Even when walking in, they are ready to make sure you are checked in for your appointment. They always look polished and professional. They always have a smile and I like that! * Communication. Communication is great. They pick up the phone in a timely manner and help answer your question quickly. And they are ready to follow-up with you. Even by email, they are quick to respond to your question. * Appointments. Scheduling appointments is easy. And they have multiple reminders (e.g., text, email, etc.) leading up to the appointment to ensure your appointment is confirmed. Before I leave, they make sure I already have my next appointment in their system. * Cleanliness. It smells clean upon entering and appears clean as well. During each visit, they made me feel comfortable and informed me about what they were doing throughout the process so that I can sit and let them do the work. The staff wear earpieces to communicate with one another discreetly. It makes for a seamless process as you transition from the lobby to the exam room or to the payment office, etc. The staff is courteous and they ensure you are well taken care of. * Up-to-date. They stay updated with technology so I know they are using the latest and best devices. Even when Dr. Leoni left, they were quick to update their website, in-lobby television ads, and exterior window signage. Overall (and despite the money I've paid), I am a completely satisfied patient and I know I have found a great dental team. I started with Dr. Randal Leoni, who was patient and took excellent care of me and my teeth. I now have Dr. Andy Lou who helps to make sure I have the same great care. I've been going back and forth between veneers, gum contouring or both and Dr. Scott Rice was able to explain pros and cons to both options without being pushy. My teeth and mouth were perfectly fine and healthy. I've had braces twice in my life, so they were already straight and aligned as well. Many of the other dentists I had gone to were trying to sell me on a full set of veneers, but I wanted to keep my natural smile/teeth but just achieve a more improved look with less gum when I smiled and an even gum line. That's exactly what I got and I'm so happy I found him because I decided to switch over to them as my regular dentist now. Their service, professionalism and expertise is so worth it! I had to have a tooth extracted and a bone graft because of extensive bone loss. It was a tooth I had a root canal on less than a year before. I had a cavity so huge you could see it clearly and I was informed that cavity was probably a year old. Dr. Lowry submitted preapprovals for cavities I did not have and missed cavities that I did have. If you are looking for a dentist, may I recommend a dentist who has a dental hygienist and doesn't do the teeth cleaning himself as Dr. Lowry does. I was charged for deep cleanings, which are impossible to do in 10 minutes.
