20 minutes for a "luxury mani pedi" is crazy. This was the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. The 'child' giving the manicure was definitely not experienced and his hickey covered neck and bandaged finger made the experience feel dirty and unprofessional. I left with dirt under my nails, cuticles uncut and a 2 minute (literally) massage. The pedicure was ok, she did a fine job, but it was less than 25 minutes in total and I left $82. Gave it another chance, still sucks the boy the first time was so fast and barely any pressure and pedicure polish chipped a few days later. Second trip, the lady was sooooo fast and distracted-I've never seen someone do it that fast; fine if I'm late for a meeting but I wanted pampering on a Friday. On any day I would have rated this place anything other than a 1 star. When I first moved here it was hard to find a new nail salon where I could be a long loyal costumer because I wasn't familiar with the area. I have been coming here for a little over a year. I will say it's pricey but I'm okay with paying for quality if it means my nails will stay on for a good amount of time and the nail color isn't chipping. I always tip generously and not just to one tech but each tech that works on me whether it's my manicures, pedicures or eyebrows. The last time I came in I didn't have cash but was more than willing to leave a tip on the card. Katy the owner rang me out and when I told her I didn't have cash she yelled at me in front of everyone and said I could use the atm and I told her I wasn't comfortable with that as I was using my husbands card. She said "next time you bring cash because it's an inconvenience to me to have to use Zelle to pay my workers" This experience was enough to lose me as a costumer. Not only have I been loyal to your salon but i get the top of the line nail package and other services. I tip generously when to begin with I think people like you forget tipping is OPTIONAL NOT MANDATORY I've heard you bamboozle young clients into getting more expensive nails and sadly naively they accept what you say I'll tell you this god knows I'm a changed person because had you met me a few years ago I would have embarrassed the both of us. I know the right one would of handed you back your ass for speaking to them the way you did me Will not be coming back or recommending to anyone! read more

Katie's artistic skills with acrylic nails are the best! She is always rotating in new colors. My favorite has been the cat eye design. Most days I tell her what type of color and she provides me the suggestions according to what she knows I like. She and her staff are very welcoming. Expensive but worth every penny. I got the fill on August 1st and didn't have to get another one until Sept 3rd! Yes, they had grown out BUT not one has broken or chipped that entire time!! Amazing! This place is a big NOPE. Let's start with my pedicure why are you cutting the sides of my toe nails?! Now they are oddly shaped when naturally they are square now I have coffin shaped toes?!! First time I've ever had my gel polish crack. my gel manicure that I had a appointment for and was given someone who I didn't ask for and came out Horrible! Me and my two friends made appointments at the same time, they had two workers switch off between the three of us. I waited 30 minutes for them to even start on my nails. Constantly leaving one of us not being worked on. While two other workers casually just sat on the other side of the salon. I wanted to branch out and try new nail salons in Santa Rosa but this is not the spot. They started putting gems on my friends nails and they gave us all gel nail polish without even asking and then charged us $20 extra without our consent to do these extra things. I had such a great experience an Blue Polish Nail Spa. I walked and immediately felt like I was indeed getting to Escape from Everyday Life (their motto). The interior of this salon is very beautiful. I love the all white with the columns and crystal chandelier look. The tea room was a very cute touch too! Be warned that this place can get pretty busy so you may have wait a bit, even if you have a reservation. But once my pedicure began I forgot all about that wait. I went with the basic pedicure, but I still felt like I was being spoiled with the soak and scrubs and hot stone massage. I also got a great vibe from the people working here. The owner was walking around helping out her employees and even joking a bit with them. It brightened my mood being in an atmosphere like that. I really wanted to give them a five star rating. The woman who did my nails was so so meticulous, particularly about my terrible cuticles, which I really appreciate. I left the salon extremely happy with my manicure. But within five days my gel manicure had chipped on two nails and on one of my nails it had peeled off on half the nail. I used to come to blue polish all the time but I stopped going because I would get so cut up by the nail techs and they never do what I wanted my nails to look like. This is the second negative review I've had to leave. First I sat at the pedicure chair for 15 min before anyone walked over to me. (I had a reservation) Then when they got the water going it was Luke warm and when I asked to get hot water they would just keep walking. Then when I started my acrylics she cut my pinky to the point that I had to hold back my tears my hand was burning and throbbing the whole time through the service. I also asked for gems and didn't get them. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because she did spend time on the design. 150 dollars later and I'm stuck wearing a bandaid on my pinky for my birthday! Other then that I'm so over this place DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WARE BANDAIDS. read more

Let's start off by saying they charged me $70. That is somewhat normal here in Santa Rosa for really good extravagant designed nails. BUT THIS WAS NOT THAT. I had an appointment at 4:30 PM. Did not get out of there until 630. I was passed off between three different people. They had to fix the shape and the paint multiple times. Longer than what I asked for and then charged me more for them. Gave me gel polish without asking and charged us more for it. And then gave a five dollar coupon as we were leaving. Honestly had a horrible experience there. My mom and I made an appointment to get pedicures together and I needed an acrylic fill. There were multiple women working at the time but the same woman did ALL of our services. She first did my moms toes, then mine, then my nails. I thought the point of getting an appointment together would be to get our toes done at the same time? Such expensive services for not that nice of a nail salon and a half-ass job that chipped a couple days in. And don't even get me started on the acrylics. The woman DID NOT know what she was doing. I've had my fair share of fills, the salon I go to in San Diego normally does a wonderful job on my nails and they rarely come off. This woman did not prep my nails well and they're already lifting, 2 weeks later. She made them way too thick and I had to make her file the tops down a ton. On top of that, she didn't file them into a shape AT ALL. I wanted coffin and all the edges barely were touched and are basically round at this point. 10/10 would never recommend this nail salon to anyone ever again. It's expensive and has less than competent nail techs. read more
