I have been a patient with Parkview the last few years. I thought they were good, but then again, that was only doing basic cleanings. Don't even think about getting anything beyond cleaning done there though! I had a previous dentist to insert two crowns; each lasted more than a decade. One of those crowns finally gave out, so I confidently went to Parkview for replacement. However, they were so incompetent that even with today's technology, it was not even close to fitting. It would not even begin to fit in the gap left behind. It was like it was for a different person. Once they ordered another crown, it was not that great but I tried it anyway. Only a few days after leaving their office, the crown Parkview had made only a year before had come off. Unfortunately, it could not be recovered. This seemed to be the excuse they needed. They wanted me to pay the whole bill to replace the crown they put in that failed in one year. No way. Im not paying and rewarding anyone for quackery. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would Dr. Neelu was so absolutely rude and demeaning towards her staff and client's. I went in for a simple teeth cleaning and root canal and she was sitting there talking horribly about myself and yelling at her staff who was assisting her. I feel like the poor employees deserve so much more than to be belittled by such an awful boss. Not to mention having to wait 4-5 hours to receive treatment by Dr Neelu. So disappointed in this place. The people are nice but I felt like I was at a used car place. I was given an estimate for implants and when I returned for my second visit, that estimate went up $3000.00. I was already choking on the first estimate. After negotiating back and forth they dropped $2000.00 of it, but after I mentioned I was getting a second opinion they said the price was only good for today only. Is this what dentist do now?? I said I didn't feel comfortable with these tactics and would go elsewhere. If this was such a good deal why would it be offered to me for one day only. No way would I go back to these crooks! I paid in cash my $16,000 for our dental work we both needed implant done and paid in advance as they told me I needed to unless I wanted their credit. I came back with cash and paid in cash and then the dentist didn't want to do half of the work and says oh you'll get your refund. It's been over six months and I have called numerous times to try to get my money back and they have not to date paid me back since last October. It is now almost August of next year. He also tried to say that one of the areas was infected and so he didn't want to do one of the implants and refused to, but still has not refunded me my money that I paid in advance, never give these people a dime. They are crooked and disgusting! I got the unplanned by another dentist and there's not one thing wrong with that area that he refused to do other than wanting to keep my money without doing any other work! They also at the start of our dental work unauthorized applied for credit for me without telling me that I was supposed to start making payments because I didn't even know what I was applying for credit and my credit score for about three or four months at least this place is unethical and I'm gonna be reporting them to the Dental board read more

They scheduled me at 9AM but the dentist did not even come to see me until after 10AM just for the dentist to tell me he can't do a cleaning since I can't get an x-ray because I'm pregnant. So what was the point of making me wait there for over an hour??? I told them I was pregnant when I made the appointment but they still scheduled me in knowing I couldn't get anything done. This visit was just a complete a waste of my time. I feel like they made me come in just so they could bill my insurance. I left my old dentist for this place, and this newly formed relationship is better than I thought it'd be. Nobody really enjoys going to the dentist, but this place doesn't make me anxious about getting any work done. I've had a routine cleaning, a deep cleaning, and checkups for my Invisalign; every time I go, I feel welcomed, I'm treated like the delicate flower I am, and the aftermath isn't atrocious. I'm always given proper/accurate information about the services I receive, I know what I'm paying for and exactly how much, I never feel pressured or swayed into making a decision, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Dr. Sam and Tiffany took amazing care of me! They were able to fit me in last minute for a chip fix and did an excellent job. The clinic is easy to find with friendly staff that make you feel welcome and relaxed. I had no pain during the procedure and Dr. Sam took extra time to make sure that the end result was perfect. This is the first time I had a business manager take me to the exam room at a dentist and start examining my wallet before my teeth. I found myself haggling off "worst case cost scenarios" before I had so much as had a hygienist or dentist tell me to "open wide". Then I had the hygienist get snippy with me when I mentioned how long I had been there just waiting for a simple cleaning. Fortunately I kept a positive attitude and it all worked out, but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth...pun intended. Finally this pounding music they have playing is not at all calming or soothing, so that's kind of the opposite of what a dentist should want to project. I mentioned that and was ignored and the next day when I had to bring my daughter back for her appointment, it was the same station blaring in the lobby. We chose this dentist for it's proximity to my daughter's university, but I won't be coming here again. Whether my daughter decides to stick with this dentist or find another is up to her. read more

I've been going to Parkview for a few months now. Was running around checking other places for pricing. One place said $45,000. Um. Nope . Had been to parkview some time back. Had a great experience working with Griselda(?). She set up a financial plann got me. She did all the work. I hate that stuff. She juggled numbers for me and it all worked out great. That was my biggest obstacle. She simplifyedit for me. Very concerned about me and what I could handle. The entire staff is amazing. The girls are all ao sweet and polite. Very professional. They know their stuff fir sure. Dr. Fadi is the greatest. He's very accommodating and not one but stuffy about "numbing the heck" out of me. I hate pain in my mouth. He's quick. Professional. Always in a good mood. Never in a hurry. Makes me feel very comfortable. Explains everything to me before they start. I've got alot of work necessary to give me my smile back. I'm going to get seeing these folks pretty often for awhile. So glad I chose to go with them!! Fully trust them to do what's necessary. read more

I came to the office with my daughter so she could car pool since the drive is an hour away from her house. Arrived 10 minutes early for her 10am appointment. Been here an hour and 40 minutes and she has been sitting in the exam chair still waiting to be X-ray'd. Additionally, she has had to come to this office several times because they keep messing up the caps for her front teeth. When she came in today, it was to get the permanent caps. But they are still not ready. So now she has to wait another 10 days and come back again! Staff is nice enough. But their work is shoddy and the appointment time management is horrendous! read more

Very shady place. They will try to rip you off. BE CAREFUL. I got a filling done the other week. I paid my co payment for it, which was $30 ;and, the other week they told me when the hygienist was back, my out of pocket cost for a cleaning would be $251. Then, when I came for my cleaning today, they tried to tell me today my out of pocket cost was over $1,000. I told them that's not what they said previously and refused the cleaning if I was expected to pay that much. Then, they caught their "mistake." They said I owed $281. Then, after the hygienist examined me, they said it'd over $600 for laser treatment. I told them that I did not want laser treatment and that I just wanted a regular cleaning. So, they dropped it back down to $281. It turns out the $281 included the cost of the filling co pay that I had already paid. I had to tell them again I already had the filling and paid for it. So, they took off $30 and I paid $251 out of pocket. The cleaning was quick and not all that great anyways. It's so ridiculous. Mind you, my teeth are not atrocious. There is no way I would need a cleaning worth over $1000 or laser treatment. I need an implant; but, I'll go elsewhere for it. I don't trust them to quote me an honest price. I chose this dentist based off the previous yelp reviews and I am so glad that I did! I cannot thank Dr. Saesim (Dr. Sam) and his staff enough for what they did for me. Within only a couple of months since I've started coming here, they have helped me with multiple services while also preventing excess services that saved me pain and money. Not only is the staff super friendly and upbeat, but also extremely professional and caring. Dr. Saesim takes his time to understand your concerns, as well as explaining what he will be doing - especially if you are in pain, which anyone would be grateful for. Tiffany makes sure to keep the process running smoothly and her charismatic personality is sure to keep you at ease if you are nervous. Charlene is super knowledgeable (just take her advice - you won't regret it) and makes the process as comfortable as she can. Yvette helped set me up with an in-house payment plan based on my current financial needs and tailored it exactly to what I can pay without having to delay my services. Overall, I am extremely grateful I found a dentist that I trust and feel comfortable with. It's not everyday you find a dentist that has it all. I am terrified of the dentist. TERRIFIED. Yes, I have cried in this office, attempted to flee, and avoided going back FOR YEARS! Today's visit was under the guise of teeth whitening. I had to get the green light from my dentist, so I went to see Dr. Zareh, our family dentist, today. I brought along my 3 year-old son, and the staff was more than helpful keeping him entertained and tolerating him when he had enough. The equipment is state-of-the art and everything is painless. Amazing laser gum treatment and what I feared was a root issue is a gum issue, and I already can feel relief. Plus, $99 for teeth whitening? In a dentist's office? Can't go wrong with that! Just fill out a little referral card and put my name on it. $25 for referrals (which I forgot to use today ... oh well, save it for next time when I go in for "whitening"). Oh, and brush after each meal and floss every day. It keeps chickens like me away from Dr. Zareh's power tools! read more

I was involved in an incident years ago that left my teeth in a horrible state. I had an assessment done at another dental clinic and they quoted me such a high dollar amount that I pretty much gave up on it. It was out of my reach. Not only that, but that was the going rate for what it would take to reconstruct the damage done to my teeth. The attitude of these dental clinics was one of "take it or leave it". I pretty much gave up at that point. Well I recently was directed to Parkview Dental Care just out of coincidence. I must say, It was not what I expected. I was prepared for more of the same clinical attitude and to be treated as just a number. Boy was i wrong. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They are the first and last faces and voices one sees coming into their office and they left a lasting impression with me. Very courteous, yet just the right amount of a personal touch. I didn't feel like I was talking to a drone or robot, so to speak. When it came down to business, I was introduced to the office manager Danny. This gentleman was beyond helpful. He was able to not only get me approved for a loan that I thought I would not be approved for, but he got me down to a treatment plan that costed pennies on the dollar compared to everyone else was quoting me for. I could not believe it. Not only that, I actually have higher Tech equipment than the other places. Most people in my circle would consider me a tough guy and I'm not easily impressed, but after it was all said and done, I was rather moved by everything that they did. They really went above and beyond. It's more than just going to the dentist. They brought hope back to my life when I thought all was lost. I have since been in contact with them because I've had some questions and even after everything has been signed and approved they still have not dismissed me. They still treat me as if I'm their only client. Even the doctor Sam was a gentleman. He explain the whole process and let me know exactly what to expect. These people are my heroes and I would recommend them to anybody. Before you give up, give these people a shot. I believe you might just be surprised. Never have I done a Yelp review or any sort of review for a dentist but this place is the best! The staff is super nice and friendly. They helped me increase my care credit line along with calling the insurance to get a referral for my mom's root canal. They went above and beyond for my mom and I. Even though these guys don't take my insurance at this location, I would not mind paying out of pocket for my visit. Shout out to Danny and Kristlin(I'm sure I spelt her name wrong). This was the most difficult exam I have ever had. I had tooth pain at a crown, was able to get in quickly and was greeted by ALL the friendly staff. I had at least 5 staff interview and hover around me including the supervisor who removed her front partial and stated this was how she got children to brush their teeth. Their Hygienist was the one who reviewed my X-rays, examined and reported each tooth condition. She did not leave my side including trying to answer the Dentists' questions during the brief time with him. Perhaps they specialize with children more than adults. It was a little embarrassing to have a stranger do that....weird The interview focused on the "treatment plan" which included the push for implants despite my definite NO. I was promised a free Boom cleaning to be performed at my next appt which would be a standard cleaning. After approx. 2 hours I left with my tooth pain and a treatment plan. I called back the next day and spoke with Myrna asking why my plan now including a total deep cleaning and out of pocket beyond what my insurance covered. She stated she was very busy, would ask the Hygienist and call me back in the next hour. I received no call back, called the day and was told it was her day off. Not sure why the Hygienist was not able to take the message and call back herself. Given the feeling that I was not being listened too and maybe this office was too busy and to focused on $$ for my business, I canceled. A few days later I had my X-rays faxed but they did not fax well so called again spoke with Myrna and we agreed I would pick up a copy the next day after work. At approx. 4:00pm, I arrived to a locked and closed office! The following day I called again and Myrna explained that it was her day off and the other front office person was supposed to have the office open. We agreed I would be by in the next 10-15 mines and she stated she would have them ready.....didn't she already have them ready? Interesting..I believe she failed again to follow-thru. Overall, the staff are scattered, lack direction and fail to provide a professional and respectful consideration. I would not recommend this office. read more

I came to Parkview Dental for my Invisalign 6 years ago and had a great experience at that time. Flash forward six years later and my top retainer broke. There's no way to reorder retainers so you have to go in, get a new impression of your teeth and they will make you a new retainer that way. Fine. I made my appointment July 1st and got new impressions made and was given an appointment to pick up my new retainers July 27th. Fine. I show up to my appointment July 27th and they tell me they need to take new impressions because there was "no record of me getting impressions taken" I told them I 100% did have impressions taken July 1st at 8:30am. Then they tell me, they need to do an exam first before then can take impressions so the impressions they took on July 1st aren't good. They let me go practically a WHOLE MONTH without communicating this to me?! Why?! My teeth had been spreading that whole month waiting for my new retainer to be made. Now you expect me to be happy with the current state of my teeth?! I am COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED with my experience. I will never step foot in that office again. If you have any desire for clear communication from your dentist, I suggest you run away from Parkview Dental as fast as you can. read more

I am completely terrified of the dentist but the staff at Parkview Dental are very kind and sweet. In particular my hygienist named Adrian. I haven't been a dental office in over 10 years because various reasons (financial, fear, moving around, embarrassment etc..) But Adrian was so nice in the way he understood and explained things. Waited long time between seeing dentist, hygienist, and person to talk to me about prices. Once they talked to me about prices, it was rushed. Prices were too high, said I needed a bunch for crowns and deep cleaning with upgrades. Called my insurance company to verify prices and they said they covered me on the procedures, but they added in upgrades that weren't discussed with me or explained to me in a rush manner. Felt like a business transaction number and not a client. Very disappointed and what a waste of my time. When I wanted to talk to the lady about my insurance coverage the receptionist said she was busy with a bunch of patients. What a joke! Will never come back again, run for the hills! read more

Me and my mom got sent to this place thru a dental grant program, we had no choice, when we got there they took a our X-rays didn't full disclose the full amount due for me and my mom's dental procedures when immediately sent my mom to start on her dental issues the same day we went to ask for more info, then we got charged about 12000 for the entire service. When supposedly finalized everything I had to get done didn't even let me know all my procedures were done, no paperwork whatsoever was given to me stating that I was done!, then the problem doesn't end there they schedule me for a cleaning without notifying me that the charge for this wasn't included on my previous plan or whatever. Then my mom and me had to drive several times there because her partial dentures don't match, we have been going to check and see if the denture is ready and it looks awfully uneven, the color of the denture doesn't even match to the crown they put on her!, then we tell them-to fix it and is never right. It has been an awful experience and the staff doesn't even help at all. We just want her partials to look even whenever she smiles, because that's the main reason why we even started everything, to be able to give her a smile she's proud to show off and it hasn't been the case, but we are paying month to month over 500 dls a month without miss and here we are over 4 months or more and she still has the partials she was given at the beginning all uneven and having issues even to chew the softest meals. Just wanted to share that Parkview Dental seems like a really good dental office with a wide variety of professionals who are skilled in their positions. I went in for a deep cleaning today and I'm pretty sure it was the best cleaning I've gotten. Chimera has skills! No pain at all throughout the whole hour long session. I had to compliment her on her touch because in my past cleaning experiences they were not enjoyable. With her though, I could have almost gone to sleep.
