I would certainly buy another car from Momentum!

Update 6/28/25 Since this my initial review a few days ago…read more We now have another issue. The engine is overheating and we had to have the car towed for repairs. We have not made the 1st car payment yet and have we are already almost 2000.00 for repairs since buying the vehicle. The repairs and tow are already 25% of what we paid for the vehicle thus far. Absolutely ridiculous. Reply to dealer response 7/1/25 (on a google review) Ok. So now you are not telling the truth. Communication did not shut down because of derogatory name calling and you are wrong for not speaking correctly about the issue. I started asking for documents to confirm the inspection you did. Shortly after you cut communication. You did not offer to rectify, you stated I should have come to me first. I tried to explain when the light came on and your said, " I do not pay other mechanics". I told you, you were being dishonest and there was no way you did not know about the issue at hand. I also told you that when the check engine light came on we were addressing the tire light sensors that were needed on two of the tires. We do not stay near your shop and actually across town. If I am already having to address issues with a vehicle you sold me, in which I said was a lemon to you, I would not trust you to fix anything on the vehicle as it should have been done before you sold it to us. Why should we have to drive this vehicle across town and damage it any further?. You told me you used parts from ebay for your vehicles which is fine, however, this car had the original part. So before you replied to this review you should have been honest with your response. I told you in my text you could have been honest upfront. It should have been a red flag when you dropped the price of this vehicle from 8200 to 6500 with 76,000. A huge drop for a small dealership and a vehicle that passed inspection! Right?!. I hope you recall before the purchase, I asked you if there were any lights, and any issues with the vehicle and you said no. Upon arrival there was a tire light that remained on for weeks. The initial reason why we parked because we wanted to keep our daughter safe in this Texas heat after the light did not go off while putting air in. A consumer speaking up about a purchase is not derogatory rather, what accountability looks like.

Absolutely awful dealership…read more Within a year, my car was in the shop four different times - every time being the engine. Check engine light was on the day after i bought it and every day since. It finally broke down and i was taken serious by Hyundai. My car was in the shop for TWO months, but of course i was still expected to pay. NOPE! I told every collection caller that they would be paid in full when i saw my car was fixed and drivable - each time i got an "okay, i understand". Not once did this crap dealership give me an update on my car. I had to keep up with it through Hyundai. I was never told it was ready or picked up. When i found out it was, i called to find out how much was owed & let them know I'd be paying when i got off work. By the time i called (4 hours later), i could no longer pay and my car was being repossessed. I got no warning. I wasn't told that if i didn't pay at the 11am call that i would no longer have a vehicle. & to their convenience, they "don't record their phone calls" of every time they told me it was ok to pay when it was ready. We were very lenient with this dealership the first THREE shop trips and still paid. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

If I ever need a speciality vehicle located, I will 100% use the folks at Hurst Mitsubishi. Look, car buying should not be an enjoyable experience as you're stressed about factors ranging from is the car reliable to is this the appropriate financial decision. However, the folks at the Autoplex provide a stress free, no pressure buying situation! It's the one dealer where you don't feel like you need to be braced and prepared for a battle because they truly want to build a strong rapport, so that you will use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. They blew their objectives out of the water. Kevin Courtney and Rod, are some of the coolest vehicle specialist I've ever met. The damn, experience was so great I'd consider going on a vacation cruise with them because they are that real. David in finance won't pressure you to sign up for warranties that you may not need, but he does a very good job informing you of why you might consider coverage. Again, this is a dealer that I will not hesitate to use again!

I bought a 23' Escalade V from Hurst Autoplex in January, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. When the car arrived, it had visible damage to the hood and front lower fender that was never disclosed by the sales team. More concerning, I immediately noticed a steering wheel shake when I first drove the SUV. I raised this issue with the salesperson (LA) he assured me that everything was fine and "passed inspections". That assurance turned out to be completely inaccurate. After getting the vehicle inspected by a local shop near me, the findings: - One wheel was bent and out of balance - Another wheel had already been repaired and required excessive weight to rebalance (terrible weld job) - Additional tire repositioning was needed due to irregularities The final recommendation: replace all wheels and tires This is not normal wear and tear - this was an issue on a $100K+ Escalade that should have been fully disclosed or taken care of prior to sale. I gave the dealership the opportunity to make things right, but after some initial communication, I was ultimately ghosted by Esther E and Kevin S. I was forced to spend an additional $7,000 out-of-pocket to replace the wheels and tires. Do your due diligence. If you're buying from out of state, do not rely on verbal assurances. Get a third-party inspection before purchase. This experience showed a clear lack of transparency and accountability, they presented well on Instagram but the reality wasn't the same. Truly disappointing.....

ONE THING THAT MADE THE TRIP EXCEPTIONAL WAS THE COURTESY RIDE FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE DEALERSHIP. And that's where the pleasurable experience STOPPED. I'm pretty car savvy and since I hadn't driven the car for awhile we both agreed it was probably the battery which Maserati recommends replacing every 4 years. With my code reader everything that came up suggested it was battery related in one way or another. I then cleared the codes with my own OBDII reader and asked him if I could swing by and get a new battery throw in today. Greg said come on by that he could get it done in an hour. Apon arrival Greg immediately greeted me, took my keys and had me ready to settle up in exactly an hour. The passenger white back up bulb had apparently burned out and they changed that out for me as well. While waiting I picked up a cool Maserati hat from John in parts and off I went. No issues All in all... I can't really say much about the sales guys as I didn't purchase my vehicle from them but I have had service there a few times with Gregs help and have ordered a few parts from John. These 2 guys are really solid guys and I really recommend them. I did inquire (I'm still on the fence) about purchasing the new MC20 and Michael the GM called me within a few minutes of my internet inquiry and spoke to me for about 20 min regarding the rollout of the vehicle. The only thing I guess I could say that was somewhat weird was while I was waiting for service to be complete for nearly an hour I walked around the entire dealership and lot and I never did see any sales people get out of there office to greet me or try and show me anything.... maybe they knew I was just waiting for my car to be finished?

We bought our car under the premise of free oil changes and maintenance for life - well, they are now under new management so our lifetime maintenance is now "expired" and we get four oil changes and four rotations until we're on our own. And that's just the most tangible annoying thing. I come from 15 years of driving Honda's and being treated to some of the nicest dealerships as we've moved state to state. We're talking dealerships that rent out iPads for free while you wait for service to be completed, have diners or free breakfast inside, free wifi, etc. This Fiat dealership doesn't have jack. No wifi. It used to have a coffee machine that made hot cocoa or crappy coffee - well, since it's come under new dealership, this machine was replaced with a water fountain. And there are two vending machines if you want to pay for a Pepsi or some chips. I am getting a different car this year to get this crap off my hands.
