I will miss my 2011 Ford Edge. However, an accident totaled her and I was looking for a little smaller car. I was very happy with Tarik Saad. He made me comfortable from the time I walked into the dealership. He found me the perfect car, a 2022 Ford Escape. I will never miss dealing with dealerships and highly recommend purchasing a car from Enterprise!

I made an appointment and arranged to fly in to see the vehicle a few days later (the night before the appointment). I was just about to leave the hotel I stayed at for the appointment when I received a text from Paul (note, no call) stating that the vehicle had been sold the day before. When I asked why I had not been informed yesterday, I was told that the transaction had been late in the day. I was more polite than I was feeling and stated that is why people despise used car sale people and the next time someone ghosts him, consider what eCarOne had done to me. A few minutes later, eCarOne spammed me with other vehicles that they were trying to sell. That put me over the edge and I replied to it telling them what they could do with those cars, unsubscribed and left similar feedback on those comments. The "sales manager" called me later that day (went to VM). After some phone tag, we talked. No apology, just the same story. Again, I was more polite than I felt. A week past and I received ANOTHER spam email yesterday. I am done being polite and again, told them what they could do with themselves. Now, this morning, I find myself mysteriously subscribed to a number of used car dealerships with the same phone number (google number) and email (throw away account) that I used with eCarOne. Interesting coincidence? Unlikely. I cannot encourage you enough to not do business with these people. They did everything in their power to uphold everything, everyone despises about used car sales.

The purchase was efficient - I paid their full asking price with no haggling and was out the door in about an hour including financing through one of their preferred lenders. The following morning, I took my newly purchased car to Discount Tire to confirm the condition of the tires and potentially purchase insurance on them and was told that they were at a level that warranted immediate replacement. The tread depth ranged from 2/32 to 5/32. I believed that I had purchased from a reputable dealership and was shocked to find out they would sell me a car with such low tire tread, especially without disclosing it to me. I spent a total of $1,178 dollars replacing the tires. I reached back out to Nick on Monday 7/13 and requested assistance in covering the replacement tires and was told he would run it by "the owners" to see what they could do. I went followed up with him several times over the last 9 days and finally got an answer this morning that they would not do anything for me. I was not expecting that they fully cover brand new tires on a used vehicle but do believe they should share in the cost. Replacing tires that have no life left should be included in the normal cost of refurbishing a car for resale by a dealer.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. **** BUYER BEWARE ****…read more What started as a great experience quickly turned into one of the most concerning vehicle purchases I've ever been involved in. I was specifically told the vehicle had brand-new tires on the rear and their vehicles are in excellent condition as they deal with a lot of online and out of state purchases making it hard for customers to see and test drive first. After taking delivery, I discovered the tires were nowhere near new and the front ones were a huge risk (see pics below). Being misled about a safety-related item immediately made me question the accuracy of everything else I was told. Things became much worse when the financing issues started. The dealership later contacted me and said the deal needed to be re-contracted because the lender requested proof of income for my wife. I've requested to see the submitted documents to the lender as the application we submitted clearly stated she was a home maker with $0 income. During that process, I was instructed that if the bank called, my wife needed to tell them she was self-employed and earning $4,000 per month. The 3 re-contracts has caused me to pay my next payment for my trade in out of pocket to prevent a 30 day late mark on my credit. The problem is my wife is actually blessed to be a stay-at-home mom. She does not have to work, is not self-employed, and does not have her own income. To make matters worse, I later learned the vehicle had a CarFax report showing moderate damage with an accident reported. The whole underside of my front bumper is trashed with shredded fiberglass. (See pics below for crazy amount of damage to the bottom of my front bumper). This information was not presented to me before I signed the purchase documents and took delivery of the vehicle. In fact, I was not made aware of the CarFax report until after I had already signed, funded the transaction, and been in possession of the vehicle for approximately five days. Had this information been properly disclosed before the sale, it absolutely would have impacted my purchasing decision. The difference between the communication before and after the sale was night and day. Before signing, I received constant communication and immediate responses. After the deal was funded, support became nearly nonexistent. Between the misrepresentation of the tire condition, the financing issues, being instructed to represent income that did not exist, learning of a moderate damage CarFax only after taking possession of the vehicle, and the complete lack of post sale support, this has been one of the most disappointing automotive transactions I have experienced. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to inspect every inch of their vehicle, independently verify all representations, obtain and review the CarFax before signing, and carefully review every document associated with the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this dealership ever again.

I had been in contact with a representative named Alonte regarding the sale of my car. On the day of my appointment, I spoke with Alonte 30 minutes before arriving to confirm everything. I was on my way from Denton to Plano, and at no point was I told there was an issue with the offer. When I arrived, I was blindsided by an $1,100 price reduction. When I asked why I wasn't notified, they admitted that Alonte simply forgot to call me. I then spoke with the manager, Israel, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the wasted trip, Israel displayed zero accountability. When I expressed my frustration, he actually tried to argue with me and accused me of lying about the original offer. He made it clear that he did not care about my business or the fact that they had wasted my time. He literally shrugged off my concerns and told me I could "just sell it somewhere else." If you value your time and want to work with a business that operates with honesty and basic customer respect, go elsewhere. This dealership does not honor their word, and their management team is completely unprofessional.

Also, her grammar was god awful and couldn't spell certain words right. This was just a warning of the terrible experience I was about to go through. The only time I could get a response was after requesting multiple times to be transferred to a different salesperson. After weeks of poor communication, I finally decided to stop wasting time and drive from Austin to Dallas in person. I arrived fully prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. I wasn't negotiating the advertised price, wasn't asking for discounts, and was ready to drive the car off the lot. In other words, this should have been one of the easiest sales imaginable. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse when I arrived. The dealership felt chaotic and disorganized from the moment I walked in. The showroom was crowded, messy, and far from what you would expect from a dealership selling luxury vehicles. There were visible scratches and damage throughout the facility, and even basic details seemed neglected. To make matters worse, despite my repeated requests to work with someone else, Chassity immediately approached me and brought me back to her desk. When it came time to discuss numbers, the real issue surfaced. The advertised price on the third-party website was not the actual price they intended to sell the vehicle for. They had added roughly $3,000 in "optional" products and services, including a theft protection package. I told them plainly: remove the optional package, and I would buy the car immediately. That's when I received one of the most absurd explanations I've ever heard in a car-buying experience. I was told the package was "optional," but not in the sense that it could be removed. Instead, it was "optional" because I could choose to pay even more money to upgrade it. In other words, the package was mandatory, despite being presented as optional. At that point, it became clear that the advertised price was little more than bait to get customers in the door before adding thousands of dollars in mandatory extras. Between the lack of communication, the disregard for my requests, the chaotic dealership environment, and the misleading pricing tactics, this was easily the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.
