Oliver delivered an absolutely incredible experience at Audi. Truly 10-star service across the board. From the moment I arrived, everything felt seamless, elevated, and intentional. Oliver was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was handled perfectly. No pressure, no confusion--just clear communication and top-tier service the entire time. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process. He anticipated needs before I even had to ask and followed through on everything with precision. That level of service is rare. read more

The worst car-buying experience I've ever had. They appraised my car and made an offer that was so low it felt like they were trying to steal it. To make matters worse, the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle they wanted to sell me was significantly overpriced. After having it inspected, I discovered it had major damage underneath the vehicle that should never have been overlooked on a "certified" car. I would never do business with this dealership again and would not recommend them to anyone. I strongly encourage buyers to get an independent pre-purchase inspection before buying any vehicle from them. read more

Great dealership I am so happy I came here. They took care of me and made sure my car was in great shape when I left the waiting room is outstanding but if I wanted a ride home, they would've arranged one for me. read more

I recently replaced my Tesla m3 with a used Audi Q5. This was my first time taking the Q5 in for a check up & oil change. It was such an IMPRESSIVE experience. The Audi team was amazing, delivered my car in significantly less time than they had estimated the servicing would take, and the waiting room was rad. The waiting room had strong wifi, ALL of the snacks and beverages (Tesla's service waiting room has coffee... usually). I liked the multiple seating and table options as i chose to do some writing while I waited for my service. It was altogether an EXCELLENT service experience. Way better than I have experienced before. Shout out to Lucio for the warm welcome and walking me through what to expect, there service findings and the free car wash. It was such a great experience I'm now obsessed with Audi. read more

I went in to Audi Dallas without an appointment for service including an oil change and tire rotation. Marco Villa was my service advisor who confirmed my requests for the appointment and informed me of a software update recall, and provided an estimate for length of time required for work. He seamlessly organized transportation to and from my residence during the wait time and communicated updates via text. Aaron Cindo thoroughly performed my walk around inspection, explaining the recommendations of near-future items to consider. Go see Audi Dallas for all your service and maintenance needs! read more

Andy Mireles is the best service advisor in Audi history. Explains the service needed and the expected time to service the repair

I have used the service department at Audi Dallas since buying my car there 5 years ago. My service manager, Matt Truong, is pleasant, efficient, trustworthy and explains things very well. I never feel "upsold", and I'm in/out with a clean car quickly. read more

I want to say thank you to Andrew Mireles. I went in for an oil top-off, and he noticed that I hadn't had an oil change in over a year. He also mentioned that I had come in for two oil top-offs since my last oil change. After reviewing the history of my visits, it seems that during those top-offs, the oil life indicator was reset, which led me to believe that my next oil change was still a long way off. I'm not happy that the oil life was reset when I only came in for a top-off. Again, thank you, Andrew, for bringing this to my attention and taking the time to explain everything to me. read more

Ramsey always takes care of me! He is attentive and quick to get the job that needs doing done! Can't ask for better service from someone!

My service advisor Ramsey was terrific! I had multiple issues with the car and he took the time and pulled in the right people to correctly diagnose each one. For my brakes, he had his technician do a test drive with me so I could explain what I was seeing. Also both my key fobs had stopped working and he could have easily said that they're dead and need to be replaced (which is what another service advisor had told me). Instead he got to the root cause of the issue and found that they needed to be reprogrammed. Overall super helpful and made the process seamless! read more

Warning for New Car Buyers. Misled by Audi Dallas on Windshield Warranty I am posting this review to warn new car buyers about Audi Dallas. I purchased a new Audi RS3 in June 2025. I am a physician and do not live in Dallas, so I was extremely specific and asked detailed questions about all the warranty options, including the windshield warranty. The Audi Dallas Finance Manager verified that a windshield replacement would use Audi OEM and could take place at any Audi dealership. My RS3 sustained a crack in the windshield at the end of June 2026. I took it to an Audi dealer in my hometown and learned that Audi Dallas sold a third party Sonsio policy that requires that the windshield be replaced at a Sonsio location and that they used "Sonsio OEM," not Audi OEM. I communicated with an Audi Dallas Finance Manager, but the process was difficult. In the end, I had to wait for approval from Sonsio to authorize the aggregate max amount for my windshield warranty on this one windshield repair. I communicated my dissatisfaction with Audi management leadership and in an effort to salvage my relationship with Audi Dallas, I requested a call from the GM on 7/25 but received no communication. As a physician, I am confident I asked the right questions and I expected professional transparency. Audi Dallas misled me during the sales process and has abandoned accountability. Take your business elsewhere if you expect honest service and communication after you sign paperwork for your vehicle. If you have the windshield warranty and dropped off your vehicle at Audi Dallas for a windshield repair, check to see if you got an Audi OEM windshield by looking for the four rings on the lower corner. read more

Not sure what's going on with this dealership, if it's the high turnover or what but as of late the quality in service has gone done- it's always something with them when I go in- I hate this dealership!!!!!! read more

Car buying. A pleasant experience? Nearly always, not. At Audi Dallas, there's one guy to go to...Brett Huneycutt, the New Car Director. The entire deal was done under the phone. The only step for accuracy, was to check that the vehicle matched up to the condition of what the highest offers stated. As Brett stated, "I need to see, feel, and touch the car". True Car was helpful to determine the value of the vehicle, which Brett honored. The price on the new vehicle, he beat, and was straight forward about the financing. Like always, do your due diligence, and call other dealerships, before you speak with the guy who's going to exceed expectations. Brett followed through, took ownership of everything from the best offer conceivable on the trade-in, aces the best price on the new car. You can't ask for much better. Brett also agreed to provide the first few service appointments free as a courtesy, and ensured complimentary loaner vehicles any time the vehicle needed to be serviced. At Audi Dallas, Brett delivered an efficient, and effective experience on all levels. With many Audi options in the Dallas Forth Worth area, choosing Audi Dallas, part of the Magna Elite Society, is a no brainer. read more
