This is the shoddiest mani/pedi I've ever had anywhere. The technician left smudges of polish around my toes but the worst was a full day later when it became apparent that something was wrong with the quality of the polish which resulted in an uneven/bumpy surface surface on my nails. This last time I had a gel pedicure and a manicure, the nail technician was pretty rough and she made my toe bleed and hurt. I am still waiting for it to heal. My toe was in excruciating pain after it was done a day before I left for Disneyland, which was a bad idea considering I did not intend to care for it by applying ointments and creams. Staff was very nice. Gel color selection was poor and the OPI I picked was sold old, it should have been thrown out. They need to order fresh colors. The technician never used water or cuticle lotion, just did everthing dry, which I found unusual. The basic hand massage was terrible and lasted 15 seconds. She got the polish all over my fingers and when I asked her to clean it up she said it would come off when I washed my hands, it did not. The lamps are outdated and run VERY HOT. This was the worst gel manicure, If you can even call it a manicure we have ever had. The gel is all bumpy and uneven, nails uneven, and some thick some thin polish. I was told my nails are uneven and that's why the polish is bumpy. I am embarrassed to show my hands. I never washed my hands , and she immediately went to painting after filing. Worst place you could ever Imagine. RUN!!!!!! Well, I spent 3.5 hours getting my nails done. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had! As I mentioned to the lady she was hurting me and J was bleeding she cried the entire time she did my nails. I felt so bad I was comforting her. All while being put through the ringer of pain. My nails look like 12 year old practicing acrylic. I came with my daughter and a friend and her daughter. Every one of us think our nails look rediculous. 150 dollars spent. When we let 2 of my daughters nails broke and cracked. Mine are so thick with scabs on my fingers getting mine off should be interesting. I went back in to ask for a refund and they want to make my nails off. I tell them my hands hurt and can't take anymore. He says to me if I want my money I have to take them off! So I bit one off myself because I couldn't take any more. I'm gonna say Do not ever go here ever!!!!!!!!! Very high prices for terrible results. I would of thought she would try to make it right after cutting me over and over. As she messed up only building the acrylic thicker just to have to file that down and cut into me more!! I got 80 of my 155.00 back! The pedicure was not the best by far. But at lease they didn't hurt. They don't clean your toes and pamper you like other places. i went in to get a mani/pedi. The man that is the manicurist there should think of retiring. He cut me two times and then because I have arthritis in my hand, he insisted that I have gout just because he has it. I am in the medical field and certainly do not need medical advice from him. My big toe is still in pain as well as the skin on my finger that he filed off even when he saw blood. Also ,when i went to pay they wanted cash only even though I only had credit and was hassled and asked multiple times you have cash? i guess they do not want to report the credit cards so they can underestimate to the govenment. I have never posted a critical review, I'm pretty tolerant and laid back so things don't bug me. But I have to review this because it was such a weird sutuation. So I walk in and everyone was friendly and nice. But once I start my pedicure things immediately aren't right. The male employee started working on me, and I mean no disrespect- but he did a horrible job. Genuinely, it seemed he did not know how to give a standard pedicure. - He cut my nails uneven, - He filed too much of my top nail away with the electric bit & kept nicking my skin, - He did not file the edges of my nails, - He only cleaned underneath my big toes, and - He even tried picking out an ingrown nail he thought I had with the instrument he used to get dirt out from underneath my two nails. I told him to stop. He went on to tell me in a condescending way that it would need attention later down the line? Like dude, I'm sorry but I literally do not have an ingrown nail? Normally I don't care about interactions such as these, but he insisted saying I had an ingrown nail. He kept trying to "fix it" for me. He picked and prodded at it (which hurt me) until I held my foot away from him. Another employee came by and took over for the gel application. I'm pretty sure she was the manager, unfortunately the overall pedicure still looked pretty bad for $40 + tip. It was a very odd and unsatisfactory situation. I went in today to remove my acrylic nails but I had called ahead of time to make an appointment but the lady said "no need for appointment if just removal you can just walk in" and so I said okay. I go in and the guy starts taking them off with another fake nail practically ripping them off. And I asked if he could at least soak them in acetone and he said "no that takes too long it's an hour for that process" and I said it's okay I have the time and he said "let's try it like this first, tell me if it hurts" and I told him I wanted to try the acetone and he continued to rip them off. Well they finally come off and he says "you're good to go" and I asked you aren't going to buff them out a bit and he does but he doesn't do a good job of it and right after he says "you're done" and he points me to the register and the lady at the register says $15 please and he still had the courage to ask for a tip when I could've ripped my nails off at home myself. I didn't tip him because he didn't even do a decent job. I'm very upset I do NOT recommend anyone to go here. They obviously don't care about how they treat their customers. read more

This nail salon is hit or miss. I have had a few great pedicures here, and the prices are not too high. However, things went downhill when I opted for the shellac manicure they suggested. Different people were rushing around, doing different stages of my manicure. When I left I noticed there was shellac polish around my nails and on my cuticles. The manicure lasted a few weeks, as advertised, but things once again took a turn for the worse upon my next visit. I simply wanted the shellac removed and a french manicure. The woman seemed disgruntled. She didn't properly remove all of the shellac polish, cut my nails in an odd square shape, barely filed or buffed them, and then apparently missed the fact that I said "french" manicure. I did not have much more time, so I gave up, paid and left. My nails were shaped unevenly, and the sharp square shape led the corners to get caught on clothing, etc. I am pretty sure that was my last visit. Like I said, I previously had good pedicures here. The man (I forget his name) seems to do the best job. If you go here out of convenience or lo w prices, just stay away from the shellac. They seem to be taking shortcuts with it, and my nails are not in very good condition now. read more

Seriously worst shellac ever. I've gotten shellac before and I know it's not the "grease on my nails" making it peel off in the first week when they are meant to and usually last 2-3 weeks. I wish their abilities matched their kindness, it would be a great place. All the staff there are very nice, I've been there a few times (usually kicking myself afterwards for giving them yet another chance) and everyone is friendly. After my last experience, I won't be going back. My nails and cuticles have been damaged. They use a grinder on your nails if you get a gel manicure. I removed the gel as gently as possible myself after the last gel manicure I had there grew out. My normally healthy nails were frail and peeling until they grew out. This does NOT happen to me if I get a gel anywhere else. This time I went to get a gel manicure (I was desperate and under a time crunch) and I asked them not to use the grinder. He did anyway and ripped away my cuticles. My blood was floating into the water that he had me soak my nails in after he ground them, and then used the cuticle cutter. He told me I was bleeding because I had waited too long in between manicures and that if he hadn't done that, my nails would have cracked from my cuticles being too long. He was very nice about it, although not at all apologetic, and VERY misinformed. After he ground my nails I mentioned how disappointed I was that he had damaged my nails from the grinder and he showed me a wall of different, more expensive, gel colors that don't require a grinder. I went yesterday to get a pedi and get my boyfriend a mani. Don't get me wrong the girl doing our nails was super sweet which transferred to the strength/force she did our nails with. I asked multiple times for her to go harder and "get in there" concerning the corners of my big toes. It looks like all I did was paint them without any kind of cleaning or trimming anything.
