I visited this office in October of 2025 with a severe toothache. I'm an elderly person on a very limited fixed income. I'm in failing health, and over the years have had poor dental health. I have upper dentures and am missing many lower teeth. I was thankful that this office was able to see me right away. As I stated above, the pain I was in was severe. They numbed my mouth to ease some of the pain and proceeded with the examination. The results came back that I needed to have one tooth extracted and a root canal on another. They stated I "need" a bridge or a lower denture, the cost of which I could not afford. As I sat in the dentist's chair still in pain, I knew I couldn't afford the options I was given: $4800.00. I just wanted the pain to go away. I was NOT offered any other remedies. Such as let's pull the bad tooth and do a root canal on the other. They came up with a payment plan for their options, and nothing else. I felt so pressured that either I agreed with the payment plan or go home in pain. I went with their payment plan. I paid $500.00 that day, and they pulled one tooth. The next day, the pain returned, and I went back, and they made some type of adjustment/grinding on another tooth. I was able to get through the weekend with minimal pain. I had another appointment the next week for the starting of the root canal and a temporary cap. After this procedure i was to come back in a week and have a permanent cap placed to the tooth that had the root canal and do some impressions maybe more. Due to ongoing health issues, I was unable to keep that appointment in early November. But I was and have been pain-free ever since. The dental office never called me back to reschedule the missed appointment. I started to get deductions from my bank account in November for the payment plan ($187.00). After the December payment was deducted, I went on the payment website (I couldn't find a number to call), and I left a message that I didn't need any additional dental work and inquired about what my balance was for the work that was performed. The notification went unanswered. Again, in January, another payment was deducted. I once again reached out to the payment website with the same inquiry, and again, I received no reply. I called the dentist's office and was told the person I needed to speak with was out, and they would call me back. Again, no response. To date, I've paid over $1600.00 for a tooth extraction and a half-way finished root canal. I've put a stop on my debit card. I've not received any callbacks from the dental office or the payment administrator. I currently have gaps in my lower teeth, but I'm able to eat most anything, and the best part is I have no more pain. So I called the dental office to voice my concerns. The response I received was, in my mind, unbelievable. They told me I need to come into the office so they could see what work has been done. I asked, "You don't know what work you've performed. It should be in my chart." She said, "Yes, but we need to see you." She also stated they've done impressions (which I don't remember doing). I asked her then, "So Why haven't you called me over the last 5 months?" I told her I'm not going to come into that office ever again and risk being taken advantage of again because of my age. I've had many surgeries over my lifetime and never was told we need to see you so we know what's been done. I'm not looking for perfect teeth or a Hollywood smile, just no pain. I'm in my mid-70s. My thoughts of this dentist office are: A. They prey on the elderly. B. They don't keep accurate records of work that's been performed. C. They don't return calls. D. They do not respond to emails or phone calls. E. Very poor customer service. read more

So beyond thankful for this dentist!!! My boyfriend was having extreme teeth pain and both times they were able to give emergency dental treatment to him that was BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!! The second time he was in the worst time of his entire life and went to the ER for the pain and it did not help at all. Luckily the following morning was a Saturday and we called first thing in the morning and got an immediate appointment and his deadly pain was GONE!!! I have never felt the need to do a review but I feel obligated to warn people about this dental office. My whole family are all costumers of this office for over 2 years, we gave them all our insurance information and they accepted at the first beginning. This year my husband had a slipt tooth and went there to fix it. on 11/08/2024 they made a periodontal consult and extracted the tooth, here came the bill of this process.(see attachment 1) Perio Consult $70( we paid) our Insurance co-pay $10 Guided Tissuue regeneration $175(we paid) our Insurance co-pay $175 Bone replacement graft $550(we paid) our Insurance co-pay $100 They OVER-CHARGED us for total $785. So I called the office to find why, Susan, who answered the phone, was very rude & insensitive, she didn't even check any info. and said we talked to your husband and he knew and agreed and paid. She said they didn't over charged us, excuse me 1 tooth extraction out of pocket $1110 for you is not over charged??? She said, this office doesn't have a contact with our insurance company (Anthem blue cross), I still remeber Susan same person she called me and confirmed that they accept our insurance just a couple of monthes ago when I reschedualed my regular 6-month checkup in April 2023, and now she said they do not have a contract with my insurance, what on earth are you office doing there? we paid a lot every month for the insurance in order to get reasonable costs for the health treatment, this office just ingored it. She also said why my husband went there is because " he likes us", so please tell me what kind of LIKE is worth of out of pocket $1110 per tooth extraction? What's more, I asked this office to make a night guard for me on 10/30/2024, I told them I want upper and lower jaw protective night guard and was impressed on both sides and I paid my co-pay at the front desk accordingly (see attachment 2), they delivered upper only on 11/13/2024, I emailed them and called when can I get the lower part ? On my second phone call Susan said that they only can provide upper night guard, they can refund me if I want 2 sides night guard, I told her to refund me, but till now I don't know if they refund it or not because they never follow up or send a copy of refund record. Very very sad to be so vastly disappointed in the dentistry and lack of customer service. The rating of 1 is too high for both dentistry and customer service. Dr. Cho is very personable and helpful but it took 2 times for his staff to put in a temporary crown for 3 teeth and didn't get either one right. Next time I go in I am told since I got deep clean now it will cost me 75.00 everytime for preventative cleaning....um NO. Got the screw from them once for stuff I probably never needed. This place is the absolute best! Dr. Cho is heaven sent and the most caring, patient, and gentle dentist I have ever met. He takes so much time getting to know you personally and lets you do things at your own pace. He is extremely gentle and makes sure constantly that you and comfortable and not in any pain. Jenn in the front is a great, somehow she is always smiling and knows exactly what's going on 24/7 lol. They do NOT treat their patient's equally. We came at 210pm for a 3pm appointment. I heard them calling patients to come in early while we are still waiting. Another patient came with an appt of 4pm. They called other patients that arrived after me including the 4pm patient. That is not fair is it??? While we are still waiting and it is already 245pm. I was impressed by the clean, bright atmosphere when I arrived at the office. The staff greeted me warmly as I entered and since I had completed paperwork beforehand digitally there was no wait. I promptly underwent imaging, and met with the oral hygienist, Angel. Angel did an exam and explained his findings and what they meant. Dr. Panesar then examined my imaging and outlined the treatment options based on her findings while answering all my questions. The front desk clearly explained the costs, so there were no surprises.
