I was very happy with my pedicure. What I was unhappy with was that I booked an appointment for two pedicures at 12:30 PM and we were a couple of minutes early which one of the staff members acknowledged and they told us to pick up our polish and have a seat. It took them more than 20 minutes to even turn on the water so that I could soak my feet. I get having to wait a few minutes but 20 minutes of waiting for a $70 pedicure that was listed as $65 online when I booked the appointment felt a little bit ridiculous. We went for the deluxe organic spa, pedicure package which included a scrub, lotion, warm towels, and a paraffin wax foot dip which left my feet and my friend's feet, feeling remarkably relaxed and very soft. The pedicure was great. Was it 70$ great? I don't know but I do know that I felt pretty ignored by the staff and like they didn't really know what we were there for even though it seemed like they knew when we walked in and I definitely was clear about what I wanted when I made the appointment. The building was nice with several pedicure chairs and about four manicures stations. There were two TVs playing cooking shows. I had a decent experience but I'm still searching for the perfect pedi.

Something I really appreciate is that they started at the appointment time (not running behind). They have comfy chairs for both at manicure and pedicure stations. I did have to ask them to cut my cuticle with my fill which it's clear I have a lot of dead skin, but seems she didn't mind and with the pedicure it was a very light touch. Both services were efficiently done. Price is average with the going rate. I think I found my new nail salon.

The pedicure was great, no complaints at all, but the manicure was not that good. First, the polish application was too thick (I think it was at least three layers of nail polish ), so it started lifting and peeling really quickly. Not a huge fan of that. Second, I was not very pleased with the cuticle removal process. Quite a bit was was left behind, so that part of the service felt a little rushed. For my friend, when she was getting her pedicure they accidentally used the wrong color on one of her feet, so they had to start the process all over again since the gel had already set. To their credit, they fixed it without complaint and they were very apologetic about it. For her manicure, she wanted acrylics, and it seemed like the first technician who started the set didn't really know how to do it, so she waited for another employee to be available and switched with her. Overall, the employees were all very nice, the prices are affordable and the place looks well kept. P.S. They do charge a 3% fee if paying with a credit card, but they also have a fee-free ATM inside. Also, they get very busy, so I would recommend making an appointment rather than walking in.
