Warning for New Car Buyers. Misled by Audi Dallas on Windshield Warranty I am posting this review to warn new car buyers about Audi Dallas. I purchased a new Audi RS3 in June 2025. I am a physician and do not live in Dallas, so I was extremely specific and asked detailed questions about all the warranty options, including the windshield warranty. The Audi Dallas Finance Manager verified that a windshield replacement would use Audi OEM and could take place at any Audi dealership. My RS3 sustained a crack in the windshield at the end of June 2026. I took it to an Audi dealer in my hometown and learned that Audi Dallas sold a third party Sonsio policy that requires that the windshield be replaced at a Sonsio location and that they used "Sonsio OEM," not Audi OEM. I communicated with an Audi Dallas Finance Manager, but the process was difficult. In the end, I had to wait for approval from Sonsio to authorize the aggregate max amount for my windshield warranty on this one windshield repair. I communicated my dissatisfaction with Audi management leadership and in an effort to salvage my relationship with Audi Dallas, I requested a call from the GM on 7/25 but received no communication. As a physician, I am confident I asked the right questions and I expected professional transparency. Audi Dallas misled me during the sales process and has abandoned accountability. Take your business elsewhere if you expect honest service and communication after you sign paperwork for your vehicle. If you have the windshield warranty and dropped off your vehicle at Audi Dallas for a windshield repair, check to see if you got an Audi OEM windshield by looking for the four rings on the lower corner. read more

I recently replaced my Tesla m3 with a used Audi Q5. This was my first time taking the Q5 in for a check up & oil change. It was such an IMPRESSIVE experience. The Audi team was amazing, delivered my car in significantly less time than they had estimated the servicing would take, and the waiting room was rad. The waiting room had strong wifi, ALL of the snacks and beverages (Tesla's service waiting room has coffee... usually). I liked the multiple seating and table options as i chose to do some writing while I waited for my service. It was altogether an EXCELLENT service experience. Way better than I have experienced before. Shout out to Lucio for the warm welcome and walking me through what to expect, there service findings and the free car wash. I want to say thank you to Andrew Mireles. I went in for an oil top-off, and he noticed that I hadn't had an oil change in over a year. He also mentioned that I had come in for two oil top-offs since my last oil change. After reviewing the history of my visits, it seems that during those top-offs, the oil life indicator was reset, which led me to believe that my next oil change was still a long way off. My service advisor Ramsey was terrific! I had multiple issues with the car and he took the time and pulled in the right people to correctly diagnose each one. For my brakes, he had his technician do a test drive with me so I could explain what I was seeing. Also both my key fobs had stopped working and he could have easily said that they're dead and need to be replaced (which is what another service advisor had told me). Instead he got to the root cause of the issue and found that they needed to be reprogrammed. Overall super helpful and made the process seamless! read more
