I'm sharing this as a warning (google and yelp) - especially for anyone considering an out-of-state purchase. I bought a 23' Escalade V from Hurst Autoplex in January, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When the car arrived, it had visible damage to the hood and front lower fender that was never disclosed by the sales team. More concerning, I immediately noticed a steering wheel shake when I first drove the SUV. I raised this issue with the salesperson (LA) he assured me that everything was fine and "passed inspections". That assurance turned out to be completely inaccurate. After getting the vehicle inspected by a local shop near me, the findings: - One wheel was bent and out of balance - Another wheel had already been repaired and required excessive weight to rebalance (terrible weld job) - Additional tire repositioning was needed due to irregularities The final recommendation: replace all wheels and tires This is not normal wear and tear - this was an issue on a $100K+ Escalade that should have been fully disclosed or taken care of prior to sale. I gave the dealership the opportunity to make things right, but after some initial communication, I was ultimately ghosted by Esther E and Kevin S. I was forced to spend an additional $7,000 out-of-pocket to replace the wheels and tires. Do your due diligence. If you're buying from out of state, do not rely on verbal assurances. Get a third-party inspection before purchase. This experience showed a clear lack of transparency and accountability, they presented well on Instagram but the reality wasn't the same. I went in for a transmission service on my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. The issue is that the fluid is leaking after the service. It wasn't leaking before that. When I checked yesterday, the dipstick showed the level was quite low. I also checked the transmission pan under the car, and it's leaking. I called Nathan again to see if he could help. I explained the situation and sent him the picture. He said it's unlikely to be their fault because, according to the picture, the leak isn't coming from the drain plug. He mentioned that they only drained fluid by removing the plug. My main concern is why this happened right after the service, when everything was fine before. He offered for me to come back to the service center, which is 35 miles away from my house, and said they'd cover the towing if it turns out to be their fault. However, diagnosing the issue would take a full day. I'd prefer to go to a local service center and have them cover the cost if the mechanic confirms it's their fault. I would trust a third-party mechanic more in this situation, and I don't want to spend money on Uber rides to and from the service center. Unfortunately, Nathan insists that I come back to their service center. I've decided not to return to this service center and to forget about the money I paid. I'll take my car to a local service center to get the issue resolved. I hope this helps. read more

Stay away from the 2022 outlander After 5 repair attempts the hood issue is still not fixed. The radio has been replaced, the window regulators, motors, and switches have all been replaced, and are still not fixed. Do not recommend a 2022 outlander to anyone, there have been serious defects and oversights in quality control relating to vehicle safety with this model. There is now a fuel pump recall and the vehicle fails to start 75% of the time, and stalls out while driving now. There is a judder in the transmission and the vehicle does not accelerate over 30 mph at times. This is the worst new car purchase we have made. Stay far away read more

Well my review was pretty rough initially as I had some issues. However the GM called me and apologized and actually took accountability. They couldn't fix the issue however advised they should have. He was available for calls and texts and helped me with everything I needed without hesitation. Do accidents happen yes, was it a learning lesson yes. So I started working on a deal with salesman Mitchell Grim last week. They offered me a deal in writing but I had to wait for the registration on my vehicle to process before I could trade it in. I stayed in contact with Mitchell and as soon as my registration cleared I borrowed the $1398 cash need for the difference they quoted me. I called Mitchell he said great come in, pay your difference and we will finish the deal, the car is in make ready. When I got there Mitchell said he made a mistake and quoted the wrong car that they would need $3000 or more to make the deal (even though they messed up). I initially bought my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport out in Irving. Either HAM wasn't here yet, or I was sadly unaware of them. As soon as I found them, I started taking my Outlander to HAM and specifically Nathan in the service department. Nathan has to be one of the most courteous service advisors I have ever met. Friendly and professional, he always seemed to have genuine interest in my questions and concerns. And always had great answers for me. There were times I would go in for simple services, and he would always find the best deal possible for me to what I needed at the time. The rest of the department followed in suit. I've always been treated extremely well even though I unfortunately bought my car at another dealership, and is now 6 years old. 06/25/19: so my fiance dropped our car off at Discount Tire today to have our back tires replaced, then Hurst Autoplex (Mitsubishi) to have our alignment done. After the alignment was paid for I was about to pull out of the dealership and notice 2 HUGE holes and a crack going across my windshield... They're trying to tell me that it was brought in that way, and that they have pictures of when it was dropped off. (they didn't take pictures of the car in front of us like they usually do.) When I asked them to to pull the pictures up on the tablet they use so I could see the timestamps, of course they couldn't figure out how to do it. They finally were able to pull it up on their PC, but no timestamps were anywhere on the pictures.. There's no way in hell that he wouldn't have noticed that damage driving from discount tires 2 minutes down the road, to Mitsubishi. I noticed it THE SECOND I got in the car to drive away. I'm livid and feel like I'm going to have no choice but to pay to replace this myself.. 6/26/19: we had discount tires verify that it left their shop undamaged. we make a trip down to talk to the general manager up at Mitsubishi. he was very arrogant and of no help at all. they're still unable to show us a timestamped photo, and when asking for the camera footage of our car coming in damaged, it was one excuse after another. we were also indirectly called liars about having discount verify it leaving their shop undamaged. we have disputed the payment for the alignment we had done, and reported this to the BBB. Since their Hurst location was of no help, I contacted Lewisville who also did nothing for us. They tried selling me another windshield.. oh yea and a new car. Do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere. we are now having to pay out of pocket for a new windshield. read more

Unfortunately everything else could not have gone any worse here yesterday. I live in the Houston area, so when I found the exact car I wanted online at this dealership I sent an email immediately to make an appointment to go see it within a few days. I was told by the salesperson I was in contact with (Jimmy Hawes) that he would let me know if the car sold within the few days before my appointment. Good news! The day of my appointment rolls around with no bad news from Jimmy so I'm feeling excited about going to buy this car! I receive a confirmation email at 11:23am confirming the 12:30 appointment, saying the vehicle will be ready when I got there, and to ask for Jimmy when I arrived. My mom and I arrive at the dealership 15 minutes early to the sight of this car that I'm here to see coming back from a test drive and someone else finalizing their purchase. Jimmy was nowhere to be found. How do you make an appointment to show a car and then NOT be at the dealership in time for the appointment. I understand that i had no hold on this vehicle and that they couldn't have stopped the purchase while it was in motion with the other person, BUT it is absolutely unreasonable to sell a car to a walk-in 15 minutes before someone shows up for their APPOINTMENT to see that exact car. Tell the walk in to wait 30 minutes so that you can honor the appointment and see if it falls through for me. That would've been such an easy solution that no one thought to do. I am not the type of person to take my time and review many places but i have given this dealership numerous chances to contact me back after purchasing my car from them. I purchased my vehicle April 3rd of this year. They brought the vehicle to me from the dealership and I did a trade, signed all the paperwork here at my home and they took my trade in back. First things first they only gave me 1 key for my durango that was already dead. Everytime i got in the car it would tell me "low battery key fob" and would hardly work to unlock/lock my car. I told them about this and a crack in the taillight and the manager said he would have someone come pick up my car and take it back to get me a second key fob and fix taillight. Also, during this pandemic my other car loan took forever to show as paid off so this dealership was getting anxious and took it upon themselves to RERUN my credit without notifying me or asking for permission after I had already been approved by a bank with them. This is the most infuriating part. 8 additional hard inquiries on my credit with no permission from me to do so and they didnt even apologize. After all this I STILL havent heard from them after sending 3 emails and leaving 2 voicemails. They have not mailed me my plates either that expired in the beginning of June. So as you can see my recommendation would to definitely stay away from this dealership as they just want to make the sale and never help again. Hopefully after this review someone will finally reach out to me asking to finally step up and fix all my problems as they should have done from day 1. read more

There was some initial misunderstanding about the features of a vehicle. The Outlander PHEV apparantly doesn't get a lot of attention around here. I was pretty upset about it at first and I felt like it took longer but over all they really did make a lot of effort to help me out and come to a solution where everybody would be happy again. There was no high pressure during sales. Jonathan Lopez is very personable and did a great job with handling things. Their service department did a lot a legwork in trying to research and to help me learn more about the car. In the end I'm happy with the car it just had a surprising learning curve that I didn't expect. (It can be driven simply but there's a lot you can do with it). Went into for routine oil change that I get with my maintenance package on my vehicle and they tell me I have a nail in the side wall of my tire and it's not fixable so I need a new tire for $159. I purchased a 2011 Lamborghini Gallardo from hurst back in november. Viewed the car through ebay as well as other pictures and settled the deal with Steve Glynn over the phone. Wired the money and flew in to pick the car up 2 days later. I was told they didn't have the title and the paperwork ready so they would have to mail it to me. Not a big deal as long as I get it in under 30 days to avoid a late fee in Georgia. Well it showed up on day 30 after I asked them about it several times. I was forced to pay a $400 fee the next day when I registered it. Called Steve ASAP and he assured me they would cover it since it was their fault. Sadly I still haven't received anything from them. It's too bad because I had a pretty good experience other than that but I can't give anyone a good review that doesn't fix their costly mistakes. read more

This is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt witth in customer relations agter you purchase a car from them. I bought a 2019 BMW and paid in full for the car. I had an issue w mechanics a few weeks afterwards and was told I would have to leave my car there for several days /weeKs until they could get it to re-duplicate the problem with out being offered any option. I was not notified that my tags came in and had to follow up myself and the title for the car that I paid for was apparently lost in the mail and ots somehow my responsibility to request another one from the DMV. If I could choose a 0 I would. We buy multiple vehicles from this company but this last one we bought paid in full and we can't even get them to fix it correctly. We dropped off my truck it was there for 2 weeks they never touched it. I always try to plan to drop it off when I know I won't need it we set the time and yet they still don't get it done or they partially do it then I have to take it back. The front end has been messed up for months I've dropped it off several times they never fixed it. Now mind you we have bought vehicles over 100k each from there and not just 2-3 of them. Their customer service sucks and they honestly don't even act like they care if they fix it or not. The absolute worse. They lost all our company's business. But honestly I'm sure they don't even care even after they read this review that they have lost it. Bumper got painted it was the wrong color didn't match the truck. Didn't fix the shocks 4th time taking it in to be looked at and it was obvious the shocks were completely busted, took in twice to paint door handles. Said it would be done in a week here we are again 2 weeks later still not done. We are just over it. read more
