During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. I did a Tomography, and I have my images with me. I have the proof in my hands because I have the images and the dentist's note declaring I do not have Periodontitis like the dentist @Western Dental told me I had. I went back to talk to them and cancel the service that I haven't even received and they said they Cannot cancel it. Today February 5th. I am walking out of that place with the treatment they' are making me pay for a treatment that I don't even need. PLEASE, if you go to them, don't believe them right away and have a second opinion.
