She didn't pressure me to buying products or comparing my skin and needs to other clients which I've heard from other estheticians. She put warm moisturizing gloves on me for my entire session which felt really nice. The amount of pressure she applied was great; hard enough to work the muscles and specific problem spots but gentle enough to not cause a lot of irritation. I've had other facials before where I didn't feel they spent enough time working my skin and would just tell me to book another facial. I had such a great experience with Jennie at The Beauty Booth / La Bella Figa. She was incredibly kind, funny, professional and accommodating, which meant a lot to me as someone with chronic pain/disability issues that can sometimes make services like Brazilians stressful or uncomfortable. She made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The salon itself was BEAUTIFUL and extremely clean/well kept. You can tell she really cares about her space and her clients. She was also able to hold a conversation and make me laugh while still being super precise and detail-oriented during the service, which honestly helped so much. The pain level was surprisingly low too, probably around a 4/10 for me. Overall just a really warm, professional, girls-girl experience and I'll definitely be back Wish I could share pics, but I can't. She did an amazing job and didn't miss a spot! read more

I've been to a handful of other lash techs in Santa Rosa and Windsor, and would absolutely recommend Claire above the others.
