Fulton Nails used to be good, but no longer. They rush the nail jobs to be done in less than a half hour. They use a electric file to remove old gel, which totally destroys your nails. Second time to get my nails done here with Toni and he is a perfectionist. I love the soft music playing, so relaxing. Toni asks what you want, gives recommendations, focuses on your nails and they turn out perfect and they last. Fulton Nails was referred to me by my sister. She liked going here because they do a good job on her nails. The owners of the nail salon were open to doing designs even when they were busy and I told them last minute. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it no problem, in fact, they are the best nails/designs I've ever had!! Fulton Nails get a bad rep but honestly, I am new and continue to go to them. They are friendly and even when some aren't as friendly, they do well to balance it out with excellent designs, smiles, and a warm hello. Do not go here! With the exception of the main lady and maybe 2 others the majority of the nail techs (in particular, the one male manager and one older woman) are SO rude, aggressive and does care what you request. After getting a pedicure by the male manager he was putting my flip flop back on and because my foot wasn't in the position he wanted, he slapped my foot in an aggressive manner. On another day, my daughter also had a bad experience getting acrylics done by an older female nail tech, she too had her hand slapped because she had slightly moved. And when my daughter asked for only one coat of polish the woman refused and started bad mouthing her to her co worker. Not only that, her acrylics were crooked and when my daughter asked her to soften the edges a little more the woman yelled at her telling her she had too many requests. I love this place. Now I've been to many manicurists. But Van is the sweetest. She is always taking care of everyone. Her staff are friendly and can carry a conversation with anyone if you're up to chit chat. Lena helped me today and she was quite the character! Amazing manicure and the deluxe pedicures are the best. Your manicurist will check in with you about the water temperature and if everything is okay every few minutes. Not sure why so many people leave bad reviews but I've been coming here for years and I'm not disappointed- if something is awry, Van will fix it. Give them a try. I have been getting dip for the past 4 months and have tried several places and people for the perfect nude/pink/natural nail. No none could ever get it quite right. Thickness would be off or they would start falling off too soon. Then I found Sophia at Fulton nail. She is quick but very thorough. She does the perfect nude/pink dip and I'm very satisfied. I have been a regular customer for almost two years bi weekly for fills and pedis... well two weeks ago I went in for a fill and unfortunately I got Tony. Every experience with him is awful. He's rude and very aggressive. Well like many other times the fill was awful but because of covid I did not want to complain... not even 4 days later 4 nails broke. I called and got tony... I explained I had gotten my nails done and what happened. I asked if I could come in and have my nails removed and pay for a fresh set. I get there and they are so rude. The girl with the glasses sits down and within 2 mins she had burnt my nail beds twice and cut my finger with the machine twice. I stopped and walked out in tears. When I called the next day the main girl was rude and said "oh yeah and what you want me to do about it" I get covid sucks but I'm so sick of shitty service when I was an avid customer even during their sketch back ally service. Glad to see they are finally using liner bags in their pedicure bowls, which makes getting pedicures more sanitary. Came in yesterday for a really lovely pedicure with Micah. She has a nice touch and gave a good massage. I would definitely go back to see her for a future pedicure at Fulton Nails. I've been going here for years because it's close to me, but I'm done. They want you in and out, make you wait between a mani pedi (usually at least 10-15 mins), take walk ins (because they want the business) and then make a loyal customer who had an apt wait for services or take much longer than usual. Not very clean, nail centers have thick dust and are sticky. Basically all the mani pedi quick dry machines are broken-it's sad really. They don't spend time on you, no extra things like massaging legs or hands, and if they do it's so brief what's the point. There are much better places out there who care about the customer and go the extra mile in customer service for the same price. read more

I visited this place a couple of times during Covid and was impressed with their cleaning protocols and how serious they took it. For pedicures, they were very careful not to seat anyone directly next to you, and they wiped down the seats and tables before they brought you over. Plus, they are very friendly, easy to make appointments with, and do quality work while getting you in and out efficiently. They suggested I do dip nails to rehab my brittle nails, and they are getting better already and typically last for weeks. Lots of color options as well. read more

I have been going to this place for a long time and have referred many people. Yesterday I took my grandson for a pedicure and was charged the same price ($30) as an adult. It took 10 minutes to get it done and he did not even get nail polish. I called three other salons and not one of them charges the same as for an adult. And, on top of that, they increased their prices and there was not notice of it anywhere. Tony, as usual, was in a bad mood and did not like that I asked that he trim my nails in a certain way and stared at me angrily for a good 15-20 seconds (what's his problem?) I thought I found a great salon to get my fills and pedi's. I've gone here for my last 3 fills & pedi's. But today, I was throughly disappointed. I has burnt two times with the Dremel on the same nail to the point my nail bed started bleeding. When I pulled my hand away to look at the nail the guy told me not to touch it. I asked if he could no longer use the Dremel on that one nail & I was told no. He didn't acknowledge or apologize that he hurt me. I just had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. My friend is going through a difficult time in her life, her husband left her and I wanted to do something nice for her. She had NEVER had a pedicure before and was excited. THUY did her manicure and pedicure and was less than friendly. Everything she asked for or said he responded in a tone where he blantantly sounded annoyed. Or he didn't respond at all. She asked for a black color with sparkles and said she didn't see anything on the nail swatches and asked if there was anything on the shelves. He said in a harsh tone "we have what is on there". I think anyone who has had their nails done know you can add glitter over any polish and I had to be the one to speak up and ask if he could do that. He didn't say much and my friend asked again if she could get black with sparkles and he responded ya but super short in tone again. I told her the pedicure chair had massage on it and she turned it on. It was accidentally the vibrating setting and he looked at her with a nasty look on his face. She said oh do you want me to turn it off and he again in an extremely condescending and rude tone said YES. I understand you can't paint nails if a chair is vibrating but he could have been much nicer about it and suggested a different setting. When he was doing her gel manicure she said something was hurting her and he looked up at her and carried on. Didn't bother to try and make whatever was hurting stop. I told the man who was ringing us up that I felt he was rude to my friend and they said sorry and next time I called to say I don't want him. I did appreciate the apology but it would have been nice to know that they were going to address how he treated people. You would think he would be happy to be working and seeing customers again. Times are hard on everyone and we chose to spend our money here. I will not be returning. Only reason I gave two stars is because the lady who did mine was friendly and they both did a decent job.
