At first, it was small fixes, but over time, these turned into major repairs--totaling nearly $10,000 within six months. When I reached out to the dealership a couple of months after my purchase to express my concerns and ask for a thorough inspection, I was told that because two months had passed, they couldn't do anything. It's clear that these issues existed before I bought the car, yet I was left to deal with the financial burden. I feel like I was sold a lemon, and I'm extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, I am now stuck with this car, but I want to warn others to be very careful when purchasing from this dealership. I highly recommend getting an independent inspection before buying from here to avoid a similar experience.

The car I choose had a tear on the drivers side door, Richard said they would have it fixed. fast forward to March 18th my daughter took my car in to have it fixed So now we are in the Pandemic of the covid-19 on the 22 of March I called discount to see if my car was done, no answer 15 mins I called no answer. So I called Richard on his personal cell phone and he informed me they were closed due to the virus. But he went out of his way on his time to find out if my car was done and it was so Richard gave me the address to where my car was. I didn't quite know where that was so Richard was already in Ft Worth with his wife and agreed to get my car for me but that wasn't the best of it not only did Richard get my car for me he delivered it right to my front door. Little does Richard know how much he possible saved me that day, you see I have respiratory issues I was just getting over having food poisoning so me going out with this virus going on is almost impossible. They shouldn't move (the back ones are sturdy). I'm waiting on a call back to schedule something so they can take look since the techs were off the day I went to pick the truck up. Just check things like that before you pull off. We shouldn't have to because the job should be done right but I have to remember, we're all human. Things happen! I'll definitely purchase from them again.

Here at Cransh it was the complete opposite the staff was very patient helpful and courteous. It is also a big plus that they have a full service mechanic shop onsite. My car is a bit older but it literally feels brand new. They did a wonderful job servicing and replacing everything that needed attention before my purchase. PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more This is long overdue. I tried not leaving this review, but the public has to know. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.
