    Had to stop by to see if I could have my fob reset it wasn't working. I didn't think it was the battery only because I'd replaced a few months back. This was my first time revisiting this Huffines Hyundai Dealership since the renovation was completed and it looked much more spacious compared to what it used to look like. It was also very crowded. I went up to a window I didn't know what window was what so I stopped at the first one that was in my view. I said, Hi Good morning as I walked up with a bubbly smile. The younger female looked at me as if I had three noses lol. I greeted her again this time a tad bit louder. She was like, Oh Hi good morning. I wanted to know where would I go to get my car remote reset? Her words were, We don't do anything without an appointment. Now I realize she was the check out person at that point and I didn't wanna go back and forth cause that wasn't my question. I then asked, If I needed parts where'd I need to go to? She pointed at the gentleman sitting down at the desk. He was friendly, gave me my price quotes on the items that I need and I walked over to the Service Desk's side. As I was heading towards the desks a very nice man with a shirt and tie saw me and was eager to assist me. I believe his name was Ken Winston (General Manager). He asked me a few questions and I was really impressed that he genuinely wanted to know more about the overall experience I'd had from a service person that said, He'd call me back but of course He never did. Ken did express his concerns and apologized on the behalf of the service person who didn't reach back out to me. Ken walked with me and introduced me to a young Gent whose last name was Moose. He was helpful, told me there was a THREE HOUR WAIT for me if I chose to stay. I asked the cost for a reset? It was $200 dollars I couldn't believe that. Then I decided to make an appointment for Friday. As I walked to my car, went to unlock my door with the key. I decided to go back inside to the Service person one more time. I said, For Kicks and Giggles I'd like to see if I can change my battery to my car remote. We walked over to the Parts desk they offered me a free battery which was nice but I'd already had my own brand new battery so we tried getting it out of the safety packaging which was crazy sealed . It wasn't just child protected it was adult proof also sheeesh lol. Once we put the new battery in my car remote. We walked towards the door to exit and We hear a beeping sound and it was my car honking at me lmao. I'm glad I went with my first mind to recheck the battery. I was almost about to spend $200 plus dollars and 2-3 gruesome hours for a service I surely didn't need and couldn't afford. I will be back to purchase my parts though. Overall my experience was pleasant.

    SLIVERS OF GLASS OUT OF CABIN AIR

    Do not trust huffines body shop, I got my truck back it's been a while and when I went to change the cabin air filter this is what I find. I guess this explains the reason my lights are flickering going down the road. when I contacted my sales lady she said she would call me back that's been two months , just a fair warning to anyone that goes there I actually had slivers of glass come out of the ac vent.

    **DO NOT SEVICE YOUR VEICHLE HERE** **ROOSEVELT MAY MANAGES THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN DFW** I am writing this review to simply warn and hopefully deter Hyundai owners from getting their vehicle serviced here. I truly feel as if I am "Gods Work" by creating this review simply to save people from going here and experiencing there horrible service and the horrible experience in general. I made the unfortunate decision of getting my vehicle inspected for maintenance and choosing this dealership to work on my car. I had specifically told the office desk lady I did not want the car washed due to its OEM matte paint which is very delicate and thin. Hyaundai sells other matte paint vehicles so it is beyond common since to not a car with this paint through the car wash anyways. To my suprize when having the keys handed back to me and going back to my veichle it was apparent that it had been washed and it looked horrible. Wet spots were all along the veichle but the worst part were the multiple scratches left on the car.....Not to mention my car had been previously detailed the day before and did not need a wash... The moral of the story is this dealership is filled with ignorant, low iq and rude employees, Managers included. I would re consider coming here if you need your veihcle serviced. -- I would also like to include.. Roosevelt, you are such a disgrace.. Your management skills are what give dealerships such a horrible rep and I could only imagine how great it must feel to have one of the worst rated dealerships within the county.

    Today was my first experience with Huffines Hyundai Plano. My impression of dealerships and service departments has been permanently altered for the better. A new bar for exceptional service has been set. My car was having headlight issues and they were covered under technical service bulletins. My Advisor, Phillip, had actually researched this and was fully aware of the situation and even had all warranty and background information ready at our first meeting. Totally prepared. He went over the options and we proceeded. I was expecting to have to have the parts ordered and then come back. They actually were able to fix it on the spot. I am extremely impressed with the friendliness of the many people I met today. I mistakenly went to the Chevy service area. A young man was leaving the bay but turned around to let me know this was the Chevy area and the Hyundai Service Department was the next building over. He even described what the entrance looked like. Next, I met with Phillip who was completely prepared for my appointment and got right to work. I met Scott in the Parts Department as I also wanted to buy some new mats. Then, I met Dennis who was helping Phillip out as Phillip was on the phone. Amazing! The Service Managers work as a team and help each other out. In every encounter I had with Huffines personnel, I was warmly treated and felt very appreciated as a customer. Huffines Hyundai Plano defines exceptional. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience today. NOTE: The entrance is on Coit Rd.

Long story short I found a car at a different dealership that was hard to find, they were a bit stiff and offered me below value what KBB said I could get for my great condition low mileage car with premium package. The dealer where I was getting the car I wanted (I'll just say it - Audi Plano!?#$% Avoid them at all costs if you want a FAIR deal) they offered me a RIDICULOUSLY below average amount - what KBB suggested. I walked out frustrated and tired physically and mentally. Thank God I noticed Carmax nearby and thought Why Not? I walked in, there was very much a dmv feel to it Lots of people, sitting everywhere, lot's of traffic in and out. There was a monitor with peoples names/appointment times at the front desk. I thought, wow how am I going to get an appraisal on a weekend with all these people? When it was my turn the guy was very nice and said no problem, we can do that for you and he re-directed me to the business window which was nearby. I was still skeptical and cranky given what I had been through at another dealership. Business desk had a lot going on too, but they seemed to be in good spirits with each other and the people who approached them! Complete opposite from previous dealer. I was greeted by Micah (sp?) who was seemed relaxed despite the busyness, she told me how appraisals worked in a matter of fact way, when I hesitantly asked how long all this would take, she quickly said it should be no more than 30 mins with a confident smile. I was still skeptical but refused to give away my car for the measly amount the other dealer offered me. Well, I went to the bathroom, people watched and yeah about 30 mins later, she came back with my appraisal quote! way more than MORE than what the stingy dealer down the street was offering me and ABOVE KBB !! If I didn't want the other car so bad at A/P, I would've gladly told them to touch grass! But unfortunately they had what I needed. I would have felt much better to have bought from Carmax, everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional and got things done in a great amount of time! I want to thank Micah again for being so patient with me and explaining things while I was under great personal stress and timelines as well (death in the family, trade in car papers expiring etc). I sold my beloved car to Carmax in Plano, had a GREAT experience from beginning to end and wanted to let them know I appreciate them being a positive part in such a stressful weekend for me. Thanks again!!!! (SH)

    What an easy and great experience to sell my old car. Went on line saw how much they would offer…read moreset up an appointment and less than 30 minutes later walked out with a check. Staff all friendly and respectful. Large clean show room. This was easy the price they gave me fair.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This was the most expensive and worst…read moreexperance that I had for purchasing a car. I found a car for my 16 year old son and asked for a few things to be repaired. The dealership agreed to the repairs. I had to continuously call the dealership to see when it was ready. Not one employee from the dealership tried to contact me during this time. I had the same answer everytime "waitng on a part be ready in a few days". Three weeks later I was able to pick up the car. The works was done, but not what I would call quality work. I had to go back and fix a few thing they were to handle. We had the car for a few days when we sharted to see some issues. I took it to a shop and a few thousdand dollors later the car was running. I was not expecting to have to spend that much more on repairs. Now we have the car for about 2 weeks and trouble again. The transmission went out!!! I do not have state tags yet and still on the 1st tank of gas. AND A CAR THAT DOES NOT WORK!! I called the dealership to ask what they can do to fix this. The response was to bring the car to the to look at. The car does not drive!! I asked several times if they are going to repair the car and they would not answer the question. I tried sever times to call the manager, even left my name and number to call me. No call back, I had to go to the dealership ahd get the manager. I explained the issue with him. In short they are not going to do anything. I was told it's your problem now. As stated on there website "At Gulliver Auto Group, we specialized in offerong reliable, high-quality Japanese vechles." I did not get a quality car. The manager at the dealership even told me that that car is know to have transmission issues, just before he said it was my problem. You knew that this car has transmission issues and this dealership still sold it to me and didn't mention it. With the amount I have already spent and more to spend on the car, I could have bought my son a better quality car.
