Though I'm sure all the Haven girls are amazing, I have lucked out with Nicholle as my go to stylist! She is one of the two twin owners, who are successfully running a wonderful business in Sonoma County which is NOT easy to do! Not only are you supporting a local business when you book with Haven, you are supporting real women with career aspirations and families, and they're loving doing it! They offer a variety of services such as; hair, skin care, lashes, massage, etc. I usually see Nicholle for balayage color and toners, and have had a hair cut by her as well. Her hair cuts are the only hair cuts that I have not been upset with! We have all had the terrible haircuts where we've been told "im only taking off 1/2 inch" or "just the split ends" and there goes half your head of hair. It's truly scarring and hard to trust again (like a relationship ). I haven't had my hair cut in a while and it's because I'm so anxious about it but I know the next time I visit Nicholle for a trim she will not only do a fabulous job as a stylist but truly listen to my wants and needs, which is important as a paying customer. Up until a couple months ago I had been a client of Nicholes for around 2 ish years for hand tied extensions. I initially purchased one pack of hair for $500.00 which seemed average for most salons. Last year I decided I wanted to purchase new hair and the price jumped to nearly double at $900.00 for one pack of hair. she said she "charged me wrong" last time. I think it's a ridiculous price for one pack of hair even during the pandemic seeings how prices have gone up vs what other salons in the area charge. Another issue I ran into with this salon is; Due to my job In the medical field my schedule is constantly changing, I had given her a weeks notice that I needed to cancel my appointment. I then get a paragraph text back on her telling me how inconvenient this was for her. She also expressed she doesn't want to do your hair if you go to another salon in between..so basically no one can do your hair except her once you have started going there. It's a very unprofessional and "bratty" approach to be saying that to a client. I've also had a couple friends go here over the years for partial highlights and they were not happy because the girl didn't listen to what she wanted and barely put 10 foils in her hair yet charges $180.00 which had also been my experience when getting my hair highlighted here and is why I started only doing extensions. Nichole has always been very friendly and does a good job installing the extensions but has a very unprofessional approach dealing with clients. Which lead me to cut ties and go elsewhere. For how much they charge vs the quality of service they provide I thought it would be useful for anyone looking into Haven salon for services. read more

I love all of the interior design details and the ambiance of it all! I've been going to Nicholle for my hair (extensions and color) as well as lashes for several months now, and she nails it every time! I've been to Devin multiple times for just your average trim and when I decided to go a lot shorter. You have to have a lot of trust with someone who does your hair and I trust Devin!
