After she had shaped my nails (well, after she had told me she couldn't do short almond nails (which I get all the time)), I saw how damaged my cuticles were and told her I'd like to stop the manicure. I've been doing salt soaks and keeping them dry as well as some antibiotic cream. My toes are still very irritated and dry from being over worked. I've tried this place a few times for both pedicures and manicures and honestly it's just not good. Every time I leave I feel like I wasted my money. They rush through everything and there's always something off -- missed spots on the sides, polish on my cuticles, just sloppy little details that add up. The last time I went they used old polish that literally never dried properly and it ended up smearing all over my socks and shoes the next day. I went back for a complimentary redo hoping it would be fixed and honestly it was even worse. The woman doing it was clearly annoyed the whole time and did such a rushed, uneven job that I could still see the old color underneath the new one. Like it was barely even covered. I love Infinity Nail Salon. The staff is friendly and so professional, and it's the same group of people every time. Also very important to me is how clean the salon is, not only with their tools and equipment but also the floors. I've gotten a gel manicure and pedicure several times, any every time has been great. The location at Montgomery Village is so convenient. The prices are also very reasonable, they aren't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either. The first time it was to this nail salon, the owner and his boyfriend had a huge fight, throwing things all over this salon yelling acting out. It was very uncomfortable. The two nail techs that were taken care of me said it was OK. They had problems, blah blah blah. I don't think I'll ever go back here again. It's close to where I live is convenient but the energy they're just really turned me off. I hope that these two men can work it out and become friends again or boyfriends or lovers or whatever they want in their life, but it was certainly disappointing for someone to come in to get their nails done and listen this kind of squabbling going on between these two men. The reviews seemed good so I chose to go here for a gel manicure and regular pedicure ahead of my wedding. Pedicure was not bad, except when the technician smeared a nail when putting my sandals back on and did a mediocre "patch" job instead of redoing the polish The gel manicure was something else...while.it seemed fine in the moment, I got home to realize that chunks of cured top coat were overhanging along my cuticle line and catching on things. I've had gel manicures before and have never had this experience. My cuticles weren't tidy eitherand had some snaggy edges I had to correct. Worst of all, their staff got VERY annoyed at me when I spent time deciding on another color after the one I picked originally was deemed too pale/transparent. The whole time I felt like everyone was pushy and rushing me because it was the end of their day. Needless to say, a pretty depressing experience as a bride-to-be. I would NOT recommend this salon for any special occasion. And lesson learned: don't be the last appointment of the day if you want tidy nails! read more

I liked coming back here before for nails when I decided to get my nails done here for my brother's wedding. I wanted to get a polish that somewhat matched my pants for the event. After comparing a couple nail polishes the proprietor started to get very angry and started ranting in his language about how none of them would look exactly like the hue. I understood so was gonna decide on a neutral when he started aggressively picking up the nail polishes from the desk I was sitting at and throwing them around into baskets while insulting and fat shaming me in his language. The female nail technician tried to ignore him and still asked me if the shade she was using was okay. I decided to just go with what she had while I sat there covered in shame while many women, employees and customers alike looked over at me in concern and silence. Trying to hold back tears i stayed and finished the manicure and pedicure. I tipped the lady well because I feel she looked after me despite the obvious aggression from the man. Even after two years I'm still triggered by the memory every time I drive by and I tear up about it. I've tried a few different nail salons in Santa Rosa now and they all have their pluses and minuses. Infinity Nail Salon is convenient - right in Montgomery Village off Sonoma Avenue, by the Italian restaurant. The ambience is just ok, a little sterile. I took my 6-year-old daughter and they did not keep us seated us next to each other. She was a brave girl and did ok, but it would have been better to stay together. The stylists were a little chatty, both with customers and with each other. My nails looked good and lasted a few weeks, which was great. My daughter picked the polish nails off in 1 DAY. The polish on her toes, which had pretty flowers, are still there at least a month later. Needless to say, I will not be investing in nail polish for her in the near future. read more

I went for a gel mani/pedi. They were very busy and I did not have an appointment but they got me in. There were a lot of people working for a Monday at 11am. The nail tech that did my pedi was really old and I felt bad for her. She did not do a very good job and my feet are still rough but I didn't say anything because of her age. I am doing a foot mask at home to make it better. The tech that did my mani did a good job. Both services were very basic with no xtras like paraffin, hot stones, mask, or foot massage. None of those services were offered to me and i didn't see any menus or anyone else getting them. Kind of odd. The mani lady did massage my shoulders a little but it kind of hurt. After having to say a much-needed goodbye to the nail salon we had been going to for years, we were on the hunt for a new salon to call home. I'm big on the entire experience, and looking for a salon to check the following boxes: clean, selection, attention to detail, communication, price, and vibe. I read some reviews for here, and we made an appointment to give it a try. I was thrilled to see they took the place of the old liquor store, which really needed to go. This is a huge improvement over its predecessor, and a much better fit for the village in general. Lots of convenient, free parking from the north or the south lots. Inside, it was bright, clean, and well-spaced. We picked some colors from the polish wall, and were shown to our chairs. I felt like they were a little understaffed, and were rushing around despite us having an appointment. The pedicure itself was ok, however I felt like I could have had better attention to some parts of the process especially the leg/foot massage which was really lacking in my opinion. The good news is hubby's last pedi included them cutting him multiple times and him bleeding a lot, so no bleeding here was a win in my book. I thought the paint and outcome of the nails part was good, but the lack of organization and the rushing was really diminishing my relaxation which is a pretty big part of the process for me. I will probably come back and see if maybe we hit them on a particularly packed day or something. Overall, higher cost than I was anticipating for an honestly not bad, but not great pedi for us both. After reading recent rave reviews from Elites Barbara S, Tom S, and Mina G, I had to check this place out. I called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to fit me in at my desired 4:15pm time. Parking in the Montgomery Village shopping center was easy. The salon entrance is in the 'Walk Through.' The owner and staff were all very friendly. And the salon is newer and quite clean: there's hand sanitizer at the door, all manicure stations have a plexiglass barrier, and all pedicure chairs have a pull-down curved plexiglass shield (I've not seen this anywhere else - felt like I was in my own little pod). I chose the basic mani-pedi combo for $55. Kim did both services and did a great job. I felt relaxed throughout - appreciated that my manicure and pedicure were separate treatments and that the manicure was not awkwardly rushed while I was in the pedicure chair, as some other salons do. My feet especially look and feel much better now than when I entered the salon. Thanks for the TLC! I brought my own polish for my toes but they offer a wall of polish colors. First visit July 2021. Well, really it's not new to me because my previous 20 or so manicures / pedicures were done at Magnolia nails over on 4th street by the Flamingo hotel. Why really not new? Because almost all the better workers from Magnolia came to Infinity. They decided to open their own business. The shop is just a few hundred square feet. Has about 7 pedicure massage chairs and 8 fingernail stations. The place is clean and smells good (not like noxious chemicals). Barbara S. and I made an appointment 1 week prior to our sessions. The appointment book is REALLY full. During our 2 hour session we saw 10 walk-ins try to get immediate service. They were all told that the appointment book was filled for the day and the next 5 days. So appointments are absolutely necessary. You see that I award 5 stars. Well deserved. The owner performed my Infinity deluxe pedicure ($60). (Insider secret: include a manicure for just $10 more). The pedicure was all the deluxe stuff you'd expect at a premier salon that charges twice to thrice the price. Pull up the website for a description of this deluxe pedicure. It's a 7 step process that takes over an hour. Result? My feel feel alive again. Skin is soft and supple. My callouses are gone. Muscles are massaged into deep relaxation. My fingers were a dried out mess. I trimmed my own nails for the past 18 months and they looked like a blind person had done the lopsided job. My cuticles were snagged and ugly. After 30 minutes in the manicure chair my hands could be used in a wrist watch advertisement photo. COVID precautions are followed. Nail stations have plexiglass partitions. Everyone wears masks, customers and staff. A variety of complimentary beverage are offered. Barbara and I enjoyed two guava champagnes each. Covid precautions included hand sanitizer dispersed and temperature taken, as well as plexi shields between customer and technician. I had a great mani / pedi the other day with Mia. Salon is clean and comfortable, and the staff is warm an welcoming.

This was my third visit here, however the service today did not meet my expectations, so they were lucky that I left a tip of two dollars. It seemed as if everyone was watching the older lady who did my nails, looking concerned, which killed the mood. During my pedicure, the older lady did a mediocre job in which she did not clean my cuticles, only clipped my nails, and then painted the nails. Since it was busy and I did not wish to feel awkward, I did not say anything. The fact that she didn't clean out my cuticles was a good thing since I observed her grab a tool and only flush it away with water without placing it in a dirty bin for autoclaving. In her defense, I could have asked for someone else, but I also do not like to make employees feel bad about their work. $50 dollars for a half-baked job is simply unacceptable. read more

I really thought I found a new spot. My first experience when I went with some friends was amazing! When I came back solo, it was an absolute nightmare. I called earlier in the day to see if there were any openings same day and they told me they had something around 4. I was a little hesitant cause I needed to be in Windsor by 5:30. The guy making the appointment let me know that 2 technicians would be working on me so it should be fast (wanted a gel manicure and pedicure). I showed up a little early and they still sat me right away and started getting everything ready. One person started on my hands and one on my feet, perfect. This was a good sign. The woman doing my nails was the slowest technician I have ever come across. I told her we didn't need to cut my nails, just file them so they're even. My nails are not even. Some she rounded, some she squared, it's very all over the place and they aren't even smooth. The tips still have rough patches. I'm guessing she isn't use to doing manicures in the pedicure chairs because she was struggling to maneuver around everything and get the gel light to sit somewhere. This felt like the longest manicure I have ever experienced. It was probably around 40 minutes. As for my pedicure... that was also a disaster. The guy who started it had to keep going back to the register to ring people up, answer the phone, and anything else that came up in the shop. Constantly distracted by other things. Once my nails were done, he handed my pedicure off to the same lady. I was in shock. This easily should've been completely done already. One of the other technicians could sense my frustration. She kept looking over at me, then glaring at the technician, and even came over and said something to her. I could not believe how long this was all taking. After I had been there for an hour and 20 minutes, I stopped the tech as soon as my toenails were set. I told her I needed to go and this was taking too long. Keep in mind, my pedicure started just before four o'clock and I cut her off at five ten. A pedicure should not have taken over an hour. I'm so bummed. My usual nail artist had an emergency and I had to find someone on a very short notice. I remembered hearing about Infinity and was grateful to find a same day appointment for an acrylic fill. I arrived just a few minutes late since I was looking for the salon, and someone kindly walked out to direct me to their salon. It was clean with several manicure and pedicure stations. They had a great selection of colors, even though I'm pretty basic with pink. I love that my nails are not too thick and bulky but look completely natural.
