Horrible! We were very excited to try this place close to our house and wanted to support family business! I brought my 10 year daughter here for the first time, trying to get her weekly manicures for a hand problem that we are dealing with. I had no idea while I was sitting right across from my daughter that she was in pain, holding all in so she wouldn't hurt the women's feelings!! As soon as we got to the car she was in tears and sobbing, her cuticles were bleeding!!! I felt heartbroken for my daughter, the lady was very rough and did not ask one time if my daughter was okay! I called them to let them know and they offered no solution and no sympathy! Awful! I am just so upset with this place for hurting my child! read more

Diane was very good and careful. I liked how methodical and fastidious she was. She made sure to keep the door open to keep it covid safe. She was very concerned about covid safety protocol. Great outdoor pedicure and eyebrow wax! Followed COVID rules well! Very friendly and beautiful nails.

My nails came out pretty bad, the lady only dried my nails with a machine once after she put 3 coats on back to back without any wait time. She tested a color out for me and didn't take the color off before putting the color I chose on, so on one nail I had 4 layers and she didn't fully cover over the first color baby blue she put on, she also said it would cost $5 extra for a coffin shape so I told her do normal squares and she couldn't even square off my nails she made them so round I had to use my own file and make them square. Right as I left I had to go straight back to get the nail that had 4 coats on fixed because it smudged and all she did was get some alcohol and rub on it and then put two extra coats so in total I had 6 coats on my pinky nail. It's just unreal, you would think since it's my first time there they would want me to have a wonderful time there but she could care less about her work and you can tell by how some of my nails are crooked. She also didn't file the sides on the fake nail to fit my nail and put south nail glue and acrylic on my finger. I wouldn't recommend going there. read more

I was a walk in, and I was great full they had time to fit me in for a pedi. The people were really nice, my pedi left something to be desired. My nails were not all the same length, the hot rocks were so hot they burned my legs, the massage was almost nonexistent. There was nail polish on my skin and over my cuticles. They charge so much for pedicures and don't even do the scrub which is my favorite part. I asked for a flower for some funky idk what asked to take it off and went with something I was not happy with. I felt I was forced to give a tip. I will not go back cause of the price and no scrub. Went in for a pedicure and acrylic fill and they did a bad job on both. They cut me 2x the whole acrylic experience was just awful, not to mention the polish job. I had to ask them to fix one finger and they seemed put off. My toe polish is so ugly it's actually comical. read more

I just got my nails done. I got acrylics and the lady did them horribly. They are uneven. The underside is not filed down enough. I had a lot of the putty for the acrylics on my skin. I'll never go there again. read more

LOUSY!!!! I took my 87 year old mother here from her assisted living next door, with a pre arranged appointment . A walk in sat down at the same time , also for a pedicure. They cut my mothers nails , no massage, no foot rub, no moisturizer, No NOTHING but a toe nail clip. She was finished and sent out of her chair within 15 minutes. The walk in was still receiving her pedicure 45 minutes later when my mother was picked up to return to her home. We will make certain the other residents of her assisted living know how poorly they treat FULL PAYING customers, and advise them to go anywhere else.To charge full price and only deliver partial treatment to the elderly is no better than stealing , you are nothing better than thieves! This place should be ashamed of themselves treating elderly so poorly!!!!!! read more

My friend and I went for a pedi today. It's a very tiny place with barely any nail polishes to choose from. There were two older workers. I got the elderly man and he had no clue how to do a pedicure. Just clipped my nails and did a sugar scrub. I had to ask him personally to remove cuticles and clean up around toe nails. Which he tried his best to do, but like I said they were both elderly so they couldn't see well. And when it came to my nail polish application, it was horrible. I had to ask for them to clean it up because it was very very messy. They cleaned it up but still looked very sloppy. They were nice people and I tried my hardest to say it as nice as possible but I was paying $25 and wanted it to be worth it. read more

I used to go here all the time until I read that they didn't sterilize their equipment, so I quick going there. Well, fast forward a few years.....One place I go here in Windsor was booked, another couldn't find a place to park...so I thought I'd try Paris Nails again since it had been a long time. Well, soon as my pedicure started she kind of hurt one toe, then on big toe, she was cutting around cuticle and hurt me..(cut too much). Then on other foot, went to trim nails, first toe, cut to the quick and made me bleed!!! Had to apply glue to get it to stop bleeding. Still charged me and I was dumb enough to still leave a SMALL tip, but will never go back!! read more

I used to be a nail technician so I'm very picky. They really take their time and do a great job. They include excellent massages and use hot stones on your legs and feet. I don't know what prompted the negative reviews, but this place was surprisingly good. I was on a girlfriends' getaway trip, and came in for a pedicure (my friend got a manicure). Neither of us had an appointment and it was early evening. We were both pleased with the service, and attention to detal. The man who did my pedicure was extremely gentle and very detailed. The place was clean and hygenic also. A pedicure was $25, so not exactly a "cheap" place, but this is also not high-end spa either. read more

I've been going to Paris Nails for about 10 years. The place isn't fancy and is not spa-like but Diane, Kim, and Tina do a fantastic job! Their tools are always clean and they open a fresh set up from a package for every client. The pedicure baths are newer and the massage chairs are very comfortable. You cannot beat the prices and that more than makes up for the atmosphere. I usually over-tip them because I believe they deserve more. I get a pink and white fill plus pedicures and waxes every 2-3 weeks for a long time and these women are very sweet and know their stuff! read more

They told me to go ahead and go back in so that they could fix them. She fixed them only for them to do the same thing again. read more
