcharged me by $1800 without any heads up or explanation and lied about the work, and risked our safety. I will never recommend Hurst or Lewisville Autoplex to anyone again. They are beyond incompetent and then continue with deceptive trade practices to cover their inability to do their job correctly.

I went in for a transmission service on my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The issue is that the fluid is leaking after the service. It wasn't leaking before that. When I checked yesterday, the dipstick showed the level was quite low. I also checked the transmission pan under the car, and it's leaking. I called Nathan again to see if he could help. I explained the situation and sent him the picture. He said it's unlikely to be their fault because, according to the picture, the leak isn't coming from the drain plug. He mentioned that they only drained fluid by removing the plug. My main concern is why this happened right after the service, when everything was fine before. He offered for me to come back to the service center, which is 35 miles away from my house, and said they'd cover the towing if it turns out to be their fault. However, diagnosing the issue would take a full day. I'd prefer to go to a local service center and have them cover the cost if the mechanic confirms it's their fault. I would trust a third-party mechanic more in this situation, and I don't want to spend money on Uber rides to and from the service center. Unfortunately, Nathan insists that I come back to their service center. I've decided not to return to this service center and to forget about the money I paid. I'll take my car to a local service center to get the issue resolved. I hope this helps.

These guys went above and beyond! I had a unique situation, trading in two vehicles, needing to move over accessories, making sure I didn't go without a car throughout the process. They treated me like family and I don't feel I would've gotten this level of service and care anywhere else! This year I purchased my third vehicle from them and will continue to do so!! Michael, Breece, Gabe and David thank you for helping me jump through hoops to get me the baddest vehicle yet!!

Thanks God! Online purchase: Promises made, promises delivered! An overall excellent transaction with salesman Bryant and Finance Officer Esther Espiricueta. I had a VERY traumatic online attempted car sale this summer with a dealer in Utah. After 4 months the owner finally resolved it but my credit and emotional well-being took a hit. Although I was leery, I am joyful of the outcome here at Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi! From the initial contact to the delivery of my Ford Explorer- everything was pleasant, polite, patient, and professional. Even the delivery driver who delivered my vehicle was neat, clean, sharp and pretty good-looking! There were NO HIDDEN FEES or contractual traps, just plain ol' good business. Refreshing!

Steve was very attentive every step of the way and helped to assuage all the fears that I had about such a big online purchase.

Friday afternoon called as I hadn't heard a word. Will told me they had the wrong struts, had to order them from KY and it would be five days. Tried to contact Joel/Will to have the drink holder in the middle row replaced, I mean why not, they were going to have the car for another week. Never got a call back. Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

It took way too long, was way too expensive, and left me feeling regretful and horrible about the whole situation. After the entire car buying experience, we still had to wait almost an hour - outside by the back of the dealership watching employees leave their shift and just waiting for our car. It was weird. Then, as i was driving in home in my new car, happy with the car, but feeling screwed over, and generally upset over the experience, I realized two things: 1. The mileage on the car is 500 miles more than stated when i bought it 2. THERE WAS AN EMPTY LIQUOR BOTTLE -- RATTLING AROUND IN MY NEW CAR TLDR: The experience was awful, the mileage was fudged and i don't recommend this dealership. I found a liquor bottle in my new car. An unacceptable experience overall. Something positive: the finance person was really great to work with.

I'm pretty car savvy and since I hadn't driven the car for awhile we both agreed it was probably the battery which Maserati recommends replacing every 4 years. With my code reader everything that came up suggested it was battery related in one way or another. I then cleared the codes with my own OBDII reader and asked him if I could swing by and get a new battery throw in today. Greg said come on by that he could get it done in an hour. Apon arrival Greg immediately greeted me, took my keys and had me ready to settle up in exactly an hour. The passenger white back up bulb had apparently burned out and they changed that out for me as well. While waiting I picked up a cool Maserati hat from John in parts and off I went. No issues All in all... I can't really say much about the sales guys as I didn't purchase my vehicle from them but I have had service there a few times with Gregs help and have ordered a few parts from John. These 2 guys are really solid guys and I really recommend them. I did inquire (I'm still on the fence) about purchasing the new MC20 and Michael the GM called me within a few minutes of my internet inquiry and spoke to me for about 20 min regarding the rollout of the vehicle. The only thing I guess I could say that was somewhat weird was while I was waiting for service to be complete for nearly an hour I walked around the entire dealership and lot and I never did see any sales people get out of there office to greet me or try and show me anything.... maybe they knew I was just waiting for my car to be finished?

I negotiated the price…read moreon a specific vehicle online, and within minutes the advertised price was reduced to the amount we had agreed on. Later I was told they had "the same vehicle" with only 54 miles, so I made the trip to the dealership ready to purchase it. Unfortunately, it was not equipped the same. After the purchase, I realized it lacked the sunroof and premium wood interior trim that the original vehicle had. I take responsibility for not catching those differences before signing, but I also feel they should have been clearly pointed out since I specifically came for the original vehicle. The salesperson was handling multiple customers at once and I never felt like I received personal attention during such a major purchase. I also had to take the vehicle to another Alfa Romeo dealership shortly after buying it to have the tires balanced and to get help understanding some of the vehicle's features. I contacted the sales manager hoping to find a solution, but instead felt dismissed. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing vehicle purchases I've experienced. I would encourage future buyers to carefully compare every option and feature before signing anything and not assume two vehicles are equipped the same.
