Unfortunately I would not recommend this office based off the experience I had. I understand us patients can be in the wrong for rescheduling multiple times, cancellations at last minute or no show. This was going to be my first time patient at this dental office... On my time of rescheduling the front desk woman was upset. She stated "You've rescheduled multiple times already. When is a day you'll actually come in?". Keep in mind that sometimes we reschedule due to circumstances out of our control. We've all been there. It was my second time... In my opinion it was very unprofessional and I did get attitude. This is business. I can easily go elsewhere else where they take my PPO insurance. Where I am not given sassiness or attitude. They lost one new patient. In the future I hope the front desk woman can learn good customer service for NEW patients and RETURNING patients. I was looking forward to Dr Patel. Bummer ! read more

This was our first visit to Riverside Dental Center. I brought in my Granddaughter for a tooth repair. Dr Patel and all the staff made us feel very welcomed & that made my granddaughter less nervous so that was a plus! Very professional and helpful staff. Dr Patel did a great job on Mya's tooth within 1 hour and 1/2 or so we were on our way home my Granddaughter was able to get back to school next day with her beautiful smile Thank you Dr Patel and staff for making this experience a positive one. Well I am very very pleased and so incredibly happy that we found this place. First off, the ladies in this office are very welcoming and kind. My daughter had a deep cavity that needed to be taken out due to pain. Dr. Patel waisted no time, she told us everything my daughter would need but pointed out that we can do the other things later so we can get the bad tooth out now. No run around, no extra cost, just told us what we should do for now and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. My child is 10 so we all know how that goes, scared of needles and hesitated to let them start, Dr. Patel was patient and kind, it made me feel so much better that we can all go to her as a family. read more

The staff was professional and fun to be around including very personable; getting to know me as a person and not just another insurance transaction. I highly recommend Dr Patel for your dental needs. I suffer from anxiety issues and she was very patient with me. She has a calm and lovely voice which helped me relax. She explained my treatment where I could understand everything she told me. I am apprehensive about certain procedures and she does not push me into anything I'm uncomfortable with. So I've been coming here for a couple years now and liked my dentist and her staff well enough. Teeth cleaning is not my favorite pastime but they make it fast and painless, good at suction so I don't choke on my saliva, and if they have suggestions to better your oral health they present it without being pushy. So I'm finally writing a review because yesterday they were AMAZING and over the top in performance. I called thinking I would have to cancel last minute because I did not have a sitter for my 3 kids (all under 2yrs old) Nope, bring them in they said. So Jenny at the front desk literally played babysitter so I could get my teeth cleaning. The teeth cleaning was thorough and completed in approximately 30 minutes too. So 5 stars for not just professional performance but also for having the caring human element in helping me out in an otherwise impossible situation. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for dental care my entire life. The entire staff is extremely knowledgable and helpful, and I have never had an issue with making or changing my appointment. Dr. Lee is very kind and very good at what she does! Any dental work I've needed done was scheduled quickly and executed efficiently, virtually free of any pain or discomfort. I don't particularly enjoy getting dental work done in general (I don't think many people do), but I still go see Dr. Lee every six months without hesitation. They have taken very cautious measures with COVID-19 - temperature checks, health screenings, and hand sanitizing upon arrival. Every staff member is fully gowned and double masked with a face shield. They have also slightly altered which tools they are using to reduce the chance of airborne particles. I felt very safe and cared for, as usual. read more

I had a throbbing pain in my tooth that had to be taken care of pronto. I was staying at my brother's place in Riverside and he suggested I go to his dentist, who he and his family have been going to for over ten years. When I got to Dr. Lee's dental office, the staff were friendly enough. They and Dr. Lee answered my every question so I knew exactly what was going to happen, including anesthetics and what dental procedure would be used. Prices were pretty affordable. For the tooth with throbbing pain, it just required a composite filling. Simple enough, and pain gone! I did have another tooth that needed taking care of also. I opted for tooth extraction and a bridge. Dr. Jin Lee is a real pro and she did her work with great care, I could tell. My other dentist that I usually go to does tend to work a lot faster, maybe too fast, but not Dr. Lee - she is very thorough, from explaining everything to the procedure itself. I was very pleased with her work. Also, with the payment plan carecredit, it didn't cost me a dime out of pocket. All in all, a very good dentist who treats you right. read more

A great dentist. I take my family to Jin Lee's dental office every 6 months for checkups and that keeps our dental health in check. Always a pleasant experience with smiles and good service. I learned a few years ago the hard way that not going to the dentist regularly can cause major dental problems, which end up costing a lot more than doing simple checkups and cleanings.
