Service was nice but my son brought a 2014 Dodge dart about a month ago and the car has been broken down for 2 weeks now. Within the first couple of weeks a hose busted on it had to replace it it was an $80 hose. When the car stopped working he brought a new battery and spent $300 for a locksmith because the car was saying that it didn't recognize the key fob and the car still didn't start. When my son first seen the car the dash screen was blinking in and out and the rep said that it was ok that it would work itself out but now the car isn't working so seems like it could be something electrical going on with this car. read more

I came to Legacy Auto to get a safe car for my child , so she can to school, work and back and forth . The car had few issues suck as electric stuff . I took car to them to fix it , but every time you try to talk it is like nahh you don't know anything or lying . So I took car for a drive and , I hit 70 mph, car stated to shake , I kept driving the back bumper fell off from the Right side and under the bumper fell off as well and front bumper is falling apart, so now tell me if is normal- NO is not . Ok .. now the owner I think his name is David was extremely rude and started to downgrade me because I am I woman and making accusations. I made a call to financial place and told me to take car back and have them stop the payments because car is not drivable nor safe . Please don't do purchase car at this place because the death will be waiting for you driving the car from their dealership. Was interested in an old car that they had that had one owner and relatively low mileage. The autocheck said that it had severe structural damage. When I asked about this, they said that this is how the auction site covers for themselves on 20+ year old cars. I then decided that I wanted to do a pre-purchase inspection. The dealer wanted to charge me $150 to deliver the car to a mechanic 16 minutes away and alternatively they would not allow the mechanic to pick up the car. This dealership is TRASH please take your business somewhere else these people are scammers & thiefs! They're super rude & unprofessional! David for one ! He thinks he so big & bad ! And then the owner a scammer! They lie and then try to change the contract and try to get more money for down payment ! We signed 2 different contracts and then changed shit and wanted us to sign a 3rd one we ended up telling them we didn't want shit that we wanted our downpayment back . We told him we had no deal that we wanted our down payment back and he told us we weren't getting it back . I told him why not if nothing is in the system since the first 2 contracts weren't valid ? He said we signed a contract i told him yes we signed 2 and that those don't count that's why we were signing the 3rd one which we didn't sign because we're not stupid! He said we had the vehicle for a month and hadn't made a payment! Like it's our fault they can't get their shit right ! I then tell him if he didn't want to return our money that we were going to take him to court and he said okay that's your right but if we went that route that he was going to put it on my husbands credit basically fuck it up and i told him go ahead do it and then he said but it's going to be hard for us to get a car. This man really threatened us. He thought we were stupid . I then told him they had all these bad reviews this man said "we're not perfect" Lmfaoo! He said "if you break with us we break you" I was livid, & I wasn't going to stay quiet! Everytime I would talk he would say I'm not talking to you! I went in there with my phone on record because we already knew something was going to happen . And we were right ! One of the worst places to get your car , please do your research before coming here I got the bad end of the stick. Purchased my first car here and not even have a month of having my Camaro it needed to be taken to get fixed. After getting it fixed couple weeks later my car needed to get fixed once again because of my check engine light , after them having it for 3 weeks they called me and told me I need to pay $300 out pocket for a part that was supposedly messed up even though I've had my car for less than 3 months , told them I wasn't going to be wasting my car money on them I'd rather have somebody I trust . I went to pick my car up from the mechanic ( Alpha Auto Services) who fixes there cars and after waiting 30 mins they seem to tell me they have lost my keys and that one of employees had token them by mistake and after telling them that need to get my keys back because I'm not leaving without my car they tell he has Covid to come back to tomorrow HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I waited and waited for 2 hours after closing they bring my keys from the back and didn't say a word to me. I get inside my car and my back seats are off and my new keys were fucked up and not one thing was fixed on my car the check engine light was still on . Scanned it and seem to be the same part I took my car in for after them having it sit for 3 weeks. Talked to David at legacy autos and tells me there's nothing he can do for me and that will have to either fix it myself or have them fix it again which I told them I don't have them in the hands of my car again . My grandson. an 18 year with some learning disabilities and who lost his mother at 34 to cancer, had his inheritance from his mother's death taken by this business and he has nothing to show for it. They knew he was ill-equipped to enter into such an involved agreement and took over $11,000.00 in two months from him and took the car back though, and though he was late with a payment, he paid it and was current but Legacy unjustly enriched itself and kept the money and the car. When they saw how naive he was and after paying over $9,000 down, they pocketed another $1000 by calling him the next day and telling him he needed to bring the $1000 or lose the car, though the bill of sale was complete and that $1000 isn't accounted for.
