Yesterday was just not the best day. I went to my usual spot La Belle Nails early and they were slammed and told me to come back later. I called my second spot I normally go to Paradise Nails and they had no time for a new full set. I drove to Diva Nails only to find it closed on a Sunday. SO weird. Then I came here to Classy Nails and decided to give them a try since I had no other options. I waited about 15 mins before being helped. The nail salon was nothing special. Dark and dingy towards the back. Their presentation of nail polishes color samples in 2 little baskets was not informative. I was looking for DND specifically and only 1 sample out of almost 50 samples they had showed DND. They dont label the brand. Looking at the walls, the polishes are not brand names and look old. This salon just looks shabby and old and definitely needs a makeover. Nothing modern about it at all. The worst was the quality of their work and extremely high prices. I needed a full set. She worked quickly since I was a little pressed for time as well. These are one of the ugliest nails I have ever had. They are so big like they are made for a GIANT and not a person. I asked for square shape and instead got these big sand shovels (see photos below but looks more terrible in person). They are so gigantic they flare out in a BELL SHAPE like flared jeans instead of squared shape. Not only is the right hand about 5MM shorter than the left hand on EACH FINGER. She did not measure them and eyeballed. My nails are also lopsided and not straight squared. So ugly. Paint job was sloppy. She painted away from the cuticles and it now looks like I have 1 WEEK of growth already!!! The acrylic she used on me looked old. She layered on so much and thick, it was gross. I just also noticed she didn't paint the second coat on the middle, index and thumb on the left hand!! Plain sloppy!!! When I pointed out the lengths to her, she told me to come back later to fix it. I will never be back. $45 for a new set and she charged me $15 to take off my old set. Rip off, disgusting horrible work made for a giant, not a human being. This is NOT classy nails it's sloppy nails!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My nail beds are destroyed!!!!! These are the worst nails I have ever gotten and I had to get them quickly in a rush and had a pic wherever was nearest to me. They still took an hour and a 1/2 to do plain black nails they're super thick and broke off within 4 days 5 of them and when I went back in on Monday morning the lady said that I didn't come in as soon as one broke off so she can't refund me the full price so she offered me $20 in cash because she didn't like that I didn't call. When has that ever worked calling a nail salon over the phone? they always want you to come in so I'm not quite sure where she's getting I needed to call from. Such bad business practice and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau AND the beauty board, my nails are DESTROYED obviously something is terribly wrong here.

I have never had a better experience at any salon in my entire life. I felt like a Queen in here! I will be butchering names I'm sure but Neun and Phen were sent from heaven! Everybody who works there must be! I literally felt like I died and went to heaven. I came in as a walk in looking for a manicure... wanted a dip but my natural nails looked so strong and healthy I was encouraged to go for a standard gel mani! Communication even with a language barrier was excellent. Lots of questions and considerations were made! They turned out great! The hand and arm massage was far from basic, and the attention to detail from start to finish was fit for a Queen. No exaggeration! I pushed my luck and asked about and eye and lip wax, wondering if they had time, which the did. Another flawless job. A ton of attention to detail, she was sweet, and friendly and gentle but thorough, and quick! So happy with the results and experience. Now for the grand finale, I wondered if I would test the pedicure out! They made room for me, and kept my massage chair on the whole time, and kept checking to make sure it was on! (I felt really special! I'm happy with the smallest things, and this felt really above and beyond!) The process was so relaxing, I was smiling a Cheshire Cat smile, and feeling pampered and extravagant. There is ZERO callous on my feet, she took care while smiling the whole time. She was so pleasant and kind (both girls were!) My feet got the royal scrub, and rub down! The results? My feet looked fabulous with no polish on after she finished the massage and clipping and scrubbing and care! The finishing result? I'm happy, feeling totally goddessy, and my hands and feet and face are all lovelier because of the experience. Thank you! I'm coming back, and with friends!

First time and last time. When I realized that the shape of the nails looked terrible I asked the lady to please correct it. I did reluctantly, because I didn't want to be mean. After three attempts of asking for her to fix them I gave up. Not only did they not look like what I had asked for, but the shape was terrible ( crooked and too thick) but I was charged $45. I paid, of course. I had to go elsewhere to get them corrected and ended up paying more. Never going to Classy Nails ever again. Nice lady, terrible skills.

These workers talk mad shit about you in Vietnamese lol it's insane. I also remember this lady doing my nails (so, holding my hand) using one of my fingers to wipe something off her sleeve lol. Also, this lady almost fought me when I told her I didn't want designs on my nails for an extra five dollars and made me feel like I was being cheap when really I'm not twelve and desire these so called designs on my finger nails. I give them two stars because they ended up getting the job done quick and they had a bucket of lollipops near the counter and I am a lollipop fanatic and they were bomb. read more

I had got a gel manicure a week ago from this place and the polish is already peeling off. Gel manicures can last up to 3 weeks, I know because I mostly get gel manicures. Will not be returning to this place. If I wanted my polish to last only a week I would have got regular polish instead of the gel. read more

I really wanted to like this place but that's not the case. For the nail job they did I would give them 3 stars. Customer service was not too good, the lady doing my nails couldn't keep her attention on me and always looking around making my nails look crooked. I asked her to fix it which she did. Reason why I give it 2 stars also is because the price was ridiculous! I paid $45 for acrylic with gel nail polish and I have gone to other places where I get charged around $30 ish for that. One of the ladies that started my nails did a really horrible job but she was super sweet and her daughter try to finish the job and correct the error of my nails came out horrible. I wasn't happy with what came out of them. I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and they said they could do it for $30. I wish I would have never pay the $30, because my nails ended up looking horrible. Once I paid the lady kept telling me that they were beautiful nails they look exactly like the picture when they sure do not look like the picture. I will not be bringing my business back to them. Also witness that lady that started my nails rip off nail off of a young girl. the mother of the girl got very upset and they walked out of the place. Poor girl. read more

I had my gel nails done here for the first time after my friend told me to try this place out(she's a regular). My nails seriously still look like I just got them done a week later after bartending, spray tanning, cleaning house... I will never go anywhere else. I love that they use all sanitized and New tools on every client. It's hard to find places that take that seriously. They went above and beyond. Officially a loyal customer! read more

I had a person w last name Nguyen do my nails. She was not the most polite person. She literally filed my fingers and hand of how quick and rushed she seemed to be to be done with me even though there were no other clients. Not to say that she kept pushing my cuticles in a really harsh way that left them sore, and nails are still chunky at the tips despite me asking her to file them down several times. Not worth coming here. However, The other nail artists were nice and accomodating . read more

I will never go back to this place. I developed fungus on my fingernails. In all the years I've had my nails done, never has this happened! They don't take the time to cut your cuticles during a manicure, or put lotion on your hands. I will leave it at that.... read more

It was just OK. I wouldn't go back. They had a big selection of color choices and nail designs. However, when I got my pedicure, the water was freezing and I had to ask to have it warmer. They did a sloppy job putting the polish on and I left with a couple scrapes on a couple toes and polish around the edges. They were really nice but I've gotten better pedicures that were only $10. read more

Went there for a full on a Saturday and by Monday 1 nail came off and several others were lifting. Called mid week when I had time to get fixed and was told I would have to pay and I must have done something to make them fall off. My niece went the same day as me and 3 of her nails popped off. I actually ended up getting an infection due to the woman pulling out the corner nail instead of cutting it straight across. I went to the doctors and it was painful and BAD!. i WENT TO tell the nail salon what happened and told me the lady that did me doesn't work there anymore (I probably wasn't the only one she hurt). But I feel I should have been reimburrsed or something. Again the art work was fanominal! :) read more

I have been going to Classy Nails for 4 years. I love them. KATHY is the best. I have a very busy schedule and I always call in the day I need to come in AND Kathy is always able to accommodate me! The environment is great the people are very polite and they will do whatever you want. Their pedicure chairs are GREAT. Classy Nails are very reasonable. Excited to see they were open on Easter Sunday. The guy who did my nails (gel polish manicure) was friendly and shaped my nails the way I wanted them. I'm only giving two stars because product used is crap. The gel polish started chipping three days later and now a week later my nails look horrible. I've never had gel polish only last a few days. My first time here and I am very pleased with the way my nails turned out. Nancy painted my nails exactly the way I wanted them and was very patient even when I asked her to add the gold at the last minute. This is definitely my go-to for fresh paint. The only thing I would recommend is that they include a more extesive/relaxing hand massage at the end. read more

Made appointment 3 days prior. Waited 25 min past scheduled appointment time. The lady doing my pedicure rushed everything, was way too rough and extremely sloppy. After pointing out uneven nail length and cuticle left over on every single nail then did she actually spend some time cleaning them up and making them nice. I don't normally write reviews but i would like to warn people to not bother with this place. There's plenty of other decent options in this area. read more

Worst customer service from KATHY today. If I could put ZERO STARS I WOULD. I left. I asked the owner 2 times if I bought the same brand of gel polish that they use (Gelish) and brought it in if they would put it on for me. I was told yes two separate times. I bought the polish ($16) and brought it in and she tells me she can't do that for me because it will "take more time" and that I STILL need to pay an extra $15 to use her gel polish!!! Wasted my gas and time driving ACROSS TOWN because of this woman. Horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK read more

I have been going to Kathy for a couple years now and I LOVE what she does!! Every time I go to Classy Nails they greet me by name and are always really friendly. I have tried a lot of different places in the past and I have never felt as comfortable as I do at Classy Nails. The salon is always clean, and I always leave satisfied! Even when I know I'm being a pain they work with me:-) I constantly get compliments on my nails and have referred quite a few friends there that love Classy Nails as much as I do! I was referred by an acquaintance whose nails always looked nice. She has been going to Kathy for years. Kathy was always very busy so I had a few different people do my nails and they were ok. Then Nhung did my nails and she is great I won't go to anyone else. She will make herself available on short notice. The shop is very clean and everyone is very friendly. read more

She got her usual gel polish with a simple design on two fingers -- something they've always charged $15-$20 for. Today, he told me that at age 11 she is considered a "woman," and her nails would be $35. Since when is an 11 yr old a WOMEN ?!?! She didn't even get a pedicure -- just polish. I also got my feet done, but the hot water wasn't working, so the pedicure couldn't even be done properly. The water was lukewarm to cold, and the lady only filed my toenails and applied polish. He only gave me $5 off for the inconvenience. I'm just really disappointed because I've been going to this salon for years. Tonight I truly felt overcharged and taken advantage of -- especially since the salon was empty. I don't like doing business with places that change prices on the spot. My nails are cute, but this will be my last visit. Time to find a new nail tech.

I called Tiptoe Nail Spa last minute, honestly a little panicked hoping someone could help fix my nails and Brendan fit me into their schedule the same day. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm and professional. My tech Sam worked serious magic fixing everything. He carefully reshaped, cleaned up and salvaged my nails. You would never guess how bad they looked before! And the pricing was very reasonable. The salon itself is very clean, modern and just overall super welcoming. For a newer salon, Tiptoe Nail Spa's quality and customer service are seriously impressive. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. 10/10 I'll definitely be coming back.
