I took my 6 yr old here with her friend for her first ever pedicure and the woman working on her toes was very sweet. My 2 yr old accidentally stepped on her toe about 10 min after she had her nails painted and once we went back to her to have it corrected she took her right away and didn't even charge. She even provided us with a pair of flip flops from the back that she happened to have on hand for her to wear. Very professional, great work, and very nice employees. My friend invited me to Blossom Nails to get our nails done, and I chose a simple pedicure. When they showed me the color options, I immediately fell in love with a pink nail polish, so I went with it. The lady who took care of me paid great attention to all the details. I really appreciated how much time she spent carefully removing the cuticles from my toes, and she did an excellent job applying the polish. The chairs were comfortable and had a relaxing massage option. You also get a warm shoulder wrap that smells like herbs. The salon itself looked clean. Honestly they were very nice, I enjoyed the warm towel and hand massage at the end. But what the heck are my nails. I got dip and they took off most... but not all of the old dip? The color I picked was just a plain light pink similar to funny bunny so I'm not sure where these sparkles came from. The shape and length are not consistent. The lady who did her nails, Neuh, was very rough, didn't take her time, and ended up hurting my little sister (she's 15), which really upset me. Very thorough with the pedicure and took time to perfect. Offered a nail design too! Massage and lotions/scrubs are lovely! Kind employees, clean atmosphere, wi-fi available, nice colors available. I was thought it was pretty convenient location considering it's amongst many shops. There's public parking on the street and close by lots. This was my first time at this nail salon and hair spa, and I think that even though it's farther from me, I will make this my new regular spot! Every person I spoke to was friendly, sweet and professional, I could tell they wanted to make each customer feel comfortable and pampered! My friends and I came here for different nail services. I got a gel manicure, one friend got a gel pedicure and another had a full acrylic set. I loved the color choices they had, how clean the space was and the ambiance was very refreshing. The most exciting part about this place is their hair spa!!! I have not found any local or closeby businesses that offer a hair spa treatment. The closest ones have been in SF or SJ. I have had good experiences here in the past, but today was a bad experience for many reasons. First, I had an appointment and had to wait over half an hour after the appointment time for them to get started. Then when they got started they were rude and complaining about how many people were there. My gel manicure was very rushed and finished in about 20 mins. The shape of my nails are very uneven and old polish was not completely removed. They also advertise a 10% off holiday discount, which they did not give. Although I have had better experiences in the past they always seem to be rushing through the service and there is usually a wait even if u have an appointment. read more

Will not return. I was a walk-in and clearly asked how long it would take for a mani/pedi. Was not given accurate information and had to rush through a half-assed manicure to get out on time. No fault of the person performing -- it was the owner. She made the manicurist take someone else between my pedicure and manicure. And then, to stall for time, she used the wEndrong procedure to remove the existing polish from my nails. I questioned her on this and she assured me it was correct. Ended up a real mess. The best nail salon in town. I just had a lovely pedicure that was over an hour long! They are gentle (no cutting me!), take their time and it was really relaxing. They have heated pillows that go around your neck and she did a really nice scrub and massage (the part they often speed through). The owner was very welcoming and sweet. On Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend my daughter in law and I had pedicures at Blossom Nail Spa. My regular place was closed and after calling a few nail salons, Blossom was the only one that was open. Without a doubt they have become my #1 place to go. It's brand new, clean and designed beautifully, the massage chairs are wonderful but most of all the staff is exceptional, the service spot on, the pedicures were perfect and the leg massage during the pedicures even better. In fact, we were so impressed that the next day, Sunday, I booked the hair washing treatment with my daughter and daughter-in-law. They have a lovely spa room and included with the hair washing is an incredible head massage, facial, neck and shoulder massage, using techniques throughout I've never experienced before... We felt like we died and went to heaven. And competitively priced. I will be doing that treatment regularly. And to think we just stumbled upon this place. How lucky were we?
