I have been bringing my mom to this nail salon for over ten years. Lynn knows my moms likings and never fails to leave her nails looking beautiful. Lynn is so sweet and very friendly. My mom refuses to go anywhere else (and I really don't blame her!). The place is super clean and well organized. I often see a lot of other regulars while I'm waiting in the seating area. It definitely is interesting how this nail salon is nothing like you see in the movies, lol. You hear the staff speaking in a language I don't understand but it quite evident they aren't talking bad about their customers. The staff is super friendly and it's one of few places I don't mind going even though I myself am not getting my nails done. First time here. Was passing through town and needed an eyebrow wax before a spray tan. DO NOT get a wax here. Had my lips and eyebrows done and the chair I was taken to wasn't even in a private room and had a blanket down that looked like someone else had just laid on it. The wax was too hot but before I could even say anything the woman was putting it all over. I've now had red itchy bumps for two days past the wax. I can't even cover it up with makeup and who knows how long it will last. read more

You can get your nails done here relatively cheap. I usually end up bleeding from my cuticles being cut too short though.

I drive over an hour to see these gals and it's completely with the drive, and well priced! Everything I've shown Linda that I really want, she brings to life. Solid Marlow nails frequent here! Ladies, if you are looking for a gel pedicure that will last you a long time, DO NOT go here. Came in last week with my best friend who is a regular customer and always tells me that this place is amazing. So here I am a first time customer and I pay $80 for a gel pedicure and acrylics with gel nail polish on top. Hasn't even been a full week and my pedicure looks like this. I'm not hard on my feet what so ever and even if I was a GEL pedicure should not be peeling back like this in such short amount of time. Very disappointed. Lena & Lynn are the only ladies I go too, they all do great work. However, the Pedicures are very quick, no real massage, they could be better! My fingernails are always awesome ! They lack any kind of marketing skills &customer service for newbies is tough! They are mostly word of mouth, if you bring in a design or idea they will copy it. when I did my valentine colors, they loved it so much they showed it off and 3 more customers copied. Currently I wear acrylics with gel overlay. I also use her excellent waxing services for my eye brows. The employees of Marlow Nails are attentive & focus on detail. At times they are busy & can't always be on time due to the previous client running late & requesting more than the allotted time. It's never been more than a few minutes wait. All of them were not even and different shapes and color missing and I also asked for some rinestones and was told it would be 3$ I agreed and they looked so cheap like from a pack from the 1$ store! They literally fell off the next day! Also I'm pretty sure it's a manacurists job to trim nails and prep them by cutting and pushing back cuticles? No this lady didn't! I honestly don't even know how many stars to give them.. I really likeD this place (I have been coming for over a year) but after today, I'm not coming back. Last Thursday I got my nails done here, I loved them! However, by Sunday 2 of my nails had come off already and I don't even know how it happened. Then by Tuesday another nail broke in school. Don't even know how, again. I never picked up anything heavy or put pressure on my nail. Wednesday, I accidentally break one of my nails. I call and ask for an appointment so I can get acrylics back on those 4 nails that broke. I was expecting to pay but I wouldn't have paid more than 12 dollars. The same lady that did my nails last Thursday was doing my nails today. (I thought that was fine because I like her work) but I start noticing that she was grabbing my fingers rough. Then she puts the acrylic on and you can tell that she's half assing it. Once she's "done", they didn't charge me anything, but I left her a tip. When I'm walking to my car, I can see she did a terrible job. She some acrylic around my nails, and my right index finger (that she did today) is much longer than my left Index finger that she did last week. I'm not even mad, I'm more upset that this even happened. I would've preferred for her to do the job correctly, even if I would've had to pay. read more

Honestly not impressed. I went there to get a fill and unfortunately they turned out worse than before. This was establishment was suggested to me, and personally didn't live up to the comments. Even though they have a large array of nail colors, I'm sure 80% of them are old. My GEL NAILS CHIPPED, after TWO DAYS! This wasn't worth the tip or fill price. The only reason I'm even giving more than one star is because the acrylic hasn't broken off yet. read more

Love this nail salon! I have been going there for almost two years, on and off. I tried a few other places because they were closer to where I live, but was disappointed everytime. Now I am back, and the only place I will go in Marlow nails, even though its a little bit of a drive for me, it is so worth it! Lynn does my nails most often but Kim has done them as well and they are both wonderful! I recommend making an appointment even though an appointment is not needed, walk ins are welcome, because oh man can this place get BUSY! read more

I have had a favorite nail place in Rohnert Park, but it was quite expensive and is near impossible to schedule in. I stopped by Safeway and saw this place nearby and thought to give it a try. Definitely a hidden gem! Lena gave great attention to the shape and length of my nails. I had chosen to get a full set, and kept me at ease with making my choices. This place is just ok. Here's why. Their color selection is sad unless you are looking for a pink or red. The woman doing my nails didn't get all of the red polish off my nails so after getting my new blue color I still have red polish under my nails from the messy removal. Not warm water to soak my hands in, guess any water temperature will do the job so soften cuticles. She wasn't friendly but I don't really expect that anymore. The polish job is good. I didn't get any lotion massage or a warm towel which is my favorite part of a mani. Either they don't do this here or my lady didn't like me. I won't be coming back. read more
