CX-50 Meridian

Clay and the finance team make car buying the easiest and most stress free process ever. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from Hiley and in a few more year will very likely be my dealership of choice in the Metroplex. Great selection and great service at an affordable price really makes it hard not to stop by for a test drive. Thank you Hiley team for taking care of me and my family!

I saw a few cx-5's online that I was interested in so I went up to the dealership to check them out. Ended up leaving with a cx-50 thanks to Dorian. He was extremely kind and helpful. Go see Dorian! He went above and beyond.

Super easy experience with this dealership and new car sales. Can't speak for the preowned sales office but they made our buying process seamless! Didn't feel pressured into ANYTHING extra and walked out with an amazing deal despite the crazy market! Manager is awesome and the salesman Dorian was great as well!

Facebook Ad stating they would completely pay off your trade no matter what was owed on it

Stopped in to the dealership to see about this promo they (the dealership)was offering. Met with a nice sales lady and explained the situation I was in. Showed her and another sales person the ad as well. When we decided on a car, she went to the sales manager and he was like we need "x amount down and this and that". Stated he had no idea whatsoever what thIs promotion was and was not going to honor it. I even showed another person as well, spoke to a person in their BDC Dep't and told her the problem I was having. Her response was "sorry to hear that and your issue has been taken down" Needless to say I walked out. Such deceptive practices going on there. I'm sorry but when I was in the auto industry, everyone from sales to upper management was aware of all promotions going on (website, Facebook, Twitter, etc) Stay away from them

Drove 30 minutes to this dealership with my 6 month old baby in tow to look into trading in my car on a 2020 Mazda CX-5 with Clay Fuchs. While Clay was an exceptional salesperson who I look forward to working with another time, the trade in department refused to honor their TrueCar offer (this was before 1/6) and offered me $2375 less when I actually showed up. This left me feeling very disrespected. Clay was able to bully them into "giving" me 1k more but still would not honor online offer. My car is spotless and would likely be driven 200 feet to the right and parked as is on their used lot for $6000+ what they offered me. Because of this I couldn't justify the numbers and did not proceed. A waste of Clay and I's time and disappointing for all involved

Tires that should have been replaced by desler

I am extremely disappointed in the business practices of this dealership. I purchased two vehicles on the same day and was led to believe I was being treated as a valued customer. Was I ever deceived! I didn't quibble over price as I believed they would treat me with honesty, dignity and respect. Purchase a new convertible for my wife and bought a certified pre-owned Mazda 3 hatchback for myself. I only asked for the used vehicle to have 4-new tires and rebalancing. (I drive a hard bargain). Well last week tires blew out at the side walls on Hwy 183...did not hit anything. Tire store told me they had been used and old...bough car in 2020 tires made in 2016. Obviously they did not put new tires as agreed on my car. Called my salesman and he agreed that we had a deal for replacement of tires for 4 new ones. Then he calls back next day saying his used sales GM only replaced one tire and that was the deal in the notes. Sad My next call is Saturday to Ed Wallace then to the Hiley family. They should fire this crooked guy! FFF---

Worst car buying experience ever. I'm 65 years old and bought many new cars. But this was the worst experience of my life. Crooks!

If I ever need a speciality vehicle located, I will 100% use the folks at Hurst Mitsubishi. Look, car buying should not be an enjoyable experience as you're stressed about factors ranging from is the car reliable to is this the appropriate financial decision. However, the folks at the Autoplex provide a stress free, no pressure buying situation! It's the one dealer where you don't feel like you need to be braced and prepared for a battle because they truly want to build a strong rapport, so that you will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. They blew their objectives out of the water. Kevin Courtney and Rod, are some of the coolest vehicle specialist I've ever met. The damn, experience was so great I'd consider going on a vacation cruise with them because they are that real. David in finance won't pressure you to sign up for warranties that you may not need, but he does a very good job informing you of why you might consider coverage. Again, this is a dealer that I will not hesitate to use again!

I had a horrible experience and service with Hurst Autoplex. I brought my wife's brand new 2026…read moreF-250 to have a lift kit installed, and it was a disaster. Her previous 2025 f250 was totaled via hail damage so we swapped the relatively new suspension and wheels & tires over to the new truck . I've bought two trucks from them before, trusted you with lift kits before. This time, I picked it up and the truck was pulling hard to the right the second I left. The manager gabe told me he confirmed it was put on the alignment machine and test driven by the tech who did the work but to come back so they could double check it, but was out to lunch when I returned so I talked to the tech that did the work directly and he actually said to me and my wife directly that he didn't do an alignment and I didn't even need an alignment--he said "on these trucks you just straighten the steering wheel along with the tires being straight". Ridiculous. Both myself, my wife and the auto plex sales rep who was standing there with us were literally speechless when he said that as that is obviously 100% incorrect. I left and took the truck with me as I clearly had zero confidence after that statement and realized the management had no issue lying about work not actually completed and took it directly to my local forddealer and had them do a full alignment, which of course was significantly out of line. The manager agreed to pay ford after being called out about lying to me and charging me anyways and then A few days later I see they didn't even bolt the steering stabilizer in--just left it hanging with neither bolt in place. I forwarded that info and pictures over to their manager and got zero response. Not only was I quoted $5,300 flat including the tow there, they overcharged me by $1800 without any heads up or explanation and lied about the work, and risked our safety. I will never recommend Hurst or Lewisville Autoplex to anyone again. They are beyond incompetent and then continue with deceptive trade practices to cover their inability to do their job correctly.

The first time I got a loaner vehicle the second time they say they no longer offer them. All that it was literally less than a week between the two issues that they no longer offer a loaner vehicle vehicles. I talked with them about possible switching vehicles and they stated that due to my credit, it would be a little harder to find another vehicle that fit the financing needs. I understand this, knowing my credit is not good, so I talk to the finance department, I tell him that if they can fix the truck, then just return my money and I'll go somewhere else. He agrees, but tells me it will take a couple of days to get the check. It's now been several days, no money, no phone call, no call back when I call them. I am at home waiting, because I need the money to get another vehicle for work. Until I have it I can not work, so they've put me in a terrible position, and really don't care. I'm out thousands of dollars in lost wages at this point, and there's not a thing I can do about it. I can't believe how bad of an experience it has been to deal with autonation. I never could have dreamed it would be this bad. Nobody calls you back, and their corporate office doesn't care as well. I contacted them, took a week to get back to me, just to let me know they would look into it. GIVE ME MY MONEY!

I'm pretty car savvy and since I hadn't driven the car for awhile we both agreed it was probably the battery which Maserati recommends replacing every 4 years. With my code reader everything that came up suggested it was battery related in one way or another. I then cleared the codes with my own OBDII reader and asked him if I could swing by and get a new battery throw in today. Greg said come on by that he could get it done in an hour. Apon arrival Greg immediately greeted me, took my keys and had me ready to settle up in exactly an hour. The passenger white back up bulb had apparently burned out and they changed that out for me as well. While waiting I picked up a cool Maserati hat from John in parts and off I went. No issues All in all... I can't really say much about the sales guys as I didn't purchase my vehicle from them but I have had service there a few times with Gregs help and have ordered a few parts from John. These 2 guys are really solid guys and I really recommend them. I did inquire (I'm still on the fence) about purchasing the new MC20 and Michael the GM called me within a few minutes of my internet inquiry and spoke to me for about 20 min regarding the rollout of the vehicle. The only thing I guess I could say that was somewhat weird was while I was waiting for service to be complete for nearly an hour I walked around the entire dealership and lot and I never did see any sales people get out of there office to greet me or try and show me anything.... maybe they knew I was just waiting for my car to be finished?
