Under new ownership since 2019, I re-stumbled upon this salon on Instagram due to their insanely detailed and incredible designs. First impression upon arrival; clean, tidy, and friendly. Something I really appreciate is that they started at the appointment time (not running behind). They have comfy chairs for both at manicure and pedicure stations. I did have to ask them to cut my cuticle with my fill which it's clear I have a lot of dead skin, but seems she didn't mind and with the pedicure it was a very light touch. Wife here- I work with seniors - most of which have dementia and we do outings. I've been bringing my 99 yr old client here once a month for the last year. We do manicures every 3 weeks, every few months, pedicures. Last month we came to do both mani/ pedi for our spa day. Instead of doing us both simultaneously, They started my companion with me soaking my feet for 20 mins. Then began my pedicure. We were waiting for my 99 yr old friend to get her manicure- but it didn't happen. Once my pedicure was done- 3 staff went to started on a party of 4 people (including the guy helping us). We waited a few minutes but it became clear we were not going to get help to finish our service- I got up to help my lady get her shoes on. The woman who owns it asked if we wanted manicures still - I told her yes she said 15 minutes.. I told her we will pass. We got no assistance further. Including me putting on my friends sandals. We Found it very disrespectful that the man doing our service left to start pedicure on a child under the age of 7 who was part of the other party leaving my little lady mid service. Since I visit often, my lady was upset and again brought up having her manicure done (she likes fresh polish every 3 weeks). It took a few tries to find a time where they could do an appointment. I went in and asked for 2 manicures to happen at the same time as they were busy. The lady told me to come back in 20 mins I let her know I have a 99 yr old with me. She acknowledges. My companion was fine with waiting in the car. We were going to leave and come back but she didn't want to miss her appointment. 20 mins pass and no customers leave. I check back at 30 min mark .. told 10 more mins I remind her I have a 99 yr old and we are parked right outside in handicap parking. I go back to the car and let my lady know another 10 minutes. A few minutes later 2 girls walk in. Customers leave I go back in after 10 mins and check and I'm told another 15 mins. The two girls who just walked in were seated and they were having their nails done. I was not happy I told her we would skip it as we have been waiting nearly 45 mins at this time and it's too long to be in the car. The lady told me to come back in 10... I told her we will pass. Wanted a cute designe for my birthday. I get my nails done once a year because it really ruins the natural nail. A friend recommended her favorite nail tech for designs, so I booked an appointment with her. I showed up early to pick colors but waited for 10 after my appointment to be seen. It wasn't the lady I had requested so I decided to wait 20 more minutes as the first lady said she couldn't do the designs i wanted (flowers). When my nail tech was finally available she also told me she couldn't do it. I found a back up design but am very unhappy with the finished product, my nails don't look like reference photo and the appointment was rushed because they were busy. I cried in my car and went back in to try to get them to look a little more like the reference photo. The tech who helped me fix them told me he would have been able to do the designe I initially wanted which sucked even more. I'm getting these off tomorrow. I wish they were more considerate with their appointments. Huge waste of money and time. read more

I came in for a hybrid gel fill and had my nails done by (I believe) Hannah. She was so kind and welcoming, and what really stood out to me was how much care she put into her work. She took her time with every step, making sure everything looked just right, and I never once felt rushed. That really meant a lot because it made the whole experience more relaxing and enjoyable, and the results were absolutely beautiful. Toward the very end she was called away, and someone else finished up, but even so I could tell she had already put so much effort and attention into making my nails look perfect. I truly appreciated the pride she takes in her work, and I'll definitely be coming back to see Hannah again for my next gel fill! read more

1-Made an appt for 3 people. Didn't get serviced for 30 minutes past the appt time. This isn't the only nail salon that does this and it's really inconsiderate to take an appt and then make customers wait 2- my gel manicure peeled off on two nails within 48 hours. I usually go to a different spot that the gel ALWAYS stays on for 3 weeks. They did reapply but a few days later more nails peeled and chipped 3-I wondered if it was just me but my two girls I treated to nails for Xmas in that same appt also had their nails chip by 4 days in. What a cute family run nail salon! My sister has been going here for a while now and was excited to take me while I was visiting home. The ladies are so sweet and do such a good job! You can tell they really take the time and care to create a beautiful finished product. The lady buffed my nails so many different times I was thoroughly impressed haha. And they also have a great color selection-- I went out of my normal color range and picked out a gorgeous green dip. Will definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town; 10/10! And the only issue is that they seem to try to accommodate people last minute which is very helpful when in that situation. But it seems to affect them rushing and the work is done with excellence or sometimes sloppy. I was super excited to try out this nail spot as it is 5 min from my house. However my experience was horrible, literally ruined my day. I had a male tech he cut me when doing my cuticles. I knew it was bad/deep when it would not stop bleeding. He barely massaged me due to him scrambling to try and stop the bleeding. It was literally less than 30 seconds. I was bleeding a lot the ENTIRE appointment. Then he walks off has another worker "finish up" well then she proceeds to cut me on another toe while filing at the end. At this point I'm ready to just go home. I don't even know what the price of one pedi w gel is but I was paying for me and my daughter. She tells me she will give me a $10 discount for the cut and charged $85. So one gel pedi is $47.50?? I'm so upset I can barely walk on that foot can't put on shoes or socks. I have never been cut this bad ever getting a pedicure. I don't think a $10 discount reflected the deep cut and pain I've been put through. I understand mistakes are made , but the way it was handled was in my opinion not good. Please beware!!! read more

I'm extremely picky with the shape and short length of my nails and I always get the basic nude/neutral hard gel manicure and gel bubble bath pedicure, and they kill it every time! I hate to leave this review, but I think it is very important for someone at the salon to know. I was in a rush to finish my nails to get to an appointment in SF and forgot my credit card around 3:00 pm (5/3/2024). At dinner that night I realized I had lost my card and blocked it by 10:00pm. However, within that time someone from the salon took my card and purchased items from Target, Big 5, Dicks Sporting Goods, Habit, Jack in the Box, and Valero gas. Normally, if someone forgets their credit card at a store/bar the establishment saves it for the customer and doesn't steal from the customer. (Obviously I reported the fraudulent purchases to the credit card company). There is no way this happened anywhere else, because Déjà Vu Nails was the only purchase from that day that I made with this card and I went straight to SF afterwards and all the purchases were in the Santa Rosa area. As for the overlay mani/gel pedi they were fine. I wanted "milky white" but it turned out a little incomplete looking. Normally, I don't review nails because even if I don't like it it's only a few weeks until I can get another manicure and the poor color choice was mine. My main goal of writing this review is that the owners can figure out who did this to protect themselves from dishonest employees that will hurt their business and reputation. read more

My husband booked pedicures for us, and they got us in on a Sunday with only an hours notice, which was awesome. My nail tech was Kimmy, and she gave me a perfect gel pedicure and took her time with the spa aspect as well as pain-free cuticle care. The water was NICE AND HOT the way I like it. The massage was relaxing and really gentle although it was mostly focused on the shin bone. The only area of improvement I could suggest would be to offer more than one double-sided color sample board to choose polish. It seems like they probably have more available. Their prices are fair and not inflated. We paid $75 for 2 pedicures (1 gel, 1 natural.) I might try them for my manicures and I currently have acrylics. I asked, and they charge $40 for a full and $25 for polish change. read more
