    Just bought my used 2021 RAV4 XLE from Angel Murillo. I did my research and knew what vehicle I wanted, features and color/mileage I wanted. Freeman Toyota had about 10 options that fit my need to have and a couple with nice to haves too. The car buying process was easy, no hidden fees or add ons. I got the car I wanted and didn't have to drive all over the metroplex to do it. Def will recommend!

    Today's visit was to replace our battery (which we bought here a year ago). Ours has a two year warranty, thankfully. When I called to inquire about making an appointment I was told to just come to the service line and they'd take care of me. However, it turned out to be a few hours wait! We ended up changing the battery ourselves after they tested it to make sure it failed before warranting it out. I am grateful my husband knows how to do it otherwise I'd been waiting a few hours with a baby in tow. Every time we have come to Freeman, the customer service has been incredible!! But I HIGHLY and strongly advise making an appointment for everything. This location is extremely busy. We don't have time for oil changes here anymore because we don't live close and then the wait time is at least an hour on top of the hour drive. I deducted a star because it's just too busy for my family to continue making the drive and then waiting so long. Great business though!

    Wanted to love the place. Prompt service, great staff, etc. Everything went smoothly, went in for an oil change and a general diagnostic to figure out some intermittent engine trouble I was having. They got it done in 2 hrs and called me back and went through everything. Armando was great. However, upon returning, I notice something out of place - a giant crack through my windshield, something definitely not there prior to dropping off. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to make things right, I patiently waited for the manager Sean to come out and check. He then tells me that the crack came from a single point of impact that he had to show me with the tip of a pen to see, the slightest little divot in my windshield. A few minutes after discussing the HOW it happened, he says that I had signed a waiver prior to drop off stating that it is quote, "impossible" for them to have anything that would crack my windshield in their repair house/yard, and thus wouldn't be covering their damage. They simply pointed the blame to me for the small little indention and the obvious huge crack extending from it. They didn't deny that they broke my windshield, just said I started it while they finished it Thanks Freeman Toyota! Never returning if you can't do right by your own mistakes. I urge whoever reads this to think twice before choosing these guys.

Look, car buying should not be an enjoyable experience as you're stressed about factors ranging from is the car reliable to is this the appropriate financial decision. However, the folks at the Autoplex provide a stress free, no pressure buying situation! It's the one dealer where you don't feel like you need to be braced and prepared for a battle because they truly want to build a strong rapport, so that you will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. They blew their objectives out of the water. Kevin Courtney and Rod, are some of the coolest vehicle specialist I've ever met. The damn, experience was so great I'd consider going on a vacation cruise with them because they are that real. David in finance won't pressure you to sign up for warranties that you may not need, but he does a very good job informing you of why you might consider coverage. Again, this is a dealer that I will not hesitate to use again!

I bought a 23' Escalade V from Hurst Autoplex in January, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When the car arrived, it had visible damage to the hood and front lower fender that was never disclosed by the sales team. More concerning, I immediately noticed a steering wheel shake when I first drove the SUV. I raised this issue with the salesperson (LA) he assured me that everything was fine and "passed inspections". That assurance turned out to be completely inaccurate. After getting the vehicle inspected by a local shop near me, the findings: - One wheel was bent and out of balance - Another wheel had already been repaired and required excessive weight to rebalance (terrible weld job) - Additional tire repositioning was needed due to irregularities The final recommendation: replace all wheels and tires This is not normal wear and tear - this was an issue on a $100K+ Escalade that should have been fully disclosed or taken care of prior to sale. I gave the dealership the opportunity to make things right, but after some initial communication, I was ultimately ghosted by Esther E and Kevin S. I was forced to spend an additional $7,000 out-of-pocket to replace the wheels and tires. Do your due diligence. If you're buying from out of state, do not rely on verbal assurances. Get a third-party inspection before purchase. This experience showed a clear lack of transparency and accountability, they presented well on Instagram but the reality wasn't the same. Truly disappointing.....

Sidco was not honest. They went way over the budget we had discussed, and they were very slow to respond to any correspondence. The car agreed to buy was to be in complete "like new" working order. The AC did not work in the heat of August. Sidco requested we return the car for repair which we did, but then after driving all the way to Forth Worth where they are located from down town Dallas, Sidco wanted to keep our already purchased vehicle for an extended amount of time without providing a loaner car. (again, they advertised the car to be in like new condition, but the vehicle we purchased from them was not. They should have provided an alternate vehicle while the one we had just purchased was getting repaired) What Sidco Auto says they provide, is not what they delivered. It has been awful! We did not get the exact model discussed, AC did not work, they went way over our budget which our lender would not cover. Now they will not pay for our out of pocket expenses on the repair of our AC. If you are not an expert in used cars, or auctions yourself, just stick with Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports and go to a reputable name brand dealer.
