I had a great pedicure here. I would recommend this place for a great nail care day. Relaxing and attentive service.

I wanted to like this place as the ladies are really nice, but I will not be returning. For starters, I had an appointment at a specific time, but they were short staffed (at least it seemed) and didn't start my service until 25 minutes later. Also, one of the technicians was running around without shoes on, which I felt was kind of odd. My manicure looks awful - you can still see some red from my previous manicure poking through, and it just looks sloppy. They also didn't trim my cuticles or provide a massage like every other place I go to does. I'm hoping that this review helps them provide better services in the future as the location is super convenient and the place generally is nice! read more

Mani pedi did not go well, took three chunks of skin out of my big toe, and generally poor technique on trimming and nail polish I will never visit this place again, one of the worst mani pedi treatments I have ever had in my long life time read more

I had a male technician. I had a few comment for him about where the nail is cutting into my toe and he could not understand. I also told him at the beginning that bc I wear flipflops my feet get dirty and could they just scrub my feet also. He could not understand. He asked his female older technician. She could understand English and was very nice and related that information to him and he said that he would do. However, when he started putting solution on my toes, I realize that that wasn't going to get done so I asked again, and he couldn't understand so he asked his coworker and she related again to him and he got annoyed and said yes, he will scrub my feet. Then after the toes were prepped, he put the scrub on my calves, and I figured that was when he would put it on my feet also, but he did not. So my feet did not get cleaned. I figured with a pedicure that at least the feet would be cleaned to some degree, but alas it did not happen. Also, i was unable to relay that my toe hurt in a certain area because the nail was digging into it, and it was not addressed. So although the nails were painted nicely, it does annoy me that the technician couldn't understand English at all and I could not relate what my wishes were. I came here with my dad's girlfriend for a girls day and we got a pedicure they only did one coat of nail polish that didn't come at well at all and then i asked for gel x teal french tips as a manicure and my dads girlfriend got regular manicure that came off the next day. they didn't listen to my request and gave me acrylic instead and the nails were so so thick and the french tip was chunky there were uncomfortable and terrible i had to go to my original nail tech in santa rosa to take them off read more

I got my nails done here over the weekend. One lady was really nice and was trying really hard to greet the customers as they were walking in. My nail lady was good at her job, but definitely did not try to make me feel welcomed. I did notice a card that said if I would give 5 stars then I can get $10 off my service right then. All Polish, a salon conveniently located in the CVS shopping center in Healdsburg, recently renovated and increased their service offerings. It's large with at least 18 pedicure chairs so would be a good spot for a group (birthday, bachelorette, bridal squad...). It's been awhile and my feet were in desperate need of some pampering. I recently stopped in on a cold Sunday morning without an appointment and they were happy to take me. I enjoyed my relaxing pedicure with a hot stone massage in their comfortable massage chairs.
