I had an excellent experience buying my Genesis Electrified GV70 from Ruben at Genesis of Plano, even from California! I did a lot of research on different cars and looked at quite a few GV70s before finding this one. I'm so glad I waited for the right car and had it shipped from Plano. The ride is wonderfully smooth, and I couldn't be happier with it. Ruben was incredibly helpful throughout the remote buying process. I especially appreciated the pictures and video he took, which helped me feel confident purchasing from a distance. Working with him was head and shoulders above my experience with three other dealerships here in California. The team also followed through after the purchase. When I reached out about a title issue, they responded quickly and got the title FedExed to me the next day. I really appreciated that level of service. Highly recommend Ruben and the team at Genesis of Plano, including if you're buying from out of state! read more

Great experience! The service was fast and efficient. I absolutely loved the waiting area, especially the glass feature that gives you a behind-the-scenes view of the work being done on your vehicle. Highly recommend read more

Excellent customer service as always. Thank you for your high commitment to your customers. I'm always letting Huffines Pano Genesis is the best and the GV80 no doubt the safest and best ride on the road, backed by a dealership that provides the best customer experiences from purchase to service. Please keep up the good work. read more

Good visit. My appointment was during lunch so there was a delay with my loaner however, Connie (who was not my service advisor), was so attentive and on top of making sure I got into my loaner. She is awesome!!!! After my wash, Andrew the Service Manager ran out to dry my car personally! I've been a customer since before the building was complete and have seen many staffers come and go (rightfully so). This new group if my experience today is any indicator is the RIGHT ONE. read more

It is the little things that make for a five star experience, and on my recent visit to Genesis of Plano, the service fell short. This was my first time visiting their new building, and it's absolutely stunning. The waiting area is pure luxe with a sleek modern vibe. They have a state-of-the-art coffee machine, although most of its features weren't working. I did manage to get a decent black coffee. They have a nice assortment of snacks and the huge windows overlook an immaculate service bay. You can actually watch your car being worked on. I arrived at 7:30 am for a routine oil change. As I pulled in my "low windshield fluid" light came on. Perfect timing I thought, they'll probably top it off. The service rep greeted me with a brief hello and said they would take care of the car and get it washed. So far so good. But when the car was ready, I was told they couldn't do the wash and was handed a voucher to go get one from a business down the street. That wasn't a big deal, things happen, and I appreciated the voucher. I got into my car, saw the washer fluid light was off, and assumed all was handled. Fast-forward a couple of days, I parked under a tree and needed to spray off some of the tree sap. Nothing. Bone dry. Turns out they tipped off the fluid but never tested it so it was clogged. I would have gladly paid for them to fix it if they had even mentioned it and I know it was working fine when I arrived. I still love my Genesis, and this new dealership has a lot going for it. But if they really want to stand out as a luxury brand, they need to focus on the small details that truly define 5 star service. read more

My service representative was exceptional, he explained everything to me in detail. I essentially loved that he didn't pressure me with trying to upsales. read more

Everything about our experience at Genesis of Plano was stellar. Val Moreno our sales rep made sure that we got the best vehicle for our needs. She also stayed after hours to ensure that all the details were handled correctly. We first learned of Genesis of Plano when our older model needed repairs. Ron made the first impression that this was a superior dealership! This was our first purchase but we have decided it's well worth the two hour drive!!! We WILL be back! read more

Excellent service department and Jim Huddleston is an excellent service advisor. The Genesis dealer we bought from went out of business and Genesis of Plano is now my dealership of choice. read more

Ron was very customer centric! He was very hospitable and accommodating. He explained everything that was going to happen for my service appointment. I appreciate the great customer service, Ron! read more

Too bad these reviews don't parallel the Google Reviews. They're great! Ruben was amazing during the car sales process this past week. He was the ultimate professional, very kind, not pushy, and honest! Even the finance mgr-Kristen was easy going and did not apply high pressure regarding warranties,... What a nice touch at end of sale to wrap a bow on the car. We'll be back! read more

The employees were very timely and professional. They make you feel like you are their only customer.

My first service appointment was a disaster. My car was in the shop for almost 2 weeks for sunroof repair. Somehow Jim my service manager dropped the ball and didn't read the technician notes on having to replace the whole sunroof assembly. I was told my vehicle is ready. It was very dirty. My oil was changed without my approval and my car was released without being fixed. Was told the part would be two weeks out. We are on week two and I have yet to hear anything back yet. read more

Took delivery of my Genesis GV70 Advanced on June 22, 2026. The vehicle was presented in showroom condition and my vehicle consultant went through most of the cabin display features and how they function. I was very impressed on the time they devote to making sure the customer understands the features available and how they operate. Also, the purchase process was very transparent with no hidden upcharges or dealer ad's. I would recommend Genesis of Plano for a fair sales and trade-in process when considering your next vehicle purchase. read more

Great customer Service. Friendly and care about customer concern. Reasonable amount of time of service.

Have had a ghost of an issue in my SUV and the service team, Nolan, Nicole Fuller and Ron Crowe all got involved, took the resolution personally and gave me a complete sense of, "We got this!" Eli in the collision center also threw his weight against the problem. They worked together seamlessly to resolve the issue. Also, love the way the valet vehicle delivery service works. The valets and vehicles showed up right when the appointment said they would. They documented my vehicle's condition and then did the same thing all over again when they retrieved their loaner and returned my vehicle. They were all very professional and kept me on top of developments. I just knew my vehicle was in the right hands. read more

Thus far I am less than impressed. I had my first complimentary oil change and tire rotation this past spring. I made the appointment and arrived on time. It took Genesis of Plano almost 4 hours of my time waiting for this service and it's completion. I'd rather pay to have my oil changed as my time is more valuable than the free service. I called with a question, was put on hold, transferred to service and told I would get a call back as they were busy. I never got a call back. I just got notice of a recall regarding compression nuts loosening, they are determining the resolution. The last day or so I've been finding bolts in my driveway so I called to query the configuration. Their service advisor knew nothing of how nuts and bolts work together and could not answer my question but would be glad to schedule an appointment. No Thank you Chat GPT came through, they are not related to the GV80. The only bright spots are the actual vehicle and the found bolts are not related.. read more

I wouldn't come back here to do my sevice their price is double than genesis of Irving no wonder why Irving location always booked up

Terrible customer service. I had several warranty issues with my fairly new GV70, and despite following up repeatedly--and even escalating to the managers (Ron & Steve) a couple of times--it took almost a full year before they finally took the car in for repairs. Even then, they returned it with only part of the work completed. The customer service has been consistently terrible. I lost all trust in them and ultimately decided to sell the car and buy from another brand. A piece of advice: If you use their valet service, take before-and-after photos of the loaner vehicle. They filed a claim with my insurance for damage I did not cause. I'm sharing this experience to help others who might be researching this dealership. I knew Genesis was a newer brand and expected some recalls or warranty issues, and I was okay with that. What I wasn't prepared for was the extremely poor after-sales service. From the service advisor to the service manager, I never felt that they cared about their customers. read more

I regret to say I purchased my Electrified GV70 from someone else, because Plano only had black. However, i needed help with something and my dealership didn't have the answer. I picked up the phone and called genesis of plano and wished to goodness.I could remember the guy's name that helped me. He was so kind, friendly and answered my question! I will be going there for service and everything else. I just wish I'd have made my purchase there read more

Amazing experience. Came early they got me in early and had everything completed and perfect in a timely manner, the woman who was working I believe her name was Nicole was amazing! She needs a raise, wish there was an option to tip. read more

Great customer service. Nice folks to work with and beautiful new facility. No complaints here. Highly recommend.

From my first test drive of the 2026 GV70, my experience with Genesis Plano was friendly and professional. Miquel was the kind of salesperson who wasn't pushy but instead was accommodating and answered all of my questions without making me feel like he was trying to sell me on the car. The trade-in experience as well as the quote for buying or leasing was painless. You just can't beat the value of a Genesis, and I highly recommend this dealership. read more

My experience with Mark Dresselhuys was great. I was purchasing a preowned vehicle from out of town and he gave me a thorough visual inspection of the vehicle and put a good value on my trade. I went in this evening around 7:00 this evening. A new team member, Mark, went above and beyond by helping me change both the batteries to my key fobs. Plus, I learned a couple of new things about car waxes which I'll look into. Greatly appreciate the assistance! Rick read more

Routine maintenance with an oil change. Quick and easy scheduling. Fast service with great pick up and drop off service. Would appreciate a bit more info on the 32 point inspection other than it was done. Also the paperwork I received says they put in 0w30 oil but the sticker says 5w30 read more

I purchased my GV70 back on August 2, 2025. I was assisted by Farah, who made this process extremely easy. She was honest, open, not pushy, if it was something she was unsure of, she went and found the appropriate person, instead of just telling me something. Greatly appreciated. Of course, it took a little time getting all the paperwork and numbers together but the transition from dealership to financing, was fluid. Personally, I was car shopping because there's a part on my Chrysler 300 that has been discontinued, to keep the AC running. With the GV70, I catch frostbite and hypothermia(not literally), on my hands and finger tips. I never knew much about this vehicle other than a family member having one a few years ago. I said, when its time to car shop, Genesis is on the list. This vehicle, definitely should have a role in the movie,"Transformers". To this day, I am still learning new things about this vehicle and everyone, including me, loves it, the haters do to, lol. Thank you Farah, Omar and the team at Genesis. The drive to and from work is comfortable. read more

Horrible service. My GV80 is in there for 8 days. No loaner vehicle available. I have been texting and calling them continuously - but no update back. The phone calls keep getting into the voice mail. The wait for all service appointments is many weeks. Avoid like plague. If you live in North Texas area - and this is going to be your service dealership - DO NOT BUY GENESIS read more

service was done well, in a speedy fashion and the staff was very accommodating. I couldn't ask for more.

Vinny Nguyen displayed phenomenal customer service today starting with a simple phone call walking me through a process I didn't know how to perform on my Genesis GV80 (checking my oil percentage). His help was kind and greatly appreciated. He then told me that my car was due an oil change and tire rotation and he made arrangements to get me in today. I was very pleased with his attentive care making sure that all my needs were met in a timely manner. Thank you guys for all your service. read more

WORST EVER REPAIR SHOP! My 2022 GV70 has been in their shop now 4 times for warranty service. I called the parts department to get a front license plate holder for my G80. Was told I had to make a service appointment to have it put on requiring my VIN #??? Customer service is just terrible at this location. They had my GV70 for 4 days, just to change the oil and cabin air filter. I originally took my vehicle there for the 16K maintenance and a couple more issues (one of the trunk lights was not turning on and sunroof making a squeaky noise when on the road). None of these two got fixed. read more

Avoid this dealership and their service department. Absolutely horrible customer services on both ends. While you're at it, don't even buy a Genesis. They are built just as cheaply as a Hyundai and they don't warranty any defects on the leather, cheap leather/plastic coating on the inside door handle, and when you need to use their service valet you have to wait months for an appointment, for them to basically do nothing and you have to call multiple times to ask for an update and be treated like shit. read more

To start off with I purchased my Genesis GV80 for 2 reasons,1st the performance and comfort 2nd the maintenance program that comes with the vehicle. I made a appointment at Genesis of Plano (A Huffines Dealership) for my 16K service and let me know I needed a loaner for Thursday 12/21/2023, which is part of the Genesis Maintenance Program along with the concierge service, in which they confirmed my appointment. I drive to the dealership and head to service, I get greeted by ( can't remember his name but I know he was new because he didn't know much about the Genesis service) a service advisor. He looks up my appointment and acknowledges I do have a scheduled appointment, I let him know I am also having an issue with my apple carplay system in which when I plug in my usb from the car to my phone the bluetooth cuts off. The service advisor tells me that they will need it for the weekend and I said "that will be fine but I will need a loaner for that entire time." He tells me sir we don't have loaners until next week. I stated that's fine let's set up the concierge service for next week while I'm here. The service advisor says I can't set that up right now but I will call you when I get the information about when the loaners are due to be returned. At this point I'm not really happy with this service so far, I said to him I need to speak to the service manager. The service manager comes out ( I believe his name is Marcus Procter) and ask me what was the issue, I know the service advisor has alreay filled him in because I sat there for another 5-7 minutes waitng on him to cme out of the trailer. I explain the situation again in detail. The service manager states "we don't have any loaners and won't have any for 3 weeks." I told him that his service advisor just told me he would have one next week and he looks at his advisor in front of me and said "make sure you know what you're talking about before you tell someone that." I stated to Marcus that I can go to Norman Oklahoma where I bought my GV80 and they will give me a car for as long as it takes to service mine. This service manager looks at me and says " oh you didn't buy this from us" and I said no at the time I bought this you guys didn't have what I wanted so I drove the Norman OK to get it. He looks at me and says let me go in and see what I have coming up, he sends the service advisor back out instead of him having enough respect for his potential customer to come out himself, he he tells me "sir we will not have any loaners available until the middle of February 2024. This is a slap in the face to a customer when the Genesis Brand prides itself on customer service and being one of a kind brand. This was my second time trying to do business with the Huffines family and it failed again but this time miserably. I called Genesis of Norman about servicing my GV80 and they stated the following "Mr Collard we would be more than happy to help you and we are sorry about your experience with a Genesis Dealer." They set up an appointment for Tuesday 12/19/2023 and will have a loaner waiting for me cleaned up with a full tank of gas. I told the service manager that while they are servicing my GV80 I may just want to upgrade from a 2023 to a 2024. So the bottom line here is not only is the dealer in Normane going to get my service the are also going to get a GV 80 prestige pkg with 16000K mile on it as a trade they are going to sell another GV 80 before the end of 2023 closeout. read more

GM is Ken Winston. My fiancé and I made a visit to Genesis of Plano on November 18th arrived at 1:30 pm and left at 2:15. We arrived and after looking around for 30 minutes not one salesperson greeted us, asked us if we needed help or even a smile. Certainly not a good 1st time impression on this dealership. Even if all salespeople were busy, a simple hello how are you someone will be with you shortly always goes a long away. This in my eyes reflects on the management/leadership of this dealership. I wouldn't spend one penny at this dealership. Poor customer service and extremely sad because I was so ready to make a purchase today. read more
