I wanted to try this nail salon out after complimenting my friend's pedicure. I called and requested the woman who helped my friend out and was told she had an opening for the time I wanted to come in. The vibe when I walked in was okay, the salon looks old not modern, yet the people were friendly. Well when I arrived a man asked me if I had an appointment and told me where to sit, and asked me if I knew what color I wanted... I asked him if he was doing my pedicure and he said yes. I felt awkward to speak up and say I requested the elderly woman (can't remember her name) (but there's only one) anyways another woman says to me don't worry we all do good work... she said it kindly with a smile but I was annoyed that I made a special request and it went no where. I wasn't going to get upset about it so I let it go and let him do my service... he did an okay job. I got a gel pedicure with French tips and I asked him to make the tips thin, he made them so thin. I would have appreciated if he attempted and asked me if the "thinness" was okay but he didn't. I wasn't happy with my pedicure... so I wont be back. I still tipped and thanked him. Yesterday was just not the best day. I went to my usual spot La Belle Nails early and they were slammed and told me to come back later. I called my second spot I normally go to Paradise Nails and they had no time for a new full set. I drove to Diva Nails only to find it closed on a Sunday. SO weird. Then I came here to Classy Nails and decided to give them a try since I had no other options. I waited about 15 mins before being helped. The nail salon was nothing special. Dark and dingy towards the back. Their presentation of nail polishes color samples in 2 little baskets was not informative. I was looking for DND specifically and only 1 sample out of almost 50 samples they had showed DND. They dont label the brand. Looking at the walls, the polishes are not brand names and look old. This salon just looks shabby and old and definitely needs a makeover. Nothing modern about it at all. The worst was the quality of their work and extremely high prices. I needed a full set. She worked quickly since I was a little pressed for time as well. These are one of the ugliest nails I have ever had. They are so big like they are made for a GIANT and not a person. I asked for square shape and instead got these big sand shovels (see photos below but looks more terrible in person). They are so gigantic they flare out in a BELL SHAPE like flared jeans instead of squared shape. Not only is the right hand about 5MM shorter than the left hand on EACH FINGER. She did not measure them and eyeballed. My nails are also lopsided and not straight squared. So ugly. Paint job was sloppy. She painted away from the cuticles and it now looks like I have 1 WEEK of growth already!!! The acrylic she used on me looked old. She layered on so much and thick, it was gross. I just also noticed she didn't paint the second coat on the middle, index and thumb on the left hand!! Plain sloppy!!! When I pointed out the lengths to her, she told me to come back later to fix it. I will never be back. $45 for a new set and she charged me $15 to take off my old set. Rip off, disgusting horrible work made for a giant, not a human being. Do not I repeat do not go to this nail shop. Sure they were friendly enough but I spent over $70 for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. They listened to me tell them about my ingrown toenails and how I have to remove them myself but they didn't allow me to. I don't like gel polish but she really insisted I need them to be able to wear boots that I came in the door wearing however I had flip-flops sandals in order to put on when I left because I knew my toenails would be wet they insisted that I needed gel so that's what she gave me $10 extra to scrub my feet when ordinarily that's a basic part of a pedicure I got French chips they're sharp at the edges not rounded at all so they're snagging everything I went in and spoke with one person started a conversation and my pedicure with her then I was passed to her mom who also wouldn't let me remove the ingrown toenails she insisted on trying to do it herself they all but smacked my hand when I had attempted to touch my own feet that's that moving on to the horrific eyebrow waxing the original woman that I was service by told me she would do them and agree that they would be cleaned and not waxed then she passed me to another person her mom to finish my pedicure then another person walked up to do my waxing this woman listen to me tell her not to wax them and did it anyway she not only shape them very strong but she waxed more than half of them off so now I don't have thick eyebrows as I'm used to after all of that I still couldn't get cooling cream on my eyebrows she made me walk out with them burning as I was finishing up my pedicure I heard another woman complain about a full set she just paid for and then the nail tech cut them off and made them too short don't go to the nail shop at all they charged me over $70 for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and my manicure isn't even done $70 really for French tip pedicure and a whack ass eyebrow arch I hate it. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My nail beds are destroyed!!!!! These are the worst nails I have ever gotten and I had to get them quickly in a rush and had a pic wherever was nearest to me. They still took an hour and a 1/2 to do plain black nails they're super thick and broke off within 4 days 5 of them and when I went back in on Monday morning the lady said that I didn't come in as soon as one broke off so she can't refund me the full price so she offered me $20 in cash because she didn't like that I didn't call. When has that ever worked calling a nail salon over the phone? they always want you to come in so I'm not quite sure where she's getting I needed to call from. Such bad business practice and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau AND the beauty board, my nails are DESTROYED obviously something is terribly wrong here. read more

I have never had a better experience at any salon in my entire life. I felt like a Queen in here! I will be butchering names I'm sure but Neun and Phen were sent from heaven! Everybody who works there must be! I literally felt like I died and went to heaven. I came in as a walk in looking for a manicure... wanted a dip but my natural nails looked so strong and healthy I was encouraged to go for a standard gel mani! Communication even with a language barrier was excellent. Lots of questions and considerations were made! They turned out great! The hand and arm massage was far from basic, and the attention to detail from start to finish was fit for a Queen. No exaggeration! I pushed my luck and asked about and eye and lip wax, wondering if they had time, which the did. Another flawless job. A ton of attention to detail, she was sweet, and friendly and gentle but thorough, and quick! So happy with the results and experience. Now for the grand finale, I wondered if I would test the pedicure out! They made room for me, and kept my massage chair on the whole time, and kept checking to make sure it was on! (I felt really special! I'm happy with the smallest things, and this felt really above and beyond!) The process was so relaxing, I was smiling a Cheshire Cat smile, and feeling pampered and extravagant. There is ZERO callous on my feet, she took care while smiling the whole time. She was so pleasant and kind (both girls were!) My feet got the royal scrub, and rub down! The results? First time and last time. When I realized that the shape of the nails looked terrible I asked the lady to please correct it. I did reluctantly, because I didn't want to be mean. After three attempts of asking for her to fix them I gave up. Not only did they not look like what I had asked for, but the shape was terrible ( crooked and too thick) but I was charged $45. I wanted to like this place.. I really did. From looking at the pictures I thought it would be perfect. I've wanted pretty designs in a budget and it looked like I had found the place... I called ahead to make an appointment. It was an hour before closing but they assured me that it was fine. So I assured my husband that I would be back in time to put our one year old to bed.. I got there and they say me right away.. Then it took probably 10 minutes before anyone started me. The lady came and took off my old shellac and started to try to shape my nails.. When I showed her what I wanted she said that she couldn't do that and that the owner would have to.. Fine. But she basically just stopped there and did something else. Only one nail on each hand would have a design. She could have easily finished prepping my nails and started the with the plain color. So I had to wait.. At this point it's 7 (I got there at 6) and I'm still waiting for someone to paint my nails. Finally someone does and she does a great job. They look beautiful.. BUT beware of their color chart. The color I picked looked NOTHING like the color on my nails. Speaking of color.. They didn't have much to choose from. After a hour and a half my shellac manicure was done.. Way too long in my opinion. The two stars are for the design.. BUT it DID NOT LAST. I had chips within a week. Like I said pretty design, but will not return. read more

She took at least 10minutes just making sure I didn't have any remaining hangnails or cuticle pieces. I was a loyal customer here for so long but it's time to move on. T did a fantastic job, pretty consistent and spoke excellent English so she understood what I wanted. Thin (as in do they really need to be so friggin thick?), no heavy side filing and with some height (as in not brush stroke flat). Then all of a sudden she gets attitude and lectures me about my nail care- ok I'm sometimes bad about coming in every two weeks I just can't make it but I'm a paying client, don't lecture me in front of a full house. I went to another place for several fills but when I broke a tip and needed to get it repaired at lunch they were the only ones available at a 1pm time slot. I figured a repair and color change wouldn't be too much to ask. I made the appointment at 9am with Nyueng at 1pm. I explained I needed her to see me at exactly 1, MY APPOINTMENT TIME because I was on lunch and Kathy reassured me no problem. Of course Nyueng was with someone and said I be with you in 5 minutes- long story short, I waited 20 minutes and got up and walked out. They're cheap and do consistent OK work which is why they're still in business but fuck that shit- that's not how you treat a paying, good tipping, loyal 3 year customer. My first time here was amazing! It's a very clean and professional place. I read reviews about Tee and I gotta say, she was amazing!!! I haven't been treated like this at a nail salon for a very long time. I brought in an anchor design for 4th of july and she did it better than the picture. She is extremely nice and very pleasant to talk to! I had even said my good byes and while I was waiting for my nails to dry she even took her time to come back to tell me that the tag on my shirt was sticking out and fixed it for me.
