My local dealer didn't have what I wanted and after 10yrs of loyalty they didn't offer a discount. I traveled from CA after seeing they had exactly what I wanted and offered a big discount! I flew literally to get truck. Kaylie was awesome.

What leaked out in garage

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent service at Huffines Chevrolet. I took my 2023 Corvette in for its second oil change. This car is my dream vehicle, and I do not drive it very often so I want to make sure it is properly maintained. After paying for the service and picking up the car, I drove it home--a distance of less than five miles. When I arrived home, my husband noticed that the car smelled unusually hot. We opened the back hatch of the vehicle and observed smoke coming out, and everything felt extremely hot. While I know the Corvette typically runs hot, this was excessive for such a short drive. The smoke continued to pour out, prompting me to record a video of the situation. Upon closer inspection, we noticed oil leaking from under the vehicle, with the under-body skid plate covered in oil. My husband inspected the engine and found that oil had been sprayed onto the exhaust manifolds, causing the smoke. We were uncertain if it was even safe to start the vehicle without risking further damage. Overnight, oil continued to drip from the vehicle, as shown in the picture I took. After spending the majority of the next day cleaning the spill and verifying the oil filter and drain plug were tight, we confirmed the oil was leaking due to negligence during the oil change process. After cleaning it all up we waited to see if there were still any leaks. It appears to be ok however, this should have never happened. Given the safety risk, I expect higher quality service from your dealership. Due to the poor quality of the service, we do not want to return to the same place.

I've bought a lot of trucks in my 50 years and huffines Chevy just became my favorite dealership. We were dealing on a certified preowned 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 and Santiago Infante went to work for us. We're 2 hours away from the dealership and wanted to get our numbers close before making the trip. Not only did Santiago get numbers right, he was ready and waiting for is when we arrived. Total time in dealership was 1 1/2 hours! I have spent 6 hours in dealerships dealing and its exhuasting. HIGHLY recommend Huffines and ask for Santiago. Super nice, no pressure gentleman.

the truck they wont service. also wont service a 2008 and older words from the GM.

google post "The "professionals" cant service vehicles older than 20 years apparently. Never seen a dealer that didn't have trained techs in the back that can work on their own vehicles because I was told all the old ones are out of the field. Wouldn't trust them to work on never cars if they cant even work on their 90's trucks for simple repairs. At first I was told lack of parts, then I stated I would provide Acdelco parts. Then lack of training, so I didn't know what was the truth. So much for "Certified" service. Go elsewhere." got a seemingly automated reply. This is my response. I could provide ac delco gm genuine parts. I was told 20 years and got a response to 15 years. So you are going to turn down service to a 2009 vehicle. My parents own a 2009 tahoe I guess that isn't in the scope. I performed the repairs at home in 20 minutes.

I have purchased two Chevrolet Bolts from Morriss Tompkins at Huffines Chevrolet in Plano. Both experiences renewed my trust that a car buying experience can be something other than horrendous. Is it possible that Huffines Auto Group treats all of their customers in this manner? I hope it's true, because I will be sending my friends to any of the Huffines dealerships because of my great experience.

Found this online after ordering one from Carmax and paying $100 transfer fee. I was reluctant to go to a car dealership where they are paid on commission because of the aggressiveness. I showed up at the used car lot at 8:30 AM Saturday when the doors open. The early bird got the worm and my Saleman Doug Shaw promised he'd make the deal work and he delivered. They offered me more for my trade-in and the genesis they had was a better value. I was in out of there within an hour and a half, which is the most important part of this whole experience. No same person wants to sit in a used car dealership no matter what donuts and coffee they're serving for three hours.

And frustrated. The dealership I bought it from was not a Hyundai dealer, So when I told them what was going on, they told me to take it to a Hyundai dealer since it is still under warranty. I used roadside assistance to have it towed to Huffines Hyundai of Plano on a Monday morning because that was the closest location to me. That day, the service technician told me that there were two rodent's nests under the hood so he assumed there was wiring damage. However, they were two days behind on servicing so I would have to wait for a confirmation. He told me to call back on Wednesday. I called back on Wednesday, and he still didn't have an answer. Later that day he called me and said there was, in fact, no damage to the wiring; however, a spark plug had failed and I would need to pay appx $700 to have a spark plug replaced ($370) and have a "fuel inductions service" ($300) done to help with "emissions, fuel economy, and restore lost power." The car is only 2 years old, mind you. I was very confused. I called the dealership I purchased the car from again and waited another day for the service manager to tell me that he would look at it if I could have it towed there. So I called my Huffines technician back on Friday to see if they would be willing to somehow help me get the car over to the other dealership I purchased it from in Fort Worth. The technician told me that he would have the service department install a used spark plug to get it running long enough for me to drive it to the other dealership... He said he'd called me when it was ready to pick up. Later on Friday, he notified me that it was ready to pick up. Upon arrival, the service technician who I had been speaking to all week told me that they ended up replacing a coil, which would allow them to perform the necessary work under my warranty coverage! And instead of installing a Used spark plug, they installed a new one. It was no longer necessary to have it moved in. My car is now running fine and it was all covered under my warranty. It's obvious that these people knew what the issue was all along, but they wanted to get some money out of me; and when another dealership questioned them and asked to look at it themselves, Huffines decided to just go ahead and fix the issue and lie to me about it so I wouldn't take it to the dealership to be questioned. They're doing some shady business at Huffines Hyundai of Plano. I've never purchased a vehicle from them and I never will, nor will they ever get any more of my business.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Also, her grammar was god awful and couldn't spell certain words right. This was just a warning of the terrible experience I was about to go through. The only time I could get a response was after requesting multiple times to be transferred to a different salesperson. After weeks of poor communication, I finally decided to stop wasting time and drive from Austin to Dallas in person. I arrived fully prepared to purchase the vehicle that day. I wasn't negotiating the advertised price, wasn't asking for discounts, and was ready to drive the car off the lot. In other words, this should have been one of the easiest sales imaginable. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse when I arrived. The dealership felt chaotic and disorganized from the moment I walked in. The showroom was crowded, messy, and far from what you would expect from a dealership selling luxury vehicles. There were visible scratches and damage throughout the facility, and even basic details seemed neglected. To make matters worse, despite my repeated requests to work with someone else, Chassity immediately approached me and brought me back to her desk. When it came time to discuss numbers, the real issue surfaced. The advertised price on the third-party website was not the actual price they intended to sell the vehicle for. They had added roughly $3,000 in "optional" products and services, including a theft protection package. I told them plainly: remove the optional package, and I would buy the car immediately. That's when I received one of the most absurd explanations I've ever heard in a car-buying experience. I was told the package was "optional," but not in the sense that it could be removed. Instead, it was "optional" because I could choose to pay even more money to upgrade it. In other words, the package was mandatory, despite being presented as optional. At that point, it became clear that the advertised price was little more than bait to get customers in the door before adding thousands of dollars in mandatory extras. Between the lack of communication, the disregard for my requests, the chaotic dealership environment, and the misleading pricing tactics, this was easily the worst car-buying experience I have ever had.

After a bit of hunting around last April, I found a listing on eCarOne's website for a 2022 Model S Palladium, fully loaded with lifetime FSD, as well as a very rare build spec. I decided to give them a shot, and was definitely not left disappointed. I can honestly say this was one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've had, especially making the switch from a Yukon Denali over to a Model S (very uncommon, no?). eCarOne guaranteed to match the trade-in offer of CarMax BEFORE they appraised my trade-in, and furthermore completely matched CarMax's offer (a very generous one, by the way) with no questions asked. The sales department, and my sales representative, Adam, were fantastic to work with from start to finish--professional, completely straightforward, and negotiable. As always, there may be some add-ons, but after some negotiations, eCarOne willingly lowered their non-haggle price just to ensure a smooth and easy sale! (Plus they gave a few extra add-ons included with the price!) Where eCarOne's experience really started to shine, though, was after purchasing. Most places usually leave you with whatever problems the car has. eCarOne did the exact opposite: I noticed the 3rd brake light had started to go out, amidst a couple of other minor issues. eCarOne fully covered the cost of my repairs AFTER I had purchased the vehicle, a bill of $2.4k if I had paid out of pocket. Furthermore, any inconveniences caused by this repair were also covered by their team. I am beyond astonished and impressed at this level of customer service. A few months later and the car is absolutely perfect! If you're looking for a dealership that actually respects your time and their customers, I highly recommend and urge you to look at eCarOne, the sales department, and most importantly Adam and the manager, Michael, for standing behind their cars to the fullest extent. I would absolutely buy from them again, and highly recommend checking their cars out!

The sales reps that I worked with were Andrew and Chris, they were both phenomenal! The manager I was working with was Dennis, who was extremely friendly and down to earth. First: When coming in to look at the inventory they had, and determining which vehicle I wanted to purchase, they were very patient and accommodating as I took my time and changed my mind several times about which car I wanted. I had a free transfer of a vehicle, and ended up wanting a different one, they had no problem with that and immediately transferred the other vehicle to their location. Second: As this was my first time purchasing a vehicle, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other local dealers. None of the other dealers could compare to the quality of vehicles and level of care that Enterprise provided (yes I looked at Carmax.) They assured me that if there was something "wrong" with the vehicle or something that I didn't like, they would do everything in their power to help me. They even have a 7 day buyback guarantee. Third: Purchasing a vehicle is a very serious financial decision, therefore some amount of stress is anticipated to make sure you're purchasing a quality vehicle that will last for a long time. When I came in to sign the paper work it was about an hour before they closed. Being that my vehicle was transferred I took my time to inspect it and test drive it. The paperwork process is simple and easy, enterprise got me approved for an interest rate way lower than any other bank/dealership. I asked the sales rep and manager to verify many things for me, including towing capacity of the vehicle and tread depth of the tires, pretty much everything I could think of. They didn't hesitate to look into every single question I had, no matter how tedious or probably unreasonable of me. The sales rep and manager ended up staying about 2 hours late to help me out, but they took their time to go over everything in detail and I did not feel rushed at all! Andrew even came outside with us and offered to take a family picture of us with the bow on our new car! In conclusion, the stress of making a considerable financial decision like this is not easy (especially for a first time car buyer) but enterprise really went the extra mile to help me out. I felt like family the whole time I was there, they are all GREAT with kids and even have different toys/prizes for them, so don't feel discouraged about bringing them along! If you are considering purchasing a vehicle, DEFINITELY do so through Enterprise. My father also purchased a vehicle through them several months ago and has had no problems whatsoever. If you are considering purchasing through another dealership, talk to Enterprise first to see what they can do for you. Whether it's matching a trade in, getting a vehicle transferred from a different location, or getting financed at a good rate, they are the best place to go.

Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and the wasted trip, Israel displayed zero accountability.
