Great experience. This is a calm and peaceful place to come when you want to relax and chill. You are treated with kindness, professionalism and care. The staff is attentive and detail oriented. I had a great pedi and leg wax and I enjoyed the environment. A lot of salons focus on "experience" with fancy options, but I just feel like I'm in a factory and they are slogging through, trying to upsell and move you along. I don't like to leave bad reviews, although I believe it's important to share my experience. I didn't want to judge this place from past reviews. My friend and I went to get a full set done, and everything was going ok, until I saw how unorganized the guy doing my friends nails was, he got up at least 10 times to grab things and on the phone texting. The lady doing my nails stopped mid way and let the guy take over while he was doing my friends nails? Also the sweet older lady bless her.. She put on my tips on crooked, but she gladly re did that which I appreciate. It wasn't until the color and the application had started and there was bubbles, ridges. I am a person whom pays attention to details. I'm a hairstylist.. & I understand some people arent. Overall, my friend and I left very unsatisfied even though I communicated to them how I felt. The lady did give me attitude and instead of making me happy she got mad? When I went to pay they didn't say anything until I told them how unhappy we were with the service, because I said something they only gave me 5$ off.. I guess still something. In my professional opinion, I hope they can communicate with the client to understand what they want executed and not rush during the process. My recommendation, don't go here if you have high expectations or if you're a detailed person. I was really thrilled with this place the first two times I went. The last time I went I felt the guy really rushed through my pedicure. My friend and I started at the same time and he finished way before. He barely massaged my legs or feet, it was more him gliding his hands on me rather than a massage. The polish looked like it wasn't fully smooth so I asked him if he did two coats. He said he did. When it dried it looked rough, not shiny or like a fresh pedicure should. I wish I had taken a picture. Within FIVE days. The polish had chipped. I am pregnant and literally not doing anything to mess up a pedicure so I know it wasn't my doing and it was almost every toe on both feet. I am getting a pedi somewhere else as I write this. She cleaned up sooo much cuticle. It does not appear that I just had a pedicure two weeks prior. It's so unfortunate there is no consistency. read more

I go to Lisa for my pedicures because she takes the time to provide careful, thoughtful top-notch service. One star for the chair massage. I received the WORST mani-pedi EVER. The guy was sloppy and seemed like he was in a race. Skipped the fine grain file on both mani and pedi, so the edges were rough. He left out the top coat on my toes. I asked him to leave my nails long, and he cut them so short and uneven. He cut one nail all the way down to the skin (even cut my finger). And he used the same gloves for the manicure as he did for the pedicure - The gloves were FILTHY!!! When I got home and once the paint was dry, I has to file them and paint over his mess. read more

I have been debating posting this review for several reasons, however it needs to be done for the safety of others. Ever since about 1 or 2 years ago, I have been getting my nails done here every so often. For a very long time, it was the only place I went. Prices were fair, people were kind, etc. However in the past 6-8 months it has changed, not for the better. Prices have gone up, however not quality . And, the main reason i am writing this is because I and multiple friends and family members have gotten scabies (yes) from this place. The girls do not wear gloves as they should. The first time I got it, I decided to give them a second chance . It was rough, weeks of medical treatment and money spent (more than the nails costed) just for an "okay" set of nails. I recently went again in hopes that things were changed, but unfortunately not. I am very disappointed because the people are very nice and have no cruel intentions, but i must discontinue attending this salon for obvious reasons. read more

I've been exclusively coming here for the last 5-6 months. Once every 2-3 weeks for gel pedicure and dip or acrylic fills. I consistently call in advance to schedule a time. And almost consistently walk ins take priority over my advance call and notice of an appointment. Today was the last straw. I sat from 2:45pm-4:30pm with only a mediocre gel pedicure. I was sat for about 10 minutes before my acrylic hands were only cleared of the color it had From the previous set. I was moved to my pedicure and sat for another 15 min before someone came to file at my skin for the longest and worst pedicure I've ever had. I had a chipped nail and asked for acrylic. I got dip instead. I've never have to dip my entire big toe into a dip powder in my life. I've also never had a dip set not be filed or smoothed out ever. I'm now left with an bumpy looking big toe. And half a** pedicure. Keep in mind my hands are now grown out, unfilled and bare and nothing has been done. I left just after 4:30 with a sad pedicure. Save your time and go somewhere else. They had me sitting for almost two hours and constantly took walk ins. Three people walked in and left in the time that it took me to get a poorly done pedicure. I was still charged full price and received a "discount" for the next visit. I'm not sure I'll ever be back. read more

I came in for a pedicure in May and found that my nails were cut crooked (somewhat diagonally), and for the first time ever, after taking off my nail polish weeks later, I found I had toenail fungus. I came here in desperate need to have my acyrilic nails taken off (Ouch)! Thankfully, they were open at 5pm on Sunday (Halloween no less) and helped me right away. I decided that I should get a manicure after having my nails removed. PROS~ CHEAP! Pricing stated $12 for manicure and $10 for nail removal...she charged me $17 Having the nails removed was quick ! Super friendly staff! Open late on Sunday! Lotion for hand massage smelled great! CONS~ The manicurist cut my nails down too short and it is actually kind of painful. Looks like a 12 year old painted my nails. Polish already had chipped. Everytime I come in here one of the staff is sick...maybe if someone actually stayed home for a day it might not be spreading around so much! Our little treat on our birthday trip. Our bday girl wanted a little pampering to go along with her wine and dinner. So we dropped by for Pedicures and massages. Two of us got Spa pedicures and two got light massages. When we dropped to see about availability, they said they had four people who would be able to handle all of us at the same time. So, after refueling on coffee and pastries we headed back to get it started. We started off by being completely staggered. There was only overlap of workers in a small amount of the time, causing us to be 15 minutes late for dinner reservations. The pedicure I had was ok. I have those European walker feet that need to be filed down and I am very ticklish. So, file the places that need it, not the soft ticklish part of my arch. Don't they teach them that? She barely worked on my feet and seemed to cut short the massage portion. She did do an average job of my toes and it seems to last without chipping or peeling. The prices were about what you would expect for a spa pedicure ($25+tip). I just would have expected better..... read more

Went for a last-minute gel manicure and French pedicure almost a month ago while visiting relatives in Healdsburg, and our nails still look fantastic!!! They were super accommodating and friendly. Most importantly, they did and excellent job! Don't come here I came here to get a pedi with a friend and it was her first time. They didn't put enough coats of nail polish on her toes so they were not the same color as her nails. They did not give her the full "pedi" I started first and finished about 10 minutes after her. the male that works here half a**** her pedi. I left with uneven colors as well. My pedi wasn't even fully on my nails most was on my toes and somehow nail polish was all over my foot and she didn't bother to take it off. They made me bleed 4 times and smiled about it. Regardless of covid or not, the employees ought to change gloves between the customers. They male employee was doing a pedicure on another lady that was there before all 3 of us got there. The woman named Hannah had started to do mine, and the other female employee on my mom. After Hannah is done with me, she goes to my daughter, but before she leaves, she tells me the male employee is going to finish up with me. She did not change gloves. I asked her if she was going to change gloves and tells me it is the same, that it's my daughter. I told her it was not the same and that that was gross.She then gets up to wash her hands and goes back. I felt uncomfortable. I then saw that the male employee was putting his hands in the water, and I notice nail polish on his gloves that was not the color I had chosen . I told him to change his gloves, and asked Hannah if she was going to change hers, and she gets up at the same time the male employee gets up to change gloves, but she seemed bothered and said something in her own language. At that point I felt even more uncomfortable. So then after the male employee finishes up with me, she takes me to get my eyebrows waxed and in the room she tells me that the owner said only Costco gloves are to be used, but that they have not been able to find gloves. So they are trying to save gloves, but not being sanitary is what I am understanding. That should not be happening. Who knows what that other lady may have had on her feet, and here is the male employee putting his dirty gloves in my water as well as Hannah putting her used gloves into my daughters water and touching her feet. Nina (the new owner since September 2011) has been doing my nails for years first in Sant Rosa and now I drive to Healdsburg and will follow her however far she goes.
