Very poor customer service. I scheduled an oil change appointment, but when I arrived, I was told it would still be a 3-4 hour wait and that appointments don't really guarantee a time. Worst service experience I've had--completely unprofessional. I scheduled a tire rotation online through the Buick/GM application and arrived on time, only to be told that my reservation could not be found. After standing there for several minutes, I was then asked to complete paperwork "since it was my first time," despite the appointment being scheduled in advance. While I was waiting, another customer came in with a battery concern, and the service advisor was extremely short and dismissive, essentially implying that if the car was turning on, the battery must be fine. That interaction alone was a red flag. When it was finally my turn, they refused to honor my warranty and attempted to charge me for a tire rotation that should have been covered. The service provider assisting me was curt, disengaged, and showed no interest in customer service or problem-solving. I immediately left and went to Discount Tire, where they valued my business, treated me with respect, and rotated my tires without charging me a dime. Unfortunately, the outdated stereotype of women being taken advantage of in auto service settings felt very real here in 2025. For context, my mother worked for General Motors--I am knowledgeable about vehicles and warranties, and I know when something isn't right. I will not return to Reliable Chevrolet, and I would not recommend this service department to anyone looking for professionalism, transparency, or basic courtesy. read more

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at Reliable, and at this point I seriously question both the quality of the service and how my vehicle and personal belongings was treated while it was there. Reliable performed my 30,000-mile service on my 2023 Colorado. After I brought the truck home from that appointment, I began noticing a leak, and shortly after that the transmission started slipping. Because of those new problems, which only began after the 30,000-mile service, I brought the truck back to Reliable to have the leak and transmission issue repaired. When I picked my truck up on Thursday, February 12, 2026, I discovered that my Puerto Rican boxing gloves, a family heirloom hanging from my rearview mirror, had been damaged. Before service, the gloves had no scrapes, all of the "Puerto Rico" lettering was fully intact, and they were hanging securely as I had placed them. Afterward, some of the lettering was scraped off, there were visible scuffs on the gloves, and the way they were attached to the rearview mirror had been altered. There was absolutely no reason for anyone to touch my personal belongings at all, especially something with deep sentimental and cultural meaning. I immediately contacted my sales rep, Michael Davis, and was told that a manager would reach out to me. I still have not received any communication from anyone at Reliable as of February 24, 2026 about this issue! The timeline of events is extremely troubling. I brought my truck in for service, new problems appeared immediately afterward, and when I returned to have those issues fixed, my personal property ended up damaged. After raising concerns that the leak may have been caused during the 30,000-mile service, this damage now feels retaliatory! On top of that, the specific damage to the "Puerto Rico" lettering makes this feel racially driven, or at the very least deeply disrespectful and culturally insensitive. Between the mechanical issues, the damage to my belongings, and the complete lack of follow-up or accountability, I am left with serious doubts about the professionalism and integrity of this dealership. I trusted Reliable with my truck, and instead I have been left frustrated, ignored, and questioning what really happened while my vehicle was in their care. My second time buying a car from this dealer at a great price. Last month I purchased a used Hyundai Sonata. Their sales team and finance team were amazing. The salesperson Dominique was great and patiently helped me with test driving a few cars. The sales manager Adrian was amazing, and worked so hard to make the deal happen. The car had some major discoloration. He had the car sent to the detail shop to get it in perfect shape by having it buffed and detailed, which made it looked new and beautiful. Extremely disappointed. Attempted to purchase a new 2025 Silverado ZR2. Long term customer of this dealership, purchased a corvette in 2024. On this purchase, the finance resource, Nico Anwary, operated with very deceptive practices. Sold a trash 3rd party extended warranty as a GM Bumper to Bumper warranty, with GM pricing! Delayed providing paperwork until I arrived to pickup the vehicle next day, I had to request the documents, and he continued to be less than truthful. Can you imaging a "liar" yelling at a repeat customer in a professional place of business? It actually occurred! The sales team and leadership offered no help, other than not knowing what the finance people do in the "back". An apology and removal of the trash "MPP" warranty from the contract would have gone a long way. Again, very disappointing, and awaiting for my payment to be returned, which looks to take several weeks, per the dealership. read more

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this dealership. I purchased a Corvette C8 3LT from GM. The car has always been garaged, but after a couple of years I noticed large bubbles forming across the entire dashboard. After researching online, I learned this is a very common issue with the 3LT interior. I contacted the dealer to ask if there was a recall. They acknowledged the issue but said there was no recall and that I would have to pay for the repair myself. I brought the car in and they replaced the dashboard. When I got the car home, I immediately noticed a major difference between the driver-side and passenger-side dashboard materials. The driver side looked the same as before, but the passenger side was clearly a different material--more like hard plastic typically found in a 1LT, not the leather used in a 3LT. I returned to the dealership the very next day. The service advisor acknowledged the material difference and told me they had mistakenly installed the wrong part. He said the correct dashboard was in the shop and asked me to return in a few days after a new airbag was ordered. When I called back, I was told to bring the car in and that the issue would be fixed. After dropping the car off, I received a call a couple of hours later saying the dashboard they installed previously was "the correct one" and that nothing further would be done. I went in and spoke with both the service representative and the manager, but they refused to take any responsibility. The only explanation they offered was that "GM may have changed the dashboard material due to complaints." When I asked why only the passenger side would be changed and not the driver side, they had no answer and became very rude, essentially trying to push me out. I contacted GM multiple times, but they simply repeated what the dealer said. I even asked if another GM dealer could inspect the car, and GM refused. To make matters worse, the dealership damaged my front bumper lip. When I requested reimbursement, they agreed to pay only for the part--not the labor. This dealership showed zero accountability and no business ethics. I strongly recommend staying away from Reliable Chevrolet. read more

What's even more concerning is that after researching recent reviews, I see a clear pattern: * Cars kept for long periods of time * Vehicles returned dirty, muddy, or mishandled * Customers paying $1,000+ only to receive their cars back with the same unresolved issues * A dramatic drop in ratings (this location went from about 4-5 stars years ago to around 2 stars now) That alone speaks volumes. I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. I came in already pre-approved through my bank, and once they found that out, the entire experience changed. A manager came out and loudly made comments that my bank "thinks they're crooks and won't work with them," which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Despite knowing I was pre-approved, they repeatedly tried to push me into their own financing instead of working with my bank. I even made the mistake of returning weeks later when the same car was still listed as available, and once again my pre-approval was disregarded. They were not willing to negotiate and told me there was "a lot of interest on the car," even though it was still available. Additionally, when I received the pricing sheet, the numbers did not make sense--accessories and fees were unusually high and inconsistent. It was clear how shady the deal was, and anyone considering this dealership should carefully review all numbers to ensure they are accurate. I followed up by email to management to explain what happened and never received a response. Overall, the lack of professionalism, respect, and transparency was disappointing. The car I bought was selling for 1500 more than what was listed in the blue book for a new car. You can't get a good break on the price and I didn't even get the discount I was promised after reviewing the papers later. They would not credit me the discount I should have gotten. I think because we were senior citizens they could take advantage of us. Be sure you understand the bill before signing and remember they are priced too high. Took my daughters chevy to the service department becuase the check engine light was on. After 2 days they replaced some sensor and the spark plugs ( 1000 dollars) we picked the car up and the very next morning the check engine light reappeared. So we took it back. This time they had the car for 5 days, any contact at all about the status of the car was initiated by my daughter. Most of the updates were " we are still waiting on the mechanic" Finally got " another part needs to be replaced". We picked the car up yesterday. Went to view the Blazer. A beautiful red one was on the floor. Sat in it for at least 10 minutes getting the overall feel. Loved it. Got out and sat in the back and needed help with reclining the seat. Asked two salesman that were talking at the back of the car. One came over and hit the lever and promptly went back to talking with the other salesman. Never asked me if I needed help or anything. Again needed help with lifting the back. Same thing. Just opened it up and nothing more. Got back into the front and after a few minutes another salesman came over and opened the door. I thought finally someone wants to see if I needed help. Nope. He actually said "My manager told me to tell you this car is sold." There were a few EVs on the floor with a "Sold" sign but not this one. When I told him how I had been treated he tried to explain that it was the last day of the month, yada, yada.
