I'm super upset with this place. I'll start by saying I came here recently for my first time. I got a gel manicure. I was super happy with the service and my nails. I was excited that I found a new place that I liked to get my nails done! During that time last week When I was there, I noticed they have a pink child's pedicure chair. Also on their price list they have the "princess pedicure" for $25 which includes all the things. Water soak, foot/leg massage , scrub, polish etc. for ages 12 and under. I specifically asked the lady that worked there if they do kids pedicures because I wanted to come with my daughter for her birthday and she excitedly said yes yes yes , bring her in ! Fast forward to a few days later, My daughter's 4th birthday was yesterday and she wanted her very first pedicure and was super excited about it. So we walk in and I said can she get the princess pedicure and I'll get a gel pedicure. They were all happy and excited and had her pick a color and sit in the pink chair and while I was waiting for my chair next to her, I was looking at colors for myself. I noticed the lady attempting to take my daughters old nail polish off (which later I noticed she couldn't even get it all off and just painted over the old polish) and then went straight to painting her nails. No water, no feet in the tub, no massage, Nothing. I thought that was weird but figured maybe she'd do everything else after? I don't know, I think I was just shocked. My feet were already in my tub at this point so I just kinda sat there and dealt with it. So my daughter just sat there waiting around while I got my pedicure and everything she was supposed to get. I felt so awful and upset. And so did she. I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't really say anything. Until they tried to charge me for the princess pedicure that my child didn't even get. It was then that I questioned the price and my dear friend that was with us also questioned why my daughter didn't get her pedicure. To which they replied that the chair was "broken" and couldn't have water in it. Hmm that would have been nice to know when I asked about it last week, AND when we walked in the door asking for her "princess pedicure". Why didn't they tell me that the chair was broken?? Cause then I would have said no thank you and walked out and gone somewhere else. So they scammed me so they could get the $ for my pedicure and they charged me $15 to paint my 4yo toenails. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have just painted her toenails at home myself. Of course when we walked out, my daughter asked why she didn't get the foot soak and the massage etc. with tears in her eyes. She was very upset and disappointed. It was her birthday and that experience was ruined for her. And me too. I'm just so upset about this. I'll never go back here nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

I am writing this review on behalf of myself and a friend of mine who came on a separate day. Back in March me and a friend came to get pedicures and manicures. In the past I remember it being a relaxing event, you sit in a massage chair and read a magazine or look on your phone or have a nice conversation with your friend while they did a pedicure. When we went they treated me like I was a NASCAR at a pit stop. First we got there early so we could look at nail colors but they rushed us right into the chair, I wanted to paint my nails green for St Patrick's and they didn't have a very good selection like they used to, was also planning on getting gel nails done but when I asked for the book of options they now have downsized it to barely anything and it's only one of each color. No sparkle no glimmer just boring. This caused us to have to pay 10 extra dollars more than we wanted to so we could get this new metallic fingernail powder. While I was sitting I was trying to have a conversation my friend but I found it hard to do as they kept grabbing my hands and moving my feet around and trying to get me to get all my nails done at once. There is no relaxation, I felt very rushed. They weren't even that busy. The cost came out a lot more than I planned, never had I spent this much money on getting nails done, not even for my wedding. The second review is based on what happened with my friend when she came there a couple weeks ago. She had made an appointment, we got there on time and there was only three people working. They were all busy, and were taking in more people than they should had. My friend wasn't put into pedicure chair until 25 minutes after her appointment, they got the water set up but then left her there soaking for 25 more minutes. In this time more people were coming in, and instead of doing the right thing and let him know it was going to be at least an hour wait they had them sit down. There were three extra people who were just walk-ins, who were waiting at least an hour before being served when they could have just went somewhere else but the people working there I guess really wanted the money. Almost an hour later they finally got started on my friend, finished her pedicure and then told her she had to wait for someone to finish her manicure. That was about another 15 minutes or so. We were both very annoyed, she made the appointment, but I guess that doesn't matter. They apologized for making her way so long, and stated that weekends were their most busiest. We get that but like I said she made an appointment and she still had to wait an hour before being served, and the fact that they kept letting walk-ins come in causing them to have to wait an hour or so before being helped themselves when they could have been kind and given them a idea of how long of a wait it would be. To us it's very inexcusable. We used to love coming here, it had more of a relaxing atmosphere, didn't seem like a push for upsale. Unfortunately we will not be coming back. The prices are definitely more affordable than most places but if we're going to be rushed, and treated like our time doesn't matter, then this isn't the place for us. Each to their own, hopefully other people have better experiences. read more

My experience at this nail salon was disappointing. When I came in to get my nails done, I did not feel welcomed, and the customer service from one of the employees with orange hair felt unprofessional. The overall vibe with her was not good and made me feel uncomfortable during my visit. After I paid, I waited for my receipt, but I never received one. Instead, she walked away without saying anything or even thanking me for coming in, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not recommend this nail salon. read more

The salon was clean, and cheery and the nail techs were all very friendly. Included with the gel manicure is a dip in the powder to keep them from chipping for 3 weeks, and It also included a nice little neck rub. They have many colors of polish and overall the services were great! $80 for gel manicure and pedi!! read more

Very friendly employees and they did a nice job. There were some minor hiccups since the first employee that helped us was new and still learning English. The guy that took over did a great job cleaning up my toes. I was just bummed that the water in the pedicure bowl/sink just does not get very hot at all. Feels awkward to soak your feet in tepid water for very long. I always look forward to watching their Gusto Tv on the big screen there, serious food porn there. read more

My wife has a standing appointment with Holly, and she just raves about the pedicure massage. I even have a mani-pedi several times a year -- why should women have all the fun and enjoyment? Service is excellent, and so are the results! read more

service = gel nails quality = less than average, had to request to paint entire nail as they leave a margin from skin to where they start painting giving appearance of nails just painted to those of a week old. vibe = horrible, the girl that painted my nails had me soak nails in cold water, she apparently did not give a flying f**k about her customer, also she was on her cell phone texting the entire time, often stopping the process to reply to whoever she was communicating with. Then abruptly had another girl finish my last two nails while she took a voice call. Shame on her. This salon is the worst, I have gone to numerous salons in the area and will never go back to this one. Don't waste your time. Should be a relaxing pampering experience, guess that is tipping the scales and asking too much....... read more

I got a pedicure here and it was great so I decided to come back with some friends. The pedicure was done by another person and wasn't the best. My friends decided to get a manicure and could've been better. I came and got a gel fill another time and it good but was just color. I'm not sure how art would be. The prices are very good compared to other shops. I would've given more stars if service was consistent read more

I've been going here for a hot minute now, Bay and Holly are my go-to's. Bay only doesn't do acrylics by the way, Holly does it all. Fair pricing. My reason for 4 stars is I feel like they could do more cleaning around the shop but other than that they're great! read more
