I've always been terrified of the dentist, but after discovering Dr. Djafari's it's a whole different feeling now. She's extremely kind, easy-going, knowledgeable, gentle, and amazing! Her assistant Maria and the front desk receptionist Jeanette are absolutely amazing as well! I was sooooooo hesitant in removing my four wisdom teeth, but with a doctor and staff as attentive as they are it was such an easy breezy process. Totally stress free. Questionable diagnoses. No cavities found by other dentists. I had two crowns put on because she said cavities were in locations that could not be filled. I hadn't had a cavity in over 40 years. She said I had two more cavities. Miracle of miracles, they disappeared when I saw a different dentist. read more

Went for a consult, was seen by a male dentist for perhaps 10 minutes, meet with the lady at the front desk who presented me with and estimate and informed me that my cost would be approxmately $100.00. Actual co-pay from my insurance company is $1,020.00. I understand that the office estimate is just that, an estimate, but being off by $920.00 is just a bit too much. read more

I came back today for my basic cleaning that is covered by my insurance and was told I'd be charged a $13 fee. This was not disclosed and it goes against my insurance policy. The dentist looked at me when I questioned it and stated, "What? Are you saying you can't afford $13?" which is neither her position nor the point. The dentist shrugged and walked off while the staff explained that their office passes in the costs of inflation in gloves and other medical supplies to the patient. This is long over due review. I went in for a cleaning,etc. When I got to my appt, I was told I had to pay $20 for staff PPE. I was floored, I never heard of this and coming from a medical back ground this was the first time I even encountered a fee such as this. I paid the $20 and chuck it up to covid. Went on to cleaning and evaluation from dr parrisa. Who explained to me I had 6 cavities! As I looked at the xrays. She tried to pin point wear the cavities were,however, I couldnt detect any odd areas that could be cavities. Her explanation to me was "thats were the experience eyes is needed." I was going to my previous dentist over 8years and was never told I had any cavities. Since I moved and havent been to the dentist for a year its hard to believe I developed so such cavities. Finally, I was presented with a quote of how much all this would cost me to fill my 6 cavities. I'm no fool and even if I had 6 cavities I'm not spending $660+ to get it filled without a second opinion. I walked out and never looked back at this office. Dr. Djafari is truly the best in the business. She has such good bedside manner and calms my anxiety. She does the same for my kids, she is the only dentist I feel comfortable with and will bring them to. She ensures she does a good job, she is ethical and does not do unnecessary work. After having a bad experience elsewhere it has been a worry of mine. But not any more. I know I can trust her which gives me peace of mind for my family. read more

I'm terrified of dentists. Have had tooth pain for over a year (on and off) and have avoided seeing a dentist out of fear. The pain got so bad I was crying and had to seek out a dentist. Dr. Djafari was my moms dentist for some work she had done last year so I called and spoke with Jeanette and she calmed me down and was able to get me in for a consultation. I had my root canal yesterday and so far so good! I was so scared and nervous and am so relieved that not only it is done but it was really painless! Dr. Djafari is very kind and made me feel totally at ease- so did Maria, her dental assistant. I'm forever grateful to them making me feel completely safe and keeping me updated with exactly what they were doing the whole time. I went to work later that night and only took 400mg of otc Motrin! I don't have insurance and they have reasonable pricing and will try and work with you. Def recommend! Thank you to the whole staff!! read more

If I could give this practice less than one star, I would. Staff was extremely unpleasant, kept me waiting longer than is acceptable, and the DDS was openly disrespectful and condescending. She was extremely rough on my gums after I cried out she was hurting me several times, and made no change in her intensity. She then told me that I had 3 CAVITIES. [After finding a new, and far better dental practice "West Coast Dental" I showed absolutely NO cavities after extensive examination and x-ray]. They tried to CHARGE ME when I was fully insured! Very sad to put a bad review because I trusted this dentist and went to her for years only to have her tell me I had 4 cavities when I had no pain. Do the work and leave me in pain and a tooth that is too high so it bothers me. She told me one of my teeth needed a crown and it would get infected. It has been over 9 months and nothing. I went to another dentist and he did not find a cavity or need for a crown. I floss and brush regularly. This is a dishonest dentist and will never go back to her again. She will pierce into your gums and even with no bleeding say you need deep cleaning. I do not recommend her read more

Would not recommend to my family or friends. They make you feel like they just want money from you as in not a huge focus on aesthetically pleasing results, but more on quick turn around regardless of outcome. She rushed her work. She made a mistake and had to redo the service. She asked me to sign a paper stating that I would not request a second revision if she messed up again. That did not feel ethical. Most questions I had felt like they were annoying to her that I would even ask. Even though I had an appointment, she barely had time for me. She messed up and did offer to fix it but she had a condescending tone when I pointed out that her work was unsightly. I tried to be as calm as possible even though I was very unhappy with it but it felt like she wanted to blame me for her mistake or like she was mad I was not happy with the subpar work and she had to spend more time on me. This is a great dentist. I have needed alot of dental I have seen other dentists so I am aware of the work needed and they have been patient with me in getting everything done. I experienced no pain here the staff is very attentive to my needs and patient with me if we have a long procedure. Dr. Djafari has done a great job and I have known some of her staff for years now.
