When I went up to pay I had waited patiently for someone to come up but after a few minutes they hadn't, I asked if I could pay and they said yes. I was still waiting so I mentioned to my friends that I had dinner to get to, one lady finally came up and allowed me to pay so I can leave. They do require at least 24 hours notification if you are going to cancel and they charge 50% of the service if it is not canceled within those 24 hours. I came here to get my lashes fixed and saw Ashley. The new lash client appointment is scheduled for 1.5 hours I was out an a little over an hour. She did an amazing job. I went in with my eye completely bald. She was profesional and kind. The studio is located right off of main st so parking could be tricky. There is a parking garage located to your left right when you see the studio. It's clean inside and cute. If you check in on Yelp you get a free piece of jewelry. Glad I found this place!
