I truly would never buy a car from this dealership. My husband and I went to look at Volvos two weekends ago and we were not approached by any one upon entering the dealership, we had to go up to one of the salespeople and ask for help. The representative did not introduce himself, did not ask our names, what we were looking for, or anything of the sort. We had to ask him to test drive a car and he acted like it was a burden to help us. Then while we were in the car, he did not ask us anything about what we were looking for or what we would be interested in buying. So I bought a car Sep 28th 2024 from here, call the dealership for the title to my car and to also let them know the car I just bought was leaking oil, they say okay let me talk to my supervisor, I try calling back no answer. Did this for about three months, cars temp tags expired in November so I wasn't able to drive the car without worrying about getting a ticket, still no answer or calls, time goes by I get them to answer they say they are sending me a new temp tag I said okay cool what about my title, they said they are working on it, I text them and ask for the tracking info... nothing, so now it's February and j go to my bank to ask them if they have heard anything, and they just got the title after 5 months of non stop calling them and texting, leaving voicemails. So incredibly disappointed in this place. After TONS of research and personal referral we started our decision with Anthony. I travel for work and he and my wife were working through options for a XC90. We had to make multiple follow up calls as he never replied when he stated he would. WE SHOULD HAVE KNOWN. After traveling for 10 days I drove straight to the dealership to speak to him myself, worked out a deal and picked the car my wife wanted. I was clear that I wanted the transition to be smooth as we both work and we have 3 kids. That's where everything went downhill. We got the car and my wife found stains on the seat. After arriving home I realized they did not setup the Volvo remote system, the profiles, the key fobs, the data service, etc. We had to do all of that on our own after multiple calls to Anthony who would reply late and say "its a system issue". Thanks to Reddit and a few other resources I was able to complete it myself after 3 days. After a poor review and honest feedback regarding our experience we received a call from the GM, Germaine, who apologized and assured us this was not "the Volvo way". He told us we would be moved to a new sales person, Aaron, and that they would oversee things going forward. I knew our plates and registration were pending, so we decided to see what would happen. Today is the day AFTER our paper plate expired. Of course no call, no follow up, nothing, so WE again had to call the dealership to figure out what was going on AFTER my wife was pulled over for expired plates. We got an apology again from the DM who stated Anthony would be reaching out. First, we have no desire to work with Anthony, second he called and simply said "just letting you know your plates are in". We are not difficult people. We simply expect for a brand of this caliber, and for the price paid for a vehicle, that the service would complement the product. Even after a personal conversation with the GM it has been the opposite. I guess we now have to drive in and pick up plates that were late, no fault of our own, after being told at sale "Ill make sure the plates get to your home". Its SO DISSAPOINTING to have to continue to remind people to deliver a basic level of service after all the smiles and promises lead you to pay them a huge sum of money. I expect more from Volvo and will NEVER purchase another Volvo again, much less at this dealership. I so wanted my experience with Park Place Volvo to be one that I could recommend to everyone however I can only recommend a Volvo but not this location. On Aug 2nd I was rear ended, my beautiful Q50 S declared a total lost, which caused me to look for a new car. I did my research and it came between BMW, Volvo and Tesla. I test drove them all and decided I liked the Volvo S90 Hybrid the best. It also helped Costco sent me an email indicating I would get preferred pricing with Volvo until 10/2 as well as a Costco Cash Card. Joe Barbee who is the sales manager made the first contact with me. He asked me to come in and work with a new car sales person. When I came in, the new car sales person was busy with another customer and Joe was not there so I left. I returned a few days later to find Joe; who reluctantly helped me. I assume he wanted me to work with the floor sales guy. We test drove the car and I just got a sense that Joe is a run of the mill sales person. He didn't make a connection with me as his customer... he followed his test drive script, which was dry and not engaging. He didn't try to drill down into who I am, what I like and make sure the car met my needs. I just ignored it, he may not like his job or was having a bad day but I knew it was the car I wanted and could ignore all the dryness to get what I wanted. After the test drive we walked around the lot and I told him exactly what I wanted: color, engine, and packages. A day passed and Joe told me he secured my car and needed my financial information and deposit, which I readily gave him. Once finance approved me, Joe then let me know that the car was reserved for another customer. For me that was strike 1. I felt as if he just wanted to see if finance would approve me. I understand I am a non traditional customer but these days you cannot look at a person and determine their ability to afford anything. Its call IT! We are young and successful :) He should have told me that the car was reserved prior to asking for financial information. In this instance he was trying to secure me as a customer but did so in the wrong way. Days go by, e-mails and phone calls not returned by Joe and I decide to go out of my way and show up at the dealership. Joe was not present but the New Car Sales director Germaine assisted me and it was with Germaine that I discovered Joe had been trying to secure the wrong color car. I was shocked. I am detailed when I make request as I have to be detailed when managing IT projects. Tell a computer system blue and it will only search for blue. Tell Joe you want blue and he looks for white. I was flabbergasted, what do I do? I attempted to give them 1 more chance... they were trying to secure a car that had all the features I wanted without the hybrid engine. I test drove it and again listened to Joe's same test drive script that I am sure he has used with every customer. While test driving the care, It dawned on me it would be better I wait and get what I wanted. The is car is not cheap and I am not in the habit of buying something that does not have everything I want. I can't settle for less, just so you can make a sale. To date, I have requested that my deposit be returned. I've yet to get a response from the email sent to Joe. I will again go out of my way and show up at the dealership to try to get my deposit. Its very upsetting, its been two months. 1 1/2 of which was spent looking for the wrong car. My Costco incentive has expired and I am still without the car I wanted. For me its best I move on and hope that no one has the same unfortunate experience I have had working with Park Place Volvo. Why the two stars? Germaine was very helpful, affable and could tell what type of customer I was and was willing to go out his way for me. We put in an order with a $500 deposit to Caitlyn S for an XC60 Recharge in Ultimate Bright edition. The car was going to be built in Sweden and wouldn't be available until November We received a call in October that a car was available as the people that placed a different order decided to back out. My wife and I made the 3.5 hour drive and she fell in love with the car so we purchased the vehicle, to the tune of roughly $80k, and drove it off the lot that day. So far so good. Had to get documents from them for our tax filing for 2023 in order to claim the $7k in tax credits. Unfortunately, the bozos in congress changed the law and the credit was/is only available to cars manufactured in the US with a purchase date of 08/17/2023 and later. The tax credit for those that are manufactured outside the US is no longer available. Not the dealerships fault I guess. Jump forward to August 2023. Car needs it's 8000 mile service. Wife emails Caitlyn S and hears nothing but crickets. No courtesy of a return email or anything. She followed up with the email two more times and received no response. She then calls service directly and is on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. Gets bored waiting for someone to pick up the phone so hangs up. So I go to reach out, send an email to Caitlyn...crickets. Go to their website for contact info, only thing you can do is call or fill out a form. I fill out the form describing the issues we are having and have now started to get emails from a Greta "Client Experience Assistant" who starts out with "would you prefer email, text or call". I respond with email and her very next email states this "I'm following up to see if you got all the information you needed. Were you able to have everything taken care of?" Uhmmm, no you freaking robot I didn't as you didn't respond to anything I put in the description part of the contact form. We have booked an appointment with Autobahn in Fort Worth who is more than happy to assist us and provide a loaner car. In retrospect if we had known the after sales customer support with Park Place was so horrific we would, and should, have purchased from Autobahn. We won't be contacting or considering Park Place anymore for anything. read more

Park Place Volvo Dallas is a dishonest car dealership. Park Place Volvo in Dallas reneged on their 10/24/18 written internet auto quote which I had accepted in writing and had agreed to drive to their dealership on 10/25/18 to complete the purchase. The internet salesman even denied (on video) having provided the quote which is a lie because I have the quote in writing from him with the Park Place Volvo letterhead. This is a violation of state contracting law which states that acceptance of an offer constitutes a legal agreement of both parties minus any considerations made in either the offer or the acceptance; there were no considerations in either.Therefore Park Place Volvo is attempting to break a legal binding agreement. I want the auto I agreed to purchase and at the agreed to price! read more

On 12/29/2020 I looked at and bought a used 2014 Lexus at Park Place Volvo. Here are the highlights if you don't wanna read the detail below these 4 points: 1) Never accept a dealer fee that they can't show you in detail what it's for. You have to be willing to walk away at any time. I didn't do that, my mistake. 2) Make sure you get copies of all the paperwork you sign before you leave the dealership. It was over a month after I bought and picked up the car before I had their paperwork. 3) If you need something on the car fixed before you pick it up, then put it in writing. Luckily for me, Connor did a good job having two minor issues fixed before I picked up the car in early January. 4) If the dealership continues to ask you for paperwork that you have to provide them months after you purchased the car, then ask more questions until you know what they need and why. Bottom Line: All the people I dealt with at Park Place were nice and most tried to help me, but at this point, it's been 4 months and my car is still not registered, titled and I have no plates even though I let them know I could do it myself if they just returned a portion of their license fee. I wouldn't buy a car from their dealership again after the paperwork fiasco and confusion I dealt with trying to figure out who was getting my car titled, registered and plates. Connor was my sales rep. He was very helpful picking me up at the airport on 12/29 since I came in from out of town. The car was ready to check out and test drive, so after about 30 min doing that, Connor and I went to his desk to talk about the details. After a few minutes, he wrote up a 'Personalized quote' with the car price, sales tax, $150 doc fee, $78 license fee and a few other small costs. I looked it over and said 'ok, sounds good.' Connor went in another office and came back with a 'Client proposal' doc that showed the same fees except the license fee increased to $585. I said 'whoa, what's going on with the $585 license fee?' He said it's an estimate that TX requires to pay for the licensing of the car. At that point, I should've said 'no deal' since I didn't know what TX requires, but I took his word for it and said 'fine.' My mistake. We went ahead with the purchase signing the paperwork that the dealership required. My mistake #2: Never be in a rush to sign paperwork. I had to make a plane flight to return home in a couple hours or I'd be stuck in Dallas. We finished the paperwork and I got to my flight. I came back in early January and drove the car home. In late Jan, I realized I still had no paperwork from the dealership. I called Park Place on 1/29 and Connor emailed me the paperwork on 2/1. On 2/10, Connor contacts me to say he needs emission test docs and a VIN inspection for the title department. I send him the docs. On 3/1, he contacts me again and said he needs a copy of the loan doc, so I send it to him. On 3/8, Connor contacts me asking for a copy of the loan doc w my signature, so I send him one and ask 'what's going on here?' He told me the bank and title company have specific items they require and he's sorry for the run around. Ok, thx. On 3/23, Park Place's title manager emails me apologizing for the doc run around, but she needs an original signature on the loan doc. I send it to her. She also explains that Park Place is getting plates and registering my car. I said 'that's news to me. Nobody at Park Place ever told me your dealership is registering and getting plates for my car. thx for letting me know 3 months after I bought it.' On 4/8, I contact the title manager and ask her if she knows how long it'll be before the registration and plates are ready. She can't get a date when it'll be done. On 4/16, I contact Park Place to let them how frustrated I am with their registration and plate vendor. I tell them I can register and get plates for the car myself today. I ask them to have a sales manager contact me to return a portion of my license fee so I can register and get plates for my car. As of 4/19, I have yet to hear back from anyone at Park Place. Update: On 4/20/21 I heard from a manager. It's too bad it took me posting 4 reviews to hear back from someone (maybe it's a coincidence or maybe not). I know some of the registration delays has to do with Covid, but it took Park Place 3 MONTHS to get my paperwork for registration submitted. Once the paperwork was submitted, the registration process took less than a month and I had my plates 5 weeks from when they submitted the paperwork. That tells me that Park Place isn't set up to do out of state registration for their buyers. If you're in TX, then no worries. I think Park Place has a lot of people who want to help and do the right thing, but in my case, their system and/or the people who do their out of state registration aren't set up for success. read more

He was very knowledgeable and relaxed. There's nothing more stressful to me than a pushy salesman and luckily we didn't get that here. As 2019 ended, I decided to gift myself a newer vehicle to replace my well-maintained but seven year old SLK 350 roadster. I decided on a Volvo XC60, a mid-sized, lux SUV. Based on my previous positive experience as a Volvo owner, the brand's reputation, and my really positive experiences with the service departments of both Park Place Porsche and Park Place Mercedes Benz, I decided to give Park Place Volvo a try. So, I made an appointment and test drove two SUVs and a station wagon. At the end of the test drives, I chose a 2019 XC60 T5 Momentum. The sales representative, Joe Barbee, was responsive, polite, professional, and patient...just as one would expect. When it came to closing the deal, things just seemed to go south for the winter. The initial offer on my SLK was well under an acceptable value. So, I told the sales rep, Joe, I'd have to come back because I could certainly do better selling my car elsewhere. While I was away, he called and offered an additional $500. That was only minimally better but was still below an acceptable value. When I explained that I had been offered a better price, Joe said he could increase the trade value another $500. He also said that by trading the vehicle with Park Place, there would be a "sales tax savings." All commentary about sales tax savings aside, I thought it would be more convenient and a time saver for me if I were to trade my old car as part of the purchase transaction. So, I decided to trade the SLK since Park Place's revised offer was minimally acceptable-- and I mean minimally. During the document signing, I found an error which equated to a bit less than $600. I tried not to assume anything shady or nefarious; instead, I chalked it up to the explanation that someone in the finance department was "filling in and made a mistake." So once the error was corrected, I completed the transaction and drove off. When I got home, I took a much closer look at the figures on the purchase agreement. That's when I discovered another error. This time, I discovered I had been charged sales tax based on the list price of the SUV rather than the difference between the list price and the value of my trade...this time it was a $750 "mistake." So, I immediately emailed Joe, the sales representative, who told me the dealership's business manager would look into it and contact me. When no one got back to me after a few days, I followed up again. I received a reassurance from Joe, but not the person supposedly working to remedy the problem, that the situation was being handled. Joe explained that because the dealership had to coordinate the overpayment remedy with the bank, I'd be notified when the situation was remedied...so, I guess I'll hear from the bank. Five days later (now 10 days after the sale), after hearing nothing from the dealership, I contacted the bank and its reps have heard nothing from the dealership either. The two errors, particularly the unresolved $750 mistake, and the fact that I had to follow up on these issues rather than vice versa, is sorely disappointing and, in my opinion, does not reflect well on this dealership for what should be responsive, consumer-focused service. The only saving grace is that I like the XC60 "and" have had exceedingly positive experiences with the other tPark Place entities. Otherwise, I very likely would have just taken the SUV right back and exercised my right to reverse the agreement. Given everything, I'm certain my former car will be marketed by this dealership for at least $7k more than what they quoted me as its wholesale value because, well, one way or another... 10 days later and still waiting... Final Analysis: After 45 days, the bank finally remedied the error. Learned Lessons: (1) Whenever possible (mostly always), keep sale of old vehicle separate. Don't trade to dealer where buying new vehicle; these days, there are too many choices for direct sale of a used vehicle. (2) Bring a calculator to compute ALL costs at dealership BEFORE even beginning to sign. That this took well over a month to remedy was beyond ridiculous, particularly when I think how fast the dealer cashed my check. (3) Don't conflate good service experiences from the repair departments to the sales departments despite them all being under the same name. read more

Customer Service is poor With unwillingness to have compassion for customers that do not make immediate decisions on a single vehicle. My wife and I are appalled with the service and language used towards us by Connor the sales rep at Park Place Volvo. The customer service was not there from the beginning to the end of our business relationship. Connor wanted a substantial amount down but did not make us aware of the APR or finance terms over the phone. Once we sat down to discuss and negotiate what all was needed to purchase the vehicle, myself along with my wife decided we would sleep on it. The next day reached out to Connor and he told us we were not allowed to change our minds on a vehicle NOR receive the verbal promises of any miscellaneous minor repairs needed. I then proceeded to explain our situation with the sales manager and state that I wasn't really happy with the level of service from that particular salesman, Connor. Germaine then returned his response as if it were my fault that I didn't make an immediate buying decision and they didn't want to do business with my family because I guess negotiations and thoughtful purchasing isn't allowed by anyone of color or with less buying power (FICO) score. I understand car buying and major purchases but to not have the level of Professionalism and Courtesy to be transparent and still let the customer have the ability to change from one used vehicle to another is beyond my comprehension. As a business owner myself, I have customers that call each and every day wanting the best deal and best value FOR THEIR MONEY. Why that was not extended to us, I can only imagine. Being that I am a Black Man we are used to the discrimination and bias but for this Caliper of Vehicle, I would have expected a more pleasant experience. The NO decision wasn't based on my approval because we were approved and was financed but because I actually was verbal directly to the manager about my sales rep and how that sales rep treated me and my wife, I was told that we could not purchase a vehicle at that dealership. If WE complain, its a problem and they don't want to do business with US. But if their own complains, they do their best to reconcile and make sure that their own gets unsurpassed service. Just dealing with Connor was a very very poor and disappointing experience for me. I would never be rude to someone because they changed their mind or wanted to think over a major buying decision. Mind you, we looked at pictures on the internet of the vehicle and placed an application on that vehicle. Once we seen it in person there was evident flaws and we had concerns, that was all. Legitament concerns and I wanted to THINK IT OVER, and I got banned for that simple right. Again, its obvious that there is a pattern and culture of bias at this dealership. If you look at the reviews, it tells it all. And communication with the Manager or GM, Germaine/Jermaine only got us excluded from the purchase even after the financing was approved. No verbal arguing, no disrespect to any of the staff, no contact, Just over the phone concerns made to management made them tell us they don't want to do business with us. Do not buy a car from this dealership. We have spent nearly $200,000 at this dealership and purchased 3 cars. The last was a lemon. It has had to have the transmission replaced, the axel replaced and now the power steering. It has under 70,000 miles on it. When I say they do not give a crap about you after you purchase the car and they have your money...I mean it. And don't even get me started on service. They quote you one price on the phone and charge another. NEVER EVER again. I am done with all Volvo's but I am for sure done with this dealership. I tried for weeks to get in touch with Donald the GM...and never even got a call back. Oh and service will treat you as if you did something wrong to the car and will never ever take responsibility despite telling you how RARE each issue you have with the car is. UGH. read more

Completely dishonest crooks. Bought a used SUV (cash car) back in 2019. They supposedly safety checked everything. Got it home and a 2 days later realized the rear spring was completely broken. Called them and was told "too bad, sold AS IS". I said I get that, but I bought it under the agreement that it was professionally checked for safety. I think I can confidently say a completely broken spring is NOT SAFE! They said it was probably me who broke the spring! #$%#... Anyway, through some back and forth the manager agreed to have both rear springs replaced for an extra $300!! NEVER Waste your time with crooks like these. Stay away from Park Place Volvo in Dallas. My parents went to Crest Volvo in Plano to test drive a 2017 XC90. They were leaning towards some other SUVs but I asked them to give the new Volvo a chance. The sales person at Crest claimed the cars were selling fast and they could only give a few hundred off. I found out I get preferred pricing through my employer (and the fine print said using this discount for family was ok) so I sent off a request for pricing to Crest and Park Place. Both got back to me the next day at 9a. Park Place said they have some great pricing plans available through this agreement and that we could get at least $1.4k off. Crest said "Oh man wait until you drive this baby :)". Obviously I advised my older parents to work with Park Place based on that interaction alone. The rest of the afternoon was fairly uneventful. My dad sent me the options sheet and I advised him on what I though he would miss or didn't need. I got the impression that whoever was helping him was very patient. They even found a XC90 being built that better suited them and they ended up saving $3k on an almost fully loaded version. It seemed relatively painless, which is comforting to me as I live in the Midwest and can't be there in person to help my parents. The only tiny thing that was difficult to understand was a pricing discrepancy between what the dealership offered and what was online on Volvo's website. It appears Volvo bundles certain accessories together when it's separate online. For example, Volvo has a "Protection Package" that includes all the rubber mats front and back for one price. Online it's separate accessories (front rubber mats are one price and back rubber mats are another). There were three "packages" that appear to be bundled in this way. Typically these types of things are bundled by the manufacturer and it looks like Volvo does the same with inventory at dealerships but not with their online build page. We ordered a custom XC90 from the factory and had it delivered to Park Place. I called Joe, who is apparently the only salesmen to deal with international delivery. Every time I called it was as if I was someone new each time. First, he said we couldn't pick up the car on Saturday because they were too busy selling cars. When we arrived on Saturday, they were all just hanging by the coffee machine. We waited for them all to make their own coffee before we were offered any by 4 salesmen. Not a big deal, but really? Backing up a bit, I asked for crossbars installed and a roof rack to be ready when we came to get the car...gave them over two months notice! The day prior, I confirmed and they said, nah, you have to buy those from the parts department. Understandable, but maybe Joe should offer to take my payment details and arrange for them to be installed and ready upon arrival. We finally met Joe on Saturday and he handed us a key fob and told us our car was over there. No kidding, that was ALL HE DID! I asked if there was a second key and he said that's all he got. I asked him to make sure we were getting everything and he wasn't sure. He opened the fob and there was no key! About ten minutes later he came back with all our stuff but no paperwork to sign and didn't offer to even show us to our car. He had not even confirmed I was the owner!! Anyone could have walked in and taken our car. When I asked if he was sure Indid t need to sign anything, he drew a line on a piece of paper and had me sign it. I asked him to show me to our vehicle and asked where to pick up my cross bars and roof rack. He told me the parts department was off site and to go see if they had any!! Then he bid us farewell and sent us on our way. I didn't even know how to start the car and work the nav system to find the parts department. I walked back into the office and kindly asked another associate to show me some features. He (didn't bother to get his name because he just pointed at Joe.) Joe came out, told us the app to use to download the user manual, showed us a few things after I asked about everything, and sent us on our way. Wouldn't bother to help set up Volvo On Call because it wasn't one of their cars (I called Crest Volvo Plano to get that done.) Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not once did he mention any of the features, service plans, warranty, etc. luckily the parts department gave me all the info I needed and we were on our way. I purchased extra parts because she was so nice. I wish I would have gotten her name, but I will and will be contacting her manager to promote her to sales. She even offered to install my cross bars. She had customers waiting, so I let her make other people feel better about their Volvo experience...in case they had run into Joe. read more

Can I give them 10 stars? Settle in folks, here's why they are awesome: 1- we called them after a miserable other dealership experience and said that we were going to squeak in right at 8pm, closing time. Their response, "come on in, we'll find you when you arrive." 2- they had the vehicle we were interested in ready and waiting at 8:01pm when we drove into the lot 3-ALL of the support waiting for us were smiling, upbeat, and shook all of our hands. They were genuine, kind and very professional throughout the entire experience. 4-they made the deal! They were great negotiators and found a way to accept the 2 Volvo trades for 1 newer car. Awan and Germaine are my personal heroes! 5-they were sensitive and positive throughout the evening. We were there until 9:30pm, when they closed at 8. They knew that my Mom had just last week lost her husband and needed to consolidate her cars and expenses. They were a godsend. I cannot tell you how much we needed this positivity after losing a loved one. Awan and Germaine are the guys to see. All of us have tears thinking about how wonderfully they treated us and primarily Mom. This dealership is the real deal. They value customers and are passionate about Volvo. This was such a wonderful experience that I will be talking highly of them for years to come. read more

Ok, as a woman....I have to say walking on a car to buy a car is on my TOP 2 things I hate to do, #1 being moving. So, with that being said, I thought I would try something different. I reached out to an AMAZING friend I met over the years who worked at PP Volvo via email. I explained to him my situation and he replied politely back and offered me to complete a credit application online--So, I took 5 minutes to do and sent back. He called me in 5 minutes to ask what color and style and sent me a link of new car inventory. I took a peek and picked my color and style. He called me back and told me to come get my keys! I drove into the car lot and he had the car waiting, my name on it- ready to go! I test drove it, signed a few papers...and BAM! Everyone came over and introduced themselves, shook my hand, congratulating me on my new purchase! I am still in shock!!! Took less than 30 minutes to get my car together!!! WOW!! I never thought to own a Volvo! But, I LOVE IT! :) read more

We have bought a Volvo XC60 from Park Place Volvo, Dallas recently. Sales persons Steve Lin and Ryan K are very helpful and closed the deal. I'm really disappointed that on the 3rd day of my purchase it has stopped in mid of the road, due to some technical issue, It has put me into danger, all of the sudden Power steering has been locked, ABS(Braking System) is locked and Engine got shut down. Even Hazards lights didn't work. Luckily nothing happened to anyone. Due to this issue as Volvo has replaced another car with an extra warranty, during this transition I was financially affected by my credit union due to interest rate hike. Informed it to park place and Volvo, I really feel bad on Volvo not even considering that customer is paying more due to the vehicle issue. Park Place Director Germaine Ambers tried to discuss with Volvo and help, but Volvo is not at all concerned. We are not satisfied with Volvo. We don't have any pleasure of driving the new Vehicle. We are very unhappy with the result and Volvo has no concern for Customer Satisfaction. Now we don't have option to return it. I wouldn't suggest Volvo, due to lack of customer experience and they are only concerned on sales. read more

If you're looking for professional sales staff that doesn't jerk you around, this is your dealership. I've bought several cars and never had as good an experience. I knew what the car I wanted was worth; I knew their inventory and came prepared. We test drove the car, haggled for 5 minutes and the deal was done. Mariette P is great at her job! She's worked there 8 years (if I remember correctly) and knew more about the XC60 model's features and specs than any other salesman I worked with at other dealerships. Her no-BS style, availability and follow through were appreciated. The bumper on the car I bought was scratched and we negotiated for the dealership to have it repainted at their Mercedes Service location. The work was done perfectly, and ahead of schedule. read more
