Unfortunately I was really disappointed the last time I went. Same woman, totally different experience My nails weren't cut evenly, I had more dead skin than I think I should have and even the polish wasn't applied that well. To me it looked like I had done it myself! The water was borderline cold when last time it was too hot. She asked but I didn't want to make a fuss over anything. I barely got any kind of salt scrub or lotion- mere seconds and then trying to leave after sitting there drying with a fan you couldn't feel I couldn't even get her attention to leave because she had her back turned to me eating food. I leaned out over and over again to see if she would turn around and she never checked on me. Even the man had to get her attention and she finally got up. And the price although still pretty reasonable had increased Now I'm going to check out some other places read more

The first time I came here, they did a delicate job of taking my acrylics off, and gave me a gel manicure (my nails are in bad shape, still recovering). This was the second time I came here for another gel manicure and Bee did a lovely job along with some fun designs for me. The salon is a little dated but not in a bad way, and very clean. Save your time, money, and peace of mind - do not come here. I'm sorry, I genuinely hate giving bad reviews. This place is terrible, worse pedicure I've ever had. (and I'm a bargain shopper). I would not come back for free. Shortly after sitting down I was off about the place. Positive: no wait for a walk in. Negative: nicked my toe during pedie on the ONLY toe she actually trimmed, just went through the motions with the file (literally did not actually file whatsoever), very limited selection of polish, after putting oil and lotion on my legs just used a towel and one light hand pass to "remove" the lotion 90% was still on my legs (I scratched my left with my finger and under my fails was a gross amount of lotion/oil), she pulled the plastic liner out of the water bath at the end (so the water was just sitting in the tub) and expected my to put my feet in there while she rinsed them off, polish was on my skin and uneven on my nail to top it off. I went straight to the store and got some hydrogen peroxide to rinse over my feet after. $25 was expensive in my mind, total time was less than 15 minutes. Not a 100% positive here, but after the pettie, it seemed like she just went to the back room and washed the tools with soap and water. read more

But In the middle of my appointment that by the way I paid $25 just so you know but In the middle of my appointment they got up took off their wig and started Irish dancing. The salon was near where I work and I never went because my last experience with the old owners was horrific. The new owner is great, they listen to what you need, and do a great job. I prefer a sport length manicure and it always looks very natural. My gel manicure lasts longer than any other ones I've gotten. Highly recommend. read more

As a treat and also for important meetings, I get a manicure. While visiting friends in Sonoma, I noticed this place, walked in and got a manicure. The staff was friendly and I only had to wait five minutes to be seated. The woman giving the manicure surprised me, pleasantly so, when she not only massaged my hands and forearms as is customary in getting a manicure, but the rest of my arms and shoulders. She had really strong hands too! I didn't want clear nail polish, but was a bit surprised when I asked for my nails to be buffed there was a $5 surcharge. Regular manicures cost $12. I paid it and tipped $3 for a $20 total charge. Speaking of which, they don't accept credit cards or checks. Cash only. It seemed to me like they had a lot of regular women customers based upon the number of women greeting the staff and each other by their first names. read more

If you want basic nails and don't mind bubbles or being cut by the manicurist this is where you go. I was taken here by my maid of honor the week of my wedding and they ruined my nails. They lied about their abilities to my maid of honor and were not able to do the design I asked for. Lied about not taking reservations for groups so we had to wait, then while our nails were done made two reservations. They cut one of my bridesmaids twice. Definitely the worst and most overpriced place I've been to and I will never go back. read more
