I'm very disappointed. I used to come here all the time until I moved away. I just moved back and went in for a fill with an inspiration picture in hand and they couldn't have been farther from what the picture was. I assumed it was an off day, so I just scheduled again, and the artwork is just not good anymore. The techs are nice, but if I'm going to pay $70 plus tip for a manicure, I'd like for it to look like there is actual effort in the designs. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly communicated to Bella multiple times that I wanted an acrylic set and continued to remind her throughout the service. Despite this, Bella ignored my requests, displayed a poor attitude, and proceeded with a service I did not ask for. The quality of the work was subpar, and I eventually had to ask Bella to stop the service altogether. To make matters worse, I was still charged the full acrylic price for a service I neither requested nor received. This is unacceptable. Unfortunately I had a really unpleasant experience here. I went in on a lunch break for a pedicure and while they were efficient with my time, I walked out with scratches all over my shin from the rough application of the sugar scrub. She used a plastic spoon to apply the sugar scrub and did not say anything to me regarding the scratches she left. Additionally, I was asked to pay $5 more dollars because I paid with a card. I still left a tip because I'm not cruel, but I think it would be worth changing how pedicures are done and being gentler. Or at least apologizing. I don't think I will return. read more

7/15/25 First off, I understand I made an appointment an hour till closing but that is plenty of time to get a full set before 7 when they close. The whole process was rushed. Quality of work is a 1 out of 5. I asked for a full gel French tip set with 2 of my nails a solid color and my ringer finger with a bow. My right hand is ok, but my left hand looks horrendous. Choppy work. Nails are different lengths and some are crooked. There is extra acrylic around my nails and under my nails. The bow looks like a toddler drew it. I paid $95 and now have to go to another salon to get them fixed. I will NOT be back. There are better salons for a better price. Picture is of the inspo and each hand. I wish the pictures showed truly how bad these nails are. UPDATE AS OF 7/16/25 Mark reached out to me and wanted to rectify the situation. I went in this afternoon and had his wife Bella completely redo my nails. I am extremely happy with my new nails and how everything turned out. Bella was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She explained to me that having a different shape would change the look at my nails completely and she was correct. The new shape, design and new set is exactly what I was looking for! Lots of color choices and everything seems clean and well kept. They also gave us great pedicures and were very professional and nice. My nail tech was Vy and she was GREAT! Told me I had ingrown nails and she removed them. The moment she put on the clearcoat she put my sandals on and sent me out the door and although I was very careful and did not mess them up the moment I got home which was just now (3 hours later) got on the couch and the nail polish pushed back although the attention to detail was awesome and I almost fell asleep in the chair the most important part is the nail polish and I'm really sad that it messed up I paid $73 for this pedicure and that's Honestly a little expensive so I'm gonna call them back and hopefully see if they can fix it tomorrow your girl just wanted to have some cute toes and I can't be paying $70 every couple days if they won't last over 24! read more

The owner was very welcoming and I found out that they have been the owners since 2018 after the previous owners decided to move out of the county. They were very friendly and helpful. The techs that helped both my wife and I were very professional and quite nice leaving us both refreshed and energized after our appointments.Their prices are very reasonable and we felt like we got a great deal here for the services. I would highly recommend an appointment, however, they do accept walk-ins. They were just starting to get busy as we were finishing up, so I could imagine the wait for a walk-in could be quite long if it's really busy. Since my first visit to this salon, I've always been impressed and continued to come back whenever I'm in the area. Today, I was even more impressed than normal. I regret that I didn't get the name of my manicurist and pedicurist but they were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely efficient and were very sensitive to my needs and well being the entire time I was there. Even as the place got busy, the whole salon was efficient in doing their jobs to the best possible standard while taking in more guests even with the limited amount of staff. I tried a new manicure last minute which the wonderful lady doing my mani did an absolutely superb job at. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Everyone who works here is so friendly and inviting. They really make you feel comfortable and welcome. Besides being so friendly, they also do such a great job! My hands are constantly being washed at work and my manicure holds up beautifully. I have never had a problem with my acrylic set lifting or my polish chipping between fills. They also give an incredible pediicure and even though I was embarrassed about how long it had been since I got one done and the state my feet were in, they made me feel so comfortable. I wasn't comfortable getting one anywhere but here which says a lot. The location is wonderful with plenty of parking and the nail salon itself is open, clean and super cute. The things they could improve on were minor - painting the full mail bed (not leaving a gap between the nail bed and the cuticle, making it look like you have had your nails on for a week) and could have massaged a bit better for the silver pedicure. I think I finally found my place! I've had the worst luck with nail salons lately but Platinum Nail blew me away! I loved that they weren't overcrowded like some salons get. It always makes the techs rush and doesn't create a relaxing environment. Platinum was perfectly paced and I felt very well taken care of. I did the platinum pedicure cause I love a good massage after a week full of workouts. Some places have just been rubbing my legs and calling it a massage but this time it was a legit massage that felt SO GOOD! I was also impressed by how welcoming to everyone this salon is. Even on their "menu" they note 'princess/Prince mani/pedi'. They know this isn't just for women, nails are for everyone! I absolutely love how inclusive this salon is. I came here once for a fill and the service was amazing. The man who did my nails was professional and did an amazing job. He's the sole reason for the two stars here. I came back two weeks later for a fill and repair because the tip of one of my nails had broken. I specifically asked before the woman working on my nails even started that my nails be cut down a little and maintain their shape. After having her hit my finger with the dremmel multiple times, not cut my nails down at all, not have me wash off the dust from the dremmel, painting my nails before shaping them which ruined the polish and made my nails severely rough on the edges, and get mad when I asked if she could make sure the nails were the same length because they very clearly weren't I can definitely say I won't be going back here. It's a clean shop, most of the people do seem very nice, and I do understand that everyone has an off day however they clearly don't make sure that all of their nail techs are proficient with acrylic and it's disappointing to know that it will be hit or miss with whether I have a great or terrible experience. read more

Update: so I am still coming back after all these years! Wanted to share a recent experience. I got a fill with gel polish on Saturday and unfortunately a few of my nails started peeling and chipping 4-6hours later after my appointment needless to say I was disappointed. However, I wasn't able to go back due to timing and other appointments. I called yesterday to come get fixed up. I went in today and the lady took off all of my polish and painted my nails again. I was expecting to be charge or be lectured in how it was my fault- due to experience with other salons but that wasn't the case. I was not charged for the fix and was extremely grateful that they did the right thing! I have been a loyal customer and it was nice to feel valued and taken care of. Thank you platinum nails! His wife, Emma took over and she is sweet as can be. She did a beautiful job that I was very happy with. My nails lasted for about 2.5 weeks before life started chipping away at them, thumbs only though. Second time I visited, they were busy and I was instructed to make an appointment and come back. Only downside is the nail art of, I would say if you are going for a mani-pedi - that gel is the way to go and avoid nail art. Posting a photo for comparison as a few technicians worked on it. ***Side note: ladies who have felt this way may appreciate. Because of a language barrier, if you have ever felt odd like the technicians are just talking about you - at this place, the lovely ladies did not talk across the nail salon. I felt comfortable and felt like they genuinely wanted to focus on me as the customer. The man who seems to be running the nail salon has incredible customer service, very accommodating and organized! After a technician brought my mom to opposite side of manicure bar, he moved my mom by my sister and I to our side as we came in 3. I had an appointment and my sister had one too. She came with me. Her appointment was 30 minutes away but they fit her in earlier with me. My other 2 sisters were walk ins which they didnt like much but still fit them in. They managed to sit all 4 of us together and do our nails. They gave us complimentary wine, water and tea while we got our nails done. Their nail station doesnt fit many people (maybe 5 each side) which makes sense on why you have to make an appointment. To be sure u dont wait too long. The workers stand all shift cus their nail station looks like an actually bar. So i made sure all my sisters tipped.
