I simply love coming to Tiara Salon and being pampered by Jennie whom I do a pedicure and nails. I have ingrown toenails on big toes, and she does magic because it never hurts. Magic hands and just knowing how to make her customers relax. My husband occasionally gets a pedicure, and usually I will get one of there upgraded treatments when we are there together. read more

When you call- or walk in- be sure to ask for B!! He's my favorite and does a thorough job! I show him a picture and he does a perfect job! This set only cost $80 so naturally I tipped him $10. Love the music and atmosphere. It doesn't smell like chemicals inside!! read more

My experience here was good. I didn't see any issue with cleanliness as many people are claiming. I don't know the name of who did my nails but he was the nice gentleman that handled reservations. My nails look great and gave me suggestions for how it could be better throughout the visit. He was very friendly to me. He suggested I come back in two weeks to have my nails filled, which I plan to do so. My main issue was that my nails look fairly different to each hand? It's like he kind of gave up trying to make them look scalloped when he got to my left hand (photos for reference). Maybe I should've been more attentive and spoken up at the time, but what's done is done. I will just remember this for next time. My SIL (teen) got her nails done too and she was happy with them, her design was cute and looked really good! It's a cute store that seems family owned (they have a back area where their kids were relaxing in). There's a hand washing station and a (fairly clean) bathroom. I plan to return and my MIL and SIL will be in soon for pedicures, hoping everything goes well as my wedding is next week and I can't have them miss it. read more

This may be my first and last review ever for a nail salon, but Tiara Salon deserves a shout out for their excellent service and great prices. My wife was looking to get a last-minute acrylic removal done on Sunday evening. We tried to contact a few places and most were either already closed or were charging at least $15, which was over what she was looking to spend. We gave Tiara Salon a call and even though they were closing in less than 15 minutes, they told us they could take care of it and that it would only be $10. I'm unfamiliar with the removal process, but I figured given the price point that it would be a quick and easy 5-10 minute process. Instead, the employee worked diligently for between 20-25 minutes to remove the nails, and not only did they remove the acrylics but they also cut and filed her nails down for no extra charge. I was blown away that a process that took almost a half-hour of active work by a trained professional only cost $10. I can't speak to the quality of their services overall but I can certainly speak to their service and value, and both were excellent. If you are in need of any salon services, be sure to give Tiara Salon a try! read more

Tiara Salon - Daughter-in-law and I LOVE our nails!!! - Nail Salons Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

Poor work. No attention to detail and when I requested the shaping to be smother and thinner they said they looked fine to them. Nails only last about a week before they start to look like they need smoothing or just start all over. The owner is rude and said everyone else was happy so I should be too. Bizarre ! Would not recommend if you have ever had your nails done beautifully and know what a nice nail shape looks like. . read more

Used to be my go to place but on now multiple occasions they have had me come and have either given my slot to someone else or told me to come when they were overbooked and then told me - after waiting for about 40 minutes - that they couldn't take me. And today I had an appointment in the morning and even went into work early and switched my schedule around and arrived 7 MINUTES late and they had given me seat to someone else already and wanted to book me for hours later. Absolutely hate their customer service these days and completely unapologetic for giving up my seat when it had been previously stated to me that they have a 15 minute grace period. Will gladly never give them my business again as it's been one too times now that they have me come all the way here when they clearly go by first come first service instead of appt based read more

The pedicures are not their specialty. Went in and they charged me $58 for gel pedicure and they didn't scrub they didn't massage the polish wasn't the best don't recommend going for a pedicure definitely not worth $58 either. read more

I honestly though I left a review from when I went. It's newish lots of space for a few work stations. Pretty under whelming as far as service. I asked for a pink and white ombré and they had funky shades of 'pink'. Maybe once we aren't shut down every other month I'll give this place another go but hopefully their nail techs have practiced their craft a bit more. I do remember I found a completely flat part on my thumb nail that should've been curved. read more

Take a look at my botched nails. Worst experience of my life. I paid $80 for my acrylic nails and went back a week later for removal as I was experiencing extreme BURNING AND THROBBING pain on my nails and even a bubbling white rash under my nails that gets worse with water contact. Bad quality. The removal was PAINFUL and she changed me $20 for REMOVAL of Bad work. I said " $20 for removal? Its not even fully off of my nails" the acrylic was still on my nails. She used a drill bit to get it off no soak. I SHOULD CONTACT STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY. read more

What an experience. The feeling when you enter the salon is welcoming. The vibe is a group of professionals who work together and are ready to serve. The quality of the experience was unparalleled. The cleanliness and order of the salon allowed me to relax. My hard gel manicure lasted a month so, the quality was evident. An incredible selection of colors made selecting a color but Tommy helped by finding out what I liked and then helped to do determine what shade would work best with my skin tone. He picks winners. My gel pedicure was equally wonderful and it was the just the basic choice. Very relaxing and my feet felt like butter! So smooth. I no longer need to drive to San Francisco for an incredible hard gel manicure. This is my new nail home. Chana Robinson So, it's read more

I got my hard nails done. I was happy a couple of times. My last nail color is burgundy. My nail lift up last week, so i came back, and they repaired it with the correct color. Today, the same nail came off again. So I called them again, and the guy who repaired it did a sloppy job. He polish my nail dark brown, and i told him it's not the same color. He then got up and picked another color. He took a mesh material and sprayed it of what i think is acetone. He rubbed my nail once, and then he painted it red on top of the brown. Now, I have a nail that is reddish brown. I'm not very happy and very disappointed. I paid good money to get my nails. I am due next wk for a fill. I'm not sure what my next step is. read more

Hi, my friend and I had an appointment at this nail salon at 3; when I called, I could barely hear him and asked them nicely to speak up. And he already sounds annoyed. When we arrived, no one welcomed us, which was fine, so I asked them nicely that we were there for our appointments. He said okay. I'm like, oh okay, but once we got to our seats, we got our nails going. My nail guy nipped me 3-4 times. He kept apologizing, and then my nails started to burned so much. I was in so much pain. I texted my friend, and she was saying the same thing. I spoke up about it, and he said oh, I'm sorry, put it under the fan. Then, I was trying to choose the color for my nails; then guy was getting frustrated with me because I couldn't picked a color.I felt bad. My friend even told me that her nails were burning badly, and her guy said, "Oh, " and kept going. Honestly, this was a horrible experience for both of us. We both thought that they were rushing hella fast. We are not coming back at all. But lesson learned. read more

I went in to get a gel manicure for the holidays. In less than a week I had two chips, but I let that slide until the gel actually started lifting off my nail less than 2 weeks after application (1week 4 days) when I called to see if they would redo the nails that had lost the gel, I was told they only fix nails that have been done less than 1 week prior. For those who know, a gel manicure should easily last up to 4 weeks. I am highly disappointed and will neither be returning her, nor recommending it to anyone! My only solid recommendation would be to try almost anywhere else. read more

I was so excited that there was a new salon opening in March so I was ready to go and try and then covid happened :( but as soon as they re-opened I was excited to make a appointment to get my finger nails and toes done. They were very nice when I called and got me scheduled when I wanted. I went in and they greeted very nicely and asked me if I wanted water or anything. The gentlemen did my full set and he was really nice and told me let me know what you want, I'm here to give you the service you want and not what I want and I liked that, I've been to other salons and the tech will change what I wanted and tell me it's a bad idea and I don't like that. Anyways they did a amazing job on all my services and I will be going back. There salon is really nice and clean with all new equipment and pedicure chairs, also they are very sanitary and taking all the rite steps for keeping customer's feel safe from covid. read more

I did not have a good experience at this salon. The man who did my nails spent so long shaping my nails, it took an hour and a half for him to just shape them. He kept adding acrylic and then filing it down and then adding more again and filing again. My nails were so thick. I got short almond shape, and I only came in for a fill. He didn't push my cuticles back so my nails already looked grown out before he was even done. I hated my nails so much. The shape was so ugly and my hands did not look the same. I was at the salon for over two hours and I will not be going back. read more

I have been here three times and will not visit again. They keep on increasing their price each time. This place is expensive. I could have gotten the same nails in other places in much cheaper price. I would not have complained if my nails turned out as great as the price; it was mediocre. Based on the price, the nails were not that great. read more

Unbelievably nasty service, for no reason, the technician was nasty responding to me with such attitude when I tried to answer her questions until I finally had to ask her if she was ok...don't blame customers because you're in a terrible mood..funny thing I wanted one of the more expensive pedicures but she never asked me what type of pedicure I wanted...just gave me the cheapest one thank goodness and did nothing for my calluses not to mention the paint job was lazy...this was the worst pedicure and worst service I ever had...not going back read more

Received a manicure and pedicure along with my young daughter. They were able to see us quickly and my daughter loved her experience! Staff was kind and friendly. Salon was very clean and well stocked. My only complaints are that my daughter's fingernails only stayed painted for about an hour and I'm not sure why. The polish just peeled right off. I also felt just a little rushed and no one said goodbye or gave indication that service was over, they just walked away and started seeing other clients. All my nails look gorgeous though and it's been several days with no chips. read more
